Typeform conversations

Hello lovely people,I had heard of typeform previously and stumbled across videoask more recently and I can see how they will be excellent for my business. The problem I have is not having the creative mindset to make them work well for our business use case (a place for clients/potential clients to get answers to their questions and a funnel through which they can instruct us to do work for them).I am also massively time poor and the 4hrs I have spent on it today hasn’t felt very productive at all. In fact I think that I may well have actually gone backwards.Surely there are freelancers out there who can help me? How do I fund such a lovely person to work with?

Hi there, I purchased Typeform to use for a month in the past and now I can’t recall the logic capacity in the product.I have 3 questions and, depending on the combo of those answers, I would lead the person to a different product recommendation. I would also categorize them differently depending on the response to the first question. Can I do that using typeform?Thanks, Sue 

Good day I have a internal customer survey which has 26 unit to rate under a question however i need to create a logic that says that if you are working in “Unit A” , don't answer statement 1 of the matrix question. Do i have to create multiples of the same question i.e. 26 then do the jump with the exclusion of the unit that is being rated? Thanks in advance 

I’m trying to use a form to send users to two separate landing pages based on their answers — is that possible? Basically, if someone says “yes,” then I want them to get redirected to landing page A on my website, and if they say “no,” then I want them to get redirected to landing page B on my website. I see how I can create a redirect on completion, but the key is having two separate redirects on completion. Has anyone done this successfully?

Hello, I’m setting up a referrals form for refugees wanting to access support services. The form has two pathways: one, to select the issue they are having a problem with, fill in some details, and ultimately book an appointment with an advisor; two, to select the problem they are having an issue with and get some kind of downloadable pdf pertaining to that particular issue - i.e clicking debt advice would allow them to download a pdf containing information just about debt - when they click submit. Is the second pathway feasible? How would I set that up? Thank you for any help!

How can you unpublish a form. I clicked on publish but you can't click back on unpublish? I can't find the lock

Hi there! I need help so what better place than the community for ask for it :DI need to filter the ‘community feedback results’ by date - particularly the summary tab. Currently it looks like I can only see totals (all time) in the summary section. See below so you know what I mean:  Does anybody know if I can filter the summary by date? I want to see the % split per week, but I can’t find a way at the moment.  As always, gracias.

I am trying to build a feedback form or checklist of processes for a new website launch to upload images to apply an algorithm.  Without being super basic, how is the best way to do this now? Too many options these days, but I want to utilize all these great tools for the backside of marketing.  Please help.

I’m totally new to typeform and currently subscribed on the Basic account.It looks really good but here’s the scenario I’ve got - can you tell me if I’m dreaming of the impossible? I want to take answers from a question in one form, and use that info to ask another question in a second form. For example, a question in Form A asks users which items they sell and they can choose from the multiple select: apples, oranges, bananas.Let’s say they selected Apples and Bananas.I then want a Form B to ask “how much are you charging for Apples” then another question “How much are you charging for Bananas”They didn’t select Oranges, so it is ignored.  Does this outcome sound possible?

Hi there, In a form with several multiple-choice questions, I have several long text-related answers. For further processing I need to get the order of the choosen answer in the list (1, 2, 3 … or A, B, C, … ) instead of the text of the answer itself. Any idea? Thanks.

I have a pretty urgent matter and was wondering what the usual wait time is to hear back from support? Also if anyone here could help that would be great. I need to get access to the images sent to me via typeform but due to legal reasons I cannot download them to my laptop but need to keep them in the cloud.To do that I set up integration with google docs to be able to view them in browser without downloading them but only the new images that are being sent are showing up in the folder and I did not see an option to move over the older submissions pre-integration when setting up the integration or anywhere else in the connect dashboard.

I have created a form for course booking where the user can select to either pay a deposit or a discounted full fee. How do I pass their selection to the price in the Payment Question?Also - there are some fields in the form which are optional. How do I make them appear blank in the summary for Payment Question. Is there a way I can create a quiz where each question gets tallied to have a percentage of each possible answer at the end? For example, I am creating a quiz to see the percentage of each social style someone identifies with. Each answer to each question will tie to a social style. At the end, I would like the answer to be percentages of each social style. Also, is there a template that already has this feature? Hello,I need to create a personality questionnaire with answers.Each answer corresponds to a type of personality. At the end of the questionnaire we count the number of personality types and this defines a result.Is this possible?
