Hi!I am creating a survey in French and I’m starting with NPS questions, but the label under 0 and 10 remains in English (Typeform language is French and all other “automatic” labels and instructions are correctly shown in French), anyone can help?Thanks!!

Hi everybody, When I create a landing page for my ads I put a Typeform integration, and then on the Thank You page I put a calendly widget. Is it possible to connect these 2 so the leads don’t have to put 2 times their names/phone/email ? Thank you

Hello, I have a excel calculator i’ve built that takes customer inputs across numerical values such as revenue and advertising spends, pushes them through formulas, and outputs potential increases, margins, etc. Is there a way to use a Typeform to ask customers for the inputs we would need for the calculator, and then at the end output the results that would come through the calculations? I was thinking maybe if I put them in a Google Sheet and had the results go through there, but that seems not feasible based on what I’m reading. It seems like Typeform has basic addition calculations built in and stuff, but not the ability to run excel formula type calculations. Or maybe there is a solution I’m not seeing? Like if Typeform results can integrate with another program that can generate dashboards for customers/leads? Not really sure here what the solve would be. Thanks!

I’ve been going around in circles trying to work out why my form is giving incorrect answers after redoing calculations. I’ve made about 30 edits and the form preview seems to be coming up with the same answers, despite numerous edits and hours of work in creating the logic and calculations.I am starting to think that previews are cached. Is this the case?

Hey everyone!  I’m having some trouble figuring out how to format a list of multiple select answers. So in one question, I ask people which of the following things they’d like to work on: sleep, relaxation, diet, fitness, mindfulness. In the next question, I want to say something like “our solutions can help you work on your [recall previous answers here].  The issue is that if people select multiple answers (for example sleep and relaxation), the next screen says “our solutions can help you work on your sleep, relaxation” rather than “our solutions can help you work on your sleep AND relaxation”. Do you know if there’s any way to make a multiple select recall grammatically correct?  Thanks in advance!

Hello, I have been wondering if there is an option to double confirm email adress?To specify: we want to create typeform where people can vote for best company of the year (or sth else) but we are afraid that peole will try to vote more than once with made up/not thiers email adresses.So we would like to have some “double confirmation” of email adress - like after they fill in the typeform, they will be send an follow up email in which they would click on something to confirm that they voted. But I cannot find this kinf of option in creating the follow up email. tl,dr - is there an option in follow up email after filling in typeform to confirm that it is in fact thier email?

When using the email embed whether in a blank template or customized template, it doesn’t work. You can’t type in an answer and it doesn’t open the typeform survey to finish out the survey.

Hi everybody, we currently use typeform to create personalised quotations to our holiday services for our customers.I’d like to insert 2 final questions to my form:Legal consent: mandatory, the person gives me the consent to contact him with the quotation required Newsletter consent: optional, only if the customers wants to join our newsletter listI already have my Mailchimp integration active but as of now only the Legal consent is part of the form (meaning that EVERYONE who fills in the forms gets automatically subscribed to our Mailchimp without choice, although this is not possible for European GDPR laws). Many thanks for helping us out!Iole

I am trying to collect the First and Last name and Email addresses of users in Klaviyo so that they show up in Typeform, along with their survey responses but nothing I have tried seems to be working.  I’ve put first_name, last_name and email into the hidden fields and associated the survey ID into the klaviyo integration field. I really don’t know what I’m doing wrong here. Can someone please help?

I have typeform that I want to send a link via email for completion. I want to send this link with some answers already filled from answers on a previous typeform.  I know to use hidden fields but cant seem to wrap by brain around the how. Is this possible?

Hello, I am new to Typeform. I have a likert scale survey, with a 1-5 range. In the typeform, I have assigned a numerical score per text answer. However, when I export a CSV report, and then kick it into Sheets, I notice that answers are still in text, not in a numerical value. Is it possible to generate a report that includes the numerical result for each selected answer (per submission, per question)? Otherwise, I will have to do it in Sheets. Thank you, Nicole

Is there anyway to EMBED a video in TYPEFORM and if not when can you add that?

I can see how to create polls in Typeform but at the end of filling out the poll, I’d like visitors to be able to see the results of the poll live. Is that possible?

We are looking forward to integrating HelloSign into our Client Typeform platform. I have explained the entire requirements and questions we have below for your reference. Requirement: We are having a Typeform in which 400+ Agents are filling up the details based on various custom conditions created in Typeform & based on that they complete the form and an agreement for the sale of a property is ready. We want that as soon as the Typeform form is completed & the agreement is ready, the Agent can submit it, enter the email address of the buyer & thereafter through HelloSign (https://www.hellosign.com/) Integration, we can send the Agreement in a pdf format to be signed by the Buyer. The Buyer will receive an email from HelloSign, check the agreement and sign it. The second condition over here is that, the Buyer observer some changes in the Document & want the Agent to do the changes. Now they can add the comment on HelloSign & the Agent will receive an email update f

I have only a couple of images in my Typeform and now they are not showing up in the survey we need to send out -  looks like the Gallery of images is inaccessible and all we get is:“ Oops something went wrong!” Message: And NO INSTRUCTIONS ON WHAT TO DO!!!!!!
