Hello, I want to change my main email but it does not let me and I get the following error message.   

Hi, Would it be possible to redirect respondents to a different question if they are using PC (and not mobile)? For example, we can redirect mobile users directly to our mobile app (in order to assign them points to “thank them” for their response), while I would need to add an additional question before the Thank you screen for PC users for them to manually enter their email address (in order to be able to recognize them and assign them points afterwards).Any idea how we could manage this? Thank you so much for your help! Sophie.

HI! I am having a problem publishing my typeform. I have an essential plan (3 logic jumps per typeform included) and have 2 logic jumps in my form. When I try to publish I receive this message:This typeform uses trial features that aren’t on your plan. To publish it, upgrade your plan or remove these trial features:Logic Jumps (3 per typeform) Does anyone know what the problem might be?Thanks! 

Is there a recursion detection that stops infinite loops from happening? Warning - long, complicated post ahead:I have a survey where the logic is something like this: Choose a,b,c,d,e,etc... if ‘a’ is chosen, jump to dropdown 1 and answer the next 5 dropdowns after it. On the last dropdown (dropdown 5) there is a logic statement that sends you back to the choose a,b,c,d... slide. Then you have to pick a different option which will bring you to a new dropdown set. I want this to occur three times and then when the variable that I’m incrementing becomes 3, I end the survey by jumping to the last slide.The problem is that this is failing after it jumps back to the choose a,b,c… slide for the second time. Instead of jumping to the second set of dropdowns, it jumps to the last slide.I’ve tested this using a much simpler setup with two slides looped together, and it looks like there’s either a bug or some kind of recursion check because they stop looping after the second time as seen above.

Help! I made a new quiz and it semmes that the tag connecting with mailchimp does not work. In Typeform the mailadres and contact is stored but it does not sent it to the list in mialchimp and so the journey is not activated. This is only with ‘old’ mailadresses used in previous quizes. With a fresh/ new mailadres Typeform sent them to mailcjhimp with the right tag and is imported in mailchim and the journey starts.  Who nows what the problem in typeform is and how we can solve it?i have already deleted all the mailadressen in typeform from previous quizes but it still does not work. 

Is there a way to change the order of my answers in a quiz by just dragging?  Really don't want to have to reload.Creating a style quiz and would like the answers to be mixed up a bit in order.

I have had a premium account for several months but need to move to the free version due to difficult financial times. How can I do that with my current form? Can I simplify it (no logic) and set it up as a contact form? TYSM!

This morning I woke up and found all the links to the files people upload to my typeform duplicated under a “=Hyperlink()” formula. This used to work just fine. Someone is having the same problem or has any idea how to fix it?  Thank you in advance.

Hello!So, I do have a question (no. 3) that provides a multiple choice amongst:A, B, C, DA should redirect to 7 (and it does)B to 4 (and then 4 to 7 no matter what)C to 5 (and then 5 to 7 no matter what)D to 6 (and then 6 to 7 no matter what)but currently 4 goes to 5 and 5 to 6 then to 7I’ve left the field empty and just populated the jump with the question number.What is wrong in the logic?------All solved. I am using typeform to generate leads for local clients. I would like to add a different pixel to different accounts. It appears that if I add a FB pixel integration, it is included for all my forms. I have the professional plan.
