Typeform conversations

On the Google Sheet attached to my Typeforms I like to use colors to highlight rows, reformat text wrapping so I can see entire responses and make a few other small adjustments so that I can keep my leads organized and responses easy to read. But whenever I try to do anything (like highlight a row by changing the background color), I get an annoying pop-up warning. In fact I get it each time I make any of my organizational modifications to the sheet. On desktop there is an option to ‘silence’ the pop-up for 5 minutes – it works, for 5 minutes, but it does come back! and on mobile, where it takes more taps to do simple tasks (like highlighting a row) there is no silence option at all and it shows up on every tap, meaning I may see it 3-4 times while performing a simple action like changing the background color of a row making working on mobile a nightmare.  It’s not only annoying, but it significantly slows down my work. How can I disable this annoying pop-up permanently, so that I can

Hi Everyone, Hope all is well. I’m trying to use the images on my typeform to display charts, graphs and infographics, however, as the page responds to the screen/window size or mobile, rather than scaling down the image like a normal website e.g. square space, The text element of Typeform overlaps the image blocking out some of the image content. Has anyone tried to do something similar and have a solution? Kind regards Samantha

Hi,  Every time I use Question branching, the window keeps jumping and I cannot correctly use it. I am using a Mac, I tried type form on safari and chrome but the problem remains. Anyone knows why that happens ?  Best ,  Armand

I upgraded my account to business but it doesn't appear in my login and I don't know what else to do

Bit worried I have been put on a professional plan under github student, not sure how it fully compares to current new plans or if I will be randomly switched if they do away with professional plan all together. Can anyone please elaborate on the professional plan, just confused why I have been put on a plan that does not officially exist? Is it even any better than the basic plan they offer?

Hello,  I would like to show a calculation of a number that the user has put in on one of my screens. It did it like so: After that screen, they would see their value (like a price) and if they are unsatisfied with that, I would like for them to have an option to change the previous answer and have it calculated again. This is what I did:When I tested this, the calculation worked for the first time but when the option to change their initial value is chosen, the resulting value is 0. Can anyone help with this?

Hi, My embeded Sidetab used to have white text but I just noticed today that it has gone black.   Is there any way to return it to being white like the image below? 

Hi, TF community !I have a slider typeform triggered by a button on my website.I have a redirect on completion to a thank you page so I can have this page visit as a Google analytics goalHowever, when I check my landing pages on google analytics, I am surprised to see that this thank you page appears a s a landing page. This would mean that google sees a new session, and this would lead to double session counts and high bounce rate (which is not excellent for SEO) Any comments  and suggestions ?  Many thanks Antoine

Good afternoon from sunny Galway.   I am creating a typeform for feedback from clients.  I want to set it up so that when the client hits submit, they have the choice to send the data to one of 5 emails depending on the query.  This sounds like conditional logic but the piece I am struggling with is the email trigger.  I know that I can create an email notification with zapier - but this would only send off one email.  Hope this makes sense.  Elodie

Hi all, Some help would be much appriciated. This is my typeform -  Looks fine. Yet, when I embed it, there is a strange boarder around the button, which doesn’t exist elsewhere?  Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it?It appears across multiple browsers.There doesn’t seem to be an option for this in design of the form, so I don’t know why it exists? Thanks, Murray   

I'm trying to embed the form using the Chat code on my WIX site to be display correctly but the form is being displayed on a larger scale on mobile preventing  preventing the user to close the form. I’m using the chat popover code. If anyone knows how to solve this issue I’ll appreciate it!  

Hi all,I’m trying to run a logic on multiple choices, that depending on the multiple choice answer it goes to a different follow up question.Pretty standard set up:choice: accountant → to to accountant slide choice: student → go to student slide etc.I’m on a basic price account, but the ‘branching & calculations’ option within the advanced menu doesn't appear for me to do this. And I can’t do it within the simple branching menu.Is this not offered as part of basic, or do I need to activate this somewhere/somehow? Many thanks in advance,Sonya

Hi there! I have  2 different clients typeforms  that have randomly started not showing the one the questions in typeform for some reason. I’ve duplicated them both tried  then retried them both 2 differnt computers on differnt browsers and they are still not showing up. they are showing up in branch view but not in preview. they are required questions but we did turn them off and turned them back on and even changed their order but they still dont show up..Help!!!

So, I need to creat a typeform and based on the answers, build texts.For example:There are 2 questions.1 - What color do you prefer?A - Blue ( The aswer on the report is >  serenity)B - Gray ( The aswer on the report is >  pace)C - Yellow ( The aswer on the report is > prosperity)2- What is your favorite music style?A - Jazz (The aswer on the report is >  stylish)B - Rock (The aswer on the report is >  AgitatedC - Country (The aswer on the report is > calm)Let's suppose a person chose A at first and B on the second question.So, in the end, we'll show a text with the answers given.Based on the example the final text would be: "You are a serene(fisrt answer) and agitated(second answer) person"Is there a way to do this?Thanks in advance! 

I find the feature in the long form option “Shift ⇧ + Enter ↵ to make a line break” very confusing when I tested my first survey. How do you get rid of it?

Hi Currently have a Typeform embedded within my webapp. Some of our users are having issues with scrolling (scrolling gets locked) on Safari and Firefox after they have opened/closed the embedded Typeform.Is this a common thing on Safari and Firefox. This is not happening on chrome whatsoever. Looking for some help. Thanks

And send data to our CRM Intercom and enrich users with Tags (Intercom) for better segmentation & onboarding.Maybe you can help with relevant use cases or direct answers or event will be ready to complete such set up on commercial basis.1. We have Sign up page (Google Auth or Name/Email/Password) and we want to Typeform survey appears right after that screen.How Typeform can understand that email which just was entered in to our screen, it it the same user which start the survey and data collected from here correctly enriched into Intercom.I do understand we can ask for email in type form again, but can it be somehow be pre filled from previous Sign Up step on our screen?2. Can the data answered in survey be transferred to Intercom as Tags. What is the best way to do so via Webhooks API?Thanks in advance.

Hi All, I have a simple four question survey, but the result relies on multi-step calculations at the end, before providing two results. I’ve made custom variables for each factor, but at times two variables equal a third needed in a later calculation step, which is the bit I can’t seem to make possible. Hi, I would like to use typeform to grow my email list. I’m using activecampaign and I would like to segment costumers. Is it possible to segment by using one single typeform? People do my typeform in order to get the answer of what specific type of person etc. they are. I would like to integrate that into my active campaign by using tags to send automated and specific emails to each person. Meaning person A with typeform result “A” gets the tag “A” in activecampaign and another person with result “B” gets the tag “B” and so on. Thanks for your help!
