Typeform conversations

Hi there! I have  2 different clients typeforms  that have randomly started not showing the one the questions in typeform for some reason. I’ve duplicated them both tried  then retried them both 2 differnt computers on differnt browsers and they are still not showing up. they are showing up in branch view but not in preview. they are required questions but we did turn them off and turned them back on and even changed their order but they still dont show up..Help!!!

So, I need to creat a typeform and based on the answers, build texts.For example:There are 2 questions.1 - What color do you prefer?A - Blue ( The aswer on the report is >  serenity)B - Gray ( The aswer on the report is >  pace)C - Yellow ( The aswer on the report is > prosperity)2- What is your favorite music style?A - Jazz (The aswer on the report is >  stylish)B - Rock (The aswer on the report is >  AgitatedC - Country (The aswer on the report is > calm)Let's suppose a person chose A at first and B on the second question.So, in the end, we'll show a text with the answers given.Based on the example the final text would be: "You are a serene(fisrt answer) and agitated(second answer) person"Is there a way to do this?Thanks in advance! 

I find the feature in the long form option “Shift ⇧ + Enter ↵ to make a line break” very confusing when I tested my first survey. How do you get rid of it? 

Hi everyone, My question might cover ove as silly. But I really cannot find how to solve this. I copied an exisiting typeform and changed the name. I see however still the old name of the form in the new form. How can I change it?  Many thanks in advance, Irina 

Hi Currently have a Typeform embedded within my webapp. Some of our users are having issues with scrolling (scrolling gets locked) on Safari and Firefox after they have opened/closed the embedded Typeform.Is this a common thing on Safari and Firefox. This is not happening on chrome whatsoever. Looking for some help. Thanks

And send data to our CRM Intercom and enrich users with Tags (Intercom) for better segmentation & onboarding.Maybe you can help with relevant use cases or direct answers or event will be ready to complete such set up on commercial basis.1. We have Sign up page (Google Auth or Name/Email/Password) and we want to Typeform survey appears right after that screen.How Typeform can understand that email which just was entered in to our screen, it it the same user which start the survey and data collected from here correctly enriched into Intercom.I do understand we can ask for email in type form again, but can it be somehow be pre filled from previous Sign Up step on our screen?2. Can the data answered in survey be transferred to Intercom as Tags. What is the best way to do so via Webhooks API?Thanks in advance.

Hi All, I have a simple four question survey, but the result relies on multi-step calculations at the end, before providing two results. I’ve made custom variables for each factor, but at times two variables equal a third needed in a later calculation step, which is the bit I can’t seem to make possible. Hi, I would like to use typeform to grow my email list. I’m using activecampaign and I would like to segment costumers. Is it possible to segment by using one single typeform? People do my typeform in order to get the answer of what specific type of person etc. they are. I would like to integrate that into my active campaign by using tags to send automated and specific emails to each person. Meaning person A with typeform result “A” gets the tag “A” in activecampaign and another person with result “B” gets the tag “B” and so on. Thanks for your help!

Is there any way to validate length of short answer input?I have a form to get birth date in 6 digits like yymmdd and need to check if user has typed 6 digits correctly.

I was trying 1000 times, reintegrating typeform with monday.com and I still cannot map any fields from typeform. I noticed by accident that the classic builder forms do match! But then I went to my classic old form, clicked publish and it changed to a NEW typeform and now I cannot map it anymore. Any way how can I revert to an old classic form? or why the monday.com integration does not work with the new typeform? 

I would like to print the results - responses report in the form shown on the screen in responses.  The information is well organized, it is easy to connect the information and pleasant to look at.  Using the EXCEL spreadsheet is not nice to look at and inefficient.  I would also like to share the on scree image of the responses screen with my colleague via email.In addition, I would like to print out the written comments from the respondents replies. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Here’s a simple use case:There are 3 questions, and all questions are weighted with 1 point each (which I add to the “score” variable).For question 1 and 2, I just add 1 to score if the user answers correctly. No further logic.At question 3, I want to keep a checkpoint on Score. In the third question, if customer answers correctly, I first add 1 to score, and then implement following logic:a) If the score is less than 2, end the quiz.b) If the score is greater or equal to 2, reset the score to 0 and proceed to next question.This logic fails when answer to question 3 is the deciding factor. Supposing a customer answers question 1 correctly and question 2 incorrectly, in that case answering question 3 correctly should take the customer to next question (because score > 2 including that question) and answering it incorrectly should end the quiz (because score is < 2).Practically, Typeform ends my quiz in both the cases. Hi all! I need to track info on Intercom through a Typeform Survey using the hidden fields. But hidden fields only allow to track User Data - I need to track a Company Data, how can i do?When I set the survey up in the messenger, in the section for the hidden fields i can only scroll and choose Users Data to track - How/Where can I find Company Data to track?e.g. I need to track the "Type" of Company where my users are from - which is the Company Attribute "Type" - so that i know that "This users is from this type of company - that other user is from that other type of company"...Can you help on this? - thanks!

I am creating a quiz that will generate the results of which social style someone is. Is there a way I can create a quiz where each question gets tallied for an end result? Instead of having a result after each question. Or, is there a template that already has this feature?Thank you!

HiI am building an application form and have already collected the clients names. I now want to ask if they have a current mortgage and whether it’s in the name of Client 1, client 2, or both. But I was hoping to use the @ recall facility to pull across their names in place of Client 1 or Client 2, but cannot see how I do this.Any ideas?

I haven’t got the highest paid membership which allows automatic pop-up launch of a form. Does anyone have a work around for this, such as a custom script? Thank you 

HI all, I make multiple feedback forms for our circus based Outreach projects. I am often analysing similar outcomes, but not exactly the same. I know I can duplicate a typeform and edit it - but I would rather create a library of questions and drag and drop them to create each project specific survey. I don't think I can? Anyone have any ideas?

Hey all, i have tried to contact support for over a week now and i never hear back.. there is something wrong with account as i cant add new pics to my forms and so i was wanting to seek some support but cant seem to get through… are there any other options on how to contact them perhaps? thanks in advance 

Does anyone know why the integration might stop adding rows even though is on? It stopped twelve days ago, and the worksheet hasn’t been edited. Is there a maximum size? The sheet is 1,4K rows long. Also, the integration has been turned on the whole time. I’ve looked around the forum and found some reasons that breaks the integration:Change the headers of the document - headers hasn’t been changed Integrate the same form in two different Google sheet URLs instead of the same Google sheet document - form is integrated in only one sheet Integrate two forms in the same tab - tab is integrated in only one form Delete tabs on the sheet - sheet has only one tab The target sheet has the same name as the typeform - target sheets hasn’t the same nameAdditionally, the form is connected to Sendgrid through Zapier and the automation stopped working at the same time. I checked on Zapier and if I manually update it gets the last response, but not automatically.

Hi all Why is that in my summary of responses I see yes/no as per the survey answer, yet when I download the CSV I get numbers?  I assume 1 is Yes and 2 is No.I am trying to integrate to Airtable.  Can I convert these through that integration or do I need to use a service like Zapier to transform the data please? Thanks

Hello, I am trying to change the layout of individual questions but when I change, for example, the background. It affects the whole form. I noticed that this is possible in the new builder but for some reason I have the old one even though I just signed up for it. Any thoughts? I have my form built already, now I need to work on the design but I find it quite limited.

How does Zapier work with that?  I am needing something similar.  Different typeforms that led to different groups in the same audience.  MailChimp says it can be don with pass-through, but Typeform says it cannot?
