Hello! I’d love to create one Typeform for all our customer feedbacks. I’d like to free our customers from entering their name and the project we worked on together. So i need a possibility to create custom URL’s where the Salutation/Project is already set by myself. Can i do this with Typeform (or any other Ideas)?Thankyou!Michael

Hi everybody, I would like to create a typeform and I’m looking for the best template to use. My aim is to send a document to all my clients with a choice of different items they can book. They’ll have to fullfill the document with all their datas and chose the product/s they want to receive (but they will buy it once they receive it - so any payment is due).As result I would like to have a list of all the orders.Any ideas of the best template to use?thank you :-)

Hi everyone,I’m embedding Typeform in my web app. My issues is, a request for a form doesn’t respond with all the necessary OWASP headers like X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy. These headers are absolutely necessary for the form to load in my web page. What can I do here?

Hi, I’ve been encountering regular problems with the latest version of Typeform (since May/June, more or less), whichever browser I use to open it. When I scroll down my form while creating it, at some point, the whole thing starts shaking. Also, when I’m on the first level with all my forms visible, when scrolling down, only half of the ones of the lower line are being showed (=I can’t click on “duplicate” etc). I tried to change the browser, but the problem remains (tried Firefox, Edge, Opera….). My colleagues have the same problem when we use our common account, so it’s apparently also not a problem of my computer only. Any clue what the problem could be ? Thanks! Hélène

Is is possible to add a help hint or a default value to a short answer? I need to put @ sign IN front of every answer for a field.

I’m on the basic plan, but paid for a year, with a limit of 250 responses. I want to upgrade to 750 responses for this month only (pay monthly). But Typeform only says this will go into affect after the year subscription has renewed. How can I temporarily upgrade to 750 responses? 

Hey community - My team is wanting to have users fill out a form to display a customized card. This “card” would have a personal message and a recipients name. I was hoping that there would be a way to use dynamic content to repeat this info the users puts in on the end screen. If anyone has insight on how this might be possible, it would be super helpful! Hello,I am creating a multiple choice product quiz on typeform with 10 questions and 34 different outcomes from the quiz. The quiz worked perfectly fine when I had 10 outcomes and gave the appropriate result. After adding the extra outcomes, the quiz is crashing and is not working for any of the outcomes. Can someone please help with this?Thank you :)Saif

I see in the help section that you can use hidden fields to identify the emails of your respondents from a pre-existing database. But I’m not finding a tutorial on how to do that. I am using Mailchimp as my CRM and have my contacts loaded in there. How can I connect the two so I can track who has responded and who has not?

How can I delete responses before we send the survey out since I did two tests first (and do not want those included in my results)?

Hello, 1) I built a Job Request Form in Google Forms before importing it into Typeform. In Google, the form had one opening section and six independent/problem specific sections: a) Only the opening section and ONE of the six independent sections need to be completed.b) The first section had a multi-choice question that’s used to branch out to any of the other sections.c) The form shows the submit buttton once any of the six independent sections is completed. 2) Unfortunately, when this form was imported into Typeform, the sections structure were not included. So I had to use Questions Group to recreate the sections in typeform. But now, unlike how it worked in Google Forms, the submit button is not shown when the first branched Question Group is completed. Instead of showing the Submit Button, the form leads to the second Question Group which is totally unrelated to the first group. To be clear, as a test, I used logic to indicate that the form should be submitted at the last field of

How can I randomize the initial sort order of the items in the Ranking option?I want to prevent bias by randomizing the initial order of the items.  I see there is a “Randomize” option for Multiple Choice, but I don’t see one for Ranking.Thanks!

I know from other projects that Stripe has a designated “test” credit card number (4242 4242 4242 4242) but is this enabled for testing payment questions on our forms? 

I would like to generate a number to put in the email notifications sent to the participant. The number should be 1 for the forst respondent, 2 for the second, 3 for the third respondent and so on.Is this possible.

This is an application form for our agency and now the link that leads to the applicant’s resume cannot be accessed anymore, even on the typeform interface where all the results were stored. Hi, A bit new to Typeform but I was wondering if it is possible to segment responses. I worked with a school project and got responses from students and parents. I would like to compare student views with parents views by segmenting in two groups by age. Can I do that in Typeform Results or do I need to export and massage data there? Thx

Hi all, i have a question concerning the embedding mode and visibility of launch buttons.I want to embed my survey as pop-up window at our page. I don’t want to use a launch button, but show the survey by pageload WITHOUT any launch button.However the option “show launch button ON/OFF” is not visible anymore in my typeform template when choosing “pop-up” as embedding mode. Is there any possibility to hide the launch button in pop-up windows?  Thank’s a lot ;) Here is a picture of the desired option which is not displayed anymore when selecting “pop-up” as embedding mode.  When choosing “pop-up” mode it looks like this (iin the past there was an option to hide launch button as far as I remember…
