Typeform conversations

Hi there,I embedded a typeform on my webflow website. It has work very well for about a week. However, today I noticed the formatting of the title page is ruined. I can't seem to find a way to fix this as it seems good to be working in typeform itself. Hello, newbie here. I saw someone else use what appeared to be the “Picture Choice” option where multiple pics were used as options of different questions to answer, so when you click one it takes you to a text question to answer that corresponds with that picture but I can’t see exactly how to do that. Help?! :)

I am new to this.I have a Growth Mindset 8 question quiz but I cannot create a total score. For example if you score between 8-17 then you would have one outcome description. If you scored 18-32 then you woud have a different one etc.Each question is multiple choice. fFour questions have a value 1 thru 6 or and four questions have a value of -1 thru -6..I need someone who has experiece and know how to help me untangle my mind on this. :-) ThanksEugene

I can build the questions in typeform but is there an easy way for Typeform to create the document? Ideally i would want it to take the answers and populate a word document / template? is that possible?Thank you

Hi all,I have a question about device classification. In the Results > Insight tab, I can use “device” filter. I would like to understand how Typeform classifies the devices. Is based on the User Agent? Or maybe on the screen resolution? Or what else?For example, we are distributing 2 different surveys: one for mobile, one for desktop. We set this rule in our tag manager, but I see in the results that, for the mobile survey, some responses are classified as desktop. And, really strange, no response is classified as tablet neither in the desktop survey nor in the mobile one.Thank you,Livia

How to set up the email notifications to know the ending of the respondents?the message including their ending ?

What is the character count limit for both the short and long answer options? 

 When embedding a typeform in another page, looking at the mobile view the “Send/Skicka” buttons becomes confusing. Can I remove one of them?    

This is beyond my knowledge level. I’ve read through the hidden field articles and watched videos, but I don’t understand how to do this in HubSpot.I have a HubSpot landing page (not embedded in a webpage) that is capturing new lead information and on submit, it takes the user to the Typeform. I don’t want people to have to enter their email addresses in two places. I have HubSpot connected to my Typeform with email address setup as a hidden field and connected to the email address field in HubSpot, and @score in Typeform linked to a score field in Hubspot. When I test the form, the score is not transferring back to HubSpot. Can someone help?

The link is still working but I do not see my typeform in my workspace!! What happened to my Typeform??

Hi, even if I set the email notification to send it works for awhile but it just stops sending me notification of completed surveys. It's funny because if I switch to a new email or put my personal, it works great. Please can someone help me understand if exists any block in quantity to send notification our something like that.We already talked to google with our admin account and the email is normal without blocking 

Hi,I created my first typeform, which will be used during an event (hoping to getting a lot of responses and collect data!).I have two ending screens (depending on the answer given in the last question). I would like the button on the ending screen to redirect to the begining of the typeform (first screen). But it does not work.=> I tried the “redirect on completion” button but it redirect before my ending screen=> I tried to redirect to my typeform link in the button link area, but it redirect to the home page of Typeform.Is there a simple way to reset the typeform after the ending screen by clicking on the button ?This typeform will not be embeded, we will use the typeform shared url.Thank you a lot for your helpClaire

Hello Community,We have connected a typeform with Onedrive asking a bunch of questions where the people needed to upload pictures.1.) This pictures get stored in an Onedrive for Business Account.2.) The Survey information is stored in an Excel File also in Onedrive.3.) Hi, recently we saw a result shifts in one specific survey of ours and a stakeholder asked me if we can tell when we applied the last changes to the survey. So, is there any way to see/find a timestamp of when the last change was applied to a survey in Typeform? Thanks and best regards,Rajko

Hello all! Quick question about Zapier integration.  When I set up a zap, the form will provide responses as provided in the photo.  Other fields are listed separately and are filled out, which is odd.  I want my task to be the first name submitted.  Can you advise if I have my form set up incorrectly?

Hello,I would to move a form from my account to a client account. There are many posts on the subject with always the same article, but it doesn’t work. When I clik on “move to”, it only displays workspaces. It’s impossible to select an other account.So if someone has a solution, I would appreciate a lot :)Thank you. Seb

Hi all,I’m struggling now to pass an hidden value into a field with Typeform.My actual value is loaded not on the loading of the page but after a loading of one external javascript and create a parameter to my url : example : ?custom=XXXXXBut when I create some script with PHP or Javascript to catch this parameter, it’s blank because the value is created after the page loading.Is there any chance to pass this value into my form. Good morning all. Brand new to Typeform , I have been using ZOHO forms for the past 5 years, In my current Zoho plan I have a 500mb storage with a 5GB ADD on …If I jump ship and start on the lower plan I only get 1GB storage right ? I receive file uploads from my clients every week in all of their submissions, so I think the 1GB is no where near enough. Are there bolt on additional file storage options ? Many thanks for any help and guidance. cheers Andy 

Hi,I have a question regarding forms that I use in a course on Mighty Networks. I have several courses where I use the same form. This is causing me some problems to separate the answers when several participants answer in the same form. Is there anyway I can separate them without having them write their names? Or do I need to fix different links to the form, if that is possible? Best regards,Helahl
