Hey everyone - while we wait for the Facebook Domain Verification to work. For Facebook ads what have you seen works best for conversions - optimizing for links clicks or LPV (landing page views). 

HiI’m creating our digital invites for our wedding through Canvas, and saw I could integrate Typeform.Could someone give me advise on the best way to use Typeform for the RSVP returns?I’m looking to have the first invite page as the wedding details, and then the second with the name(s) of who’s invited, and then use a form of whether they can attend or not (so eg for a couple the option would be both, one or neither can attend), and then a second free type form for dietary requirements.Is this something I could do?As a bonus, is it possible to link these returns to a results summary?Thanks

I want to ask one question. I noticed that on mobile if I am using the Typeform button at bottom, then upon clicking the button, before it opens typeform, window is scrolled to top.Could you please help me with this issue.You can check this on below link. Scroll the window a bit. you will see a ribbon stuck to bottom name "REQUEST SAMPLE", this is where I have embedded typeform. I paid for yearly professional plan by mistake. I have a free code and I want to apply this code for the current package. Can I have the fee transfered back to my visa? Does Typeform have a cashback policy for users who complained about subscription packages? 

I have mad before 2 typefrom and now it is classic version, how I can change it to the new updated version from the typefrom?? as it was built with a lot of the logic configurations

En nuestra web, nuestros clientes compran canciones personalizadas y rellenan un cuestionario online hecho con Typeform, donde nos cuentan su historia, sentimientos, etc… Es una tarea que puede alargarse horas o días, si la persona tiene poco tiempo, o se poner a revivir momentos a medida que redacta. De modo que, a veces, cierran la ventana pretendiendo volver al día siguiente, o se va la luz, o cierran por error… y esos datos se pierden. Como medida inmediata, pusimos un documento word para hacer el form offline. Así no hay riesgos. Y poco a poco vemos que nuestro equipo, directamente recomienda bajar el word. Me da pena porque typeform es mucho mejor, y podríamos hacer saltos lógicos. Existe algún modo de que lo que se va escribiendo se guarde automáticamente para poder continuar en sesiones posteriores? Muchas gracias! 

Hi,  i wanted to know what I should enter as a field in the form to match the First Name in klaviyo.I tried to insert in the first question of the form, a "SHORT TEXT" with "NAME" but it didn't help, as it doesn't correspond to "FIRST NAME" in klaviyo.How can I do?

This survey is for a client and right now when I share a link, it has my name in it.  I want to change it to the client name.  I have looked in this community forum and didn’t see the question asked, have looked around in the tool and I’m hoping I’m just missing where to make this change.Your help would be appreciated.

Hi Community,  I have two typeforms that were designed for me, they didn’t use my account, instead, they created them ? unknown, and then dropped them into my typeform account. The problem I am having is that there is a blank screen ( i can’t add the form names) which makes it so confusing understanding what form relates to what function I need to send out to our clients.  Please can anyone shed light on how i can add their respective labels? 

Hi! I've setup an integration with Google Sheets and noticed some respondents are recorded twice in my Google Sheets tab. Anyone else experienced the same, do you know when it's recorded twice and how to solve this? 

Did send a link on e-mail where the link was changed by Outlook to include “https://safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url= and when the person clicked on the link they came to Typeform.com not to my designed landing page.Any solution to this problem?

Ok so I’ve seen this done with Typeform but cannot figure out how to do it myself. I have an assessment that needs to provide an overall score and scores for 5 individual sections. After the assessment is submitted, I need to send a copy of all of the results - overall and each section along with some pre written feedback. It would look something like: Section 1 overall score:Feedback ….. Section 2 overall score:Feedback ….Etc. Does anyone know how to do something like this? I’ve been looking everywhere for hints lol!Appreciate any help.

Hi,I have a typeform where it is impossible for me to remove redirect on completion. It asks me to upgrade my plan which I don’t want and don’t need to. I can’t publish either because I would need to upgrade.Any workaround? Didn’t find anything and can’t find a way to contact support. Can’t change it, can’t publish… This could also be due to the fact I am working on a duplicate from an old typeform in the classic builder that I now moved to the new builder. Thank you!

I’ve faced the issue that new layout doesn’t support hidden fields the way it was in classinc layout. I’m wondering if this option is completely gone or it’s moved somewhere else. I’m trying to find an effective API connection to my website. 

Something that I really like when using a platform is the support, but out of the community, it’s almost impossible to contact support. I already send 2 or 3 e-mail and I don’t get any response… I was using Jotform, they charge me $30 USD a month, but Typorfm looked nicer, anyways I can’t send people to different URL’s depending on their answer, I couldn’t try that option without upgrading my plan, so, that’s what I did, I upgraded it and I realized that it is not possible. So, I haven’t used my form anywhere because it doesn’t work. I would like to get a full refund... I upgraded my account yesterday around 3 or 4pm...Please help me. Thanks

How can I increase the opacity on the Welcome Screen description? It’s not 100% and it’s a bit tough to see with the image I want to use for a form. 

Hello, I am looking for a solution to track Typedform forms GRPR compliant in Google Analytics. The special thing is that I only want to track users who have previously agreed to allow GA cookies on the website. With Typeform's built-in GA tracking, I haven't found a way to turn this off for specific users. Is there a way to control the Google Analytics integration via Javascript from the outside? Or is there another solution offered by Typeform to track users GDPR compliant?

Does Typeform allow Respondent to type their own comments

I’ve been using the New Builder recently and much prefer over the Classic Builder… However, I can no longer see an option to build in the New version and the default is Classic again. The only way I can use New Builder is to duplicate an older New Build survey and then amend - which isn’t perfect as my surveys are always so different. Have I missed something? Can someone help me resolve, please? Any help much appreciated.
