Typeform conversations

When ever my page loads for the first time, the form does not show, it needs to be refreshed for the form to show. I am hosting on Squarespace. https://www.revbbc.com.au/contact Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I have integrated Typeform with Salesforce and all is working fine until batch sizes increase. Is there a way to limit the Typeform batch size coming in to Salesforce? I have trouble seeing how as it is a managed package, but it is a really pressing issue that prohibits me from using Typeform in my organization at the moment. I’ve included a screenshot of the errors from Salesforce.Thanks in advance!

I’ve just added the Facebook pixel and HTML for the subdomain to my Typeform. However, typeform.com is not showing up as a domain on Facebook (although the subdomain is, and has been verified) and I’m not seeing the Typeform1stInteraction and TypeformSubmit custom events. This is the second account I’ve tried to set up - I just need to get it live and the Typeform events used for a conversion Facebook campaign - the other account is setup for this and working - but this FB account isn’t even seeing the custom events.Any ideas @Thijmen ?  I know you have a problem with the FB verification etc, but now it’s not even seeing the typeform custom events to use in ads. Is this a known problem?

Hello Everyone,I have sent an email for support but am desperate for help - I seriously just want to cry. Two forms I’ve used for years have completely disappeared from my account. Just gone. I know my team didn’t delete them because we have automations where submissions come straight to our CRM so there is no reason for us to even be within typeform except to create a new form. I have several zaps and automations setup based off of the submissions of these forms so it is inevitably going to stall my business. I can see the last submissions recieved were on April 8, 2022. Hi at all.I’m Lluís V. from Barcelona.I have more than 50 questions in my survey and when I send the Responding Notification, I just want to include some questions and answers.If I use the @alltheanswers variable , I get all the questions and all the answers and I only want to show some questions with their answer.I’m able to show the answer by using @answer1 ,@answer2, etc…, but how can I get the corresponding question ??Thks for reading.

A year ago, my educational organization was offered a free premium Typeform account. We could enjoy all of the advanced features of the platform.But now, we are going to organize an external event which needs the help of Typeform to offer us a free premium account. I remember last year, I just needed to write our wish in a box chat and submit and wait for the reply yet I can’t find it anymore. Can anybody show me how to do this again or, in case it doesn’t exist, can you show me some discount for educational purposes?Thank you so much!

Hello all, I am trying to pass a php variable as a value of hidden field.Here is what I have: data-tf-hidden="case_id=<?php $CaseGUID ?>"$CaseGUID is set to the GUID which is in the page url.The idea is to capture the GUID to be saved with the form submission, so I can map it to a record in a SQL Server table.The GUID is in the url as : ?case=9576A93E-E644-4D5B-971A-E99CC061D542So I have also tried it this way: data-tf-hidden="case_id=case" and what gets passed to the hidden field is the word “case”, and not the GUID  value in the url. I am not sure what I’m doing wrong, but nothing seems to work. 

Hello everybody,I have a embedded Typeform connected with my Google Analytics propriety, and every time I visit one page, I detect 2 sessions and users on Google Analytics. I tried both to enable the shareGoogleAnalyticsInstance as suggested here:    and I correctely implemented utm tracking both in Analytics and Typeform.Does somebody have any suggestions or had the same problem?Thank you!

Hi all,I’m writing an AngularJS (v 13) application in which I plan to embed my typeform in a dialog box. I came across where code could remove cmd + enter from the form. However, now I can’t seem to find it anywhere. Any ideas?

I seems that I can have a hyperlink in my original Typeform, but when I convert it to chat it no longer has the link.  Is it possible to have a link in the chat version of my quiz?

Hello there, I made a survey and purchased the basic plan. I have no design template on it just pictures on one side, the questions on the other. 14 slides for the whole survey.  When I press publish, I always get this !!! No explanation, no hints from the program or anything else. !!! Please explain me how to publish or what I am doing wrong if so.   

I was trying to register for a one month only subscription because I would only use Typeform for 1 MONTH. I'm surprised because they subscribed me to the ANNUAL plan and my debit card was charged more than ＵＳＤ250?!  I am an ordinary office workers… I cant pay that much and my english is suck so I copy the question in the pass. sorry..

I”m getting this error on my site’s embedded typeform: form.typeform.com sent an invalid response. We have HTTPS sites and I’m also getting the error on this site with the feedback form and on the Typeform site when I try to embed.  What’s going on?

We created multiple workspaces. We need to download to the results from all the workspaces created.Initially, we go to each workspace then go to results to download in excel file. But this is a tedious process since we have at least a 100 workspace. Is there a way to bulk download the results from multiple workspace? 

Hello,I am attempting to create a four question quiz and am having difficulty trying to figure out how to configure the backend logic for the equation/end scores.Each question response is added to a custom variable (field_1, field_2, field_3, field_4):My issue comes with generating the 3 different calculations off of those inputs from the four questions. Here are the calculations that I am trying to work out: Calc/score 1: [(FIELD 2 x FIELD 3) - FIELD 1]Calc/score 2: [Outcome of Calc/score 1/FIELD 1]Calc/score 3: [((FIELD 2 x FIELD 3) x FIELD 4) - FIELD 1] I can multiple two fields without issue, but I’m not sure how to create a custom variable to represent the sum of 2 or 3 fields being multiplied together. I also can’t have multiple ‘Then’ steps in one section of logic that would help complete this as well. Any thoughts/feedback on if this is possible would be greatly appreciated.

I am building a quiz that compiles scores within 4 different categories based on 4 different answers per 5 questions each for a total of 20 questions before displaying a custom ending based on which category has the highest score. How can I compare the cumulative score to 4 different variable sets and display an ending based on which of the 4 variables is higher than the others? I have the questions mapped with the corresponding calculations but can’t figure out how to have the 4 scores compare to eachother in order to have the final ending.The 20 question quiz asks a question and respondents choose 1 of 4 answers that maps to a value of 1-4 per question:strongly disagree (1) disagree (2) agree (3) strongly agree (4)Then you would add up the scores for questions:5, 7, 9, 13, 19 (for a total of 5-20 for @score_a) 1, 4, 10, 12, 15 (for a total of 5-20 @score_b) 2, 6, 11, 16, 18 (for a total of 5-20 @score_c) 3, 8, 14, 17, 20 (for a total of 5-20 @score_d)Then you would compare the total

This is a nice Typeform from Profitero and at the end you see your results visualised with this spider graph.
