Typeform conversations

Hello, Typeform community, So this is the scenario I'm currently facing. I need to survey 125 people over time. There are 4 surveys total, and the responses from survey #1 have to be transferred to survey #2, and the answers to survey #2 have to be transferred to #3… until I complete the 4 surveys. Each survey is going to be released one week apart from each other, meaning I can't use the option "Redirect to completion" since I don't want them to respond to the following survey just right after they respond to one of my surveys (they have to be a week apart from each other) My question is: is there a way I connect their responses to transfer information between the 4 surveys? or, Do I have to personalize 125 surveys 4 times for this survey dynamic to work?  Thanks!Paula

Hi all, I’m Nana and I am a new user of Tyoeform.I have just purchased the Basic package but, for some reason, I am not able to access the opinion scale question type (as seen in my screenshot).  How do I get this feature as I would have expected it to just appear when adding a new question? I’ve searched the help manuals on Typeform but they refer to “classic builder” which I don’t know what that even isThanks in advance,Nana

Is there an update on the status of RANKING QUESTIONS?I’m currently on a free account to test if typeform is suitable for our application.the documentation says:“To add a Ranking question to your typeform:1. Click + and select Ranking from the list.”but when I do this, Ranking question does NOT show as an option.Am I missing something? is there an update coming? What is the ETA?Happy to upgrade to a pro account but need to know it will work first.Thanks for you help and input?

I have checked that the webhook url is correct, SSL is using valid certificate.When i do a test request from the typeform admin, it works and i get the request with sample payload on my server.However, i have tried completing the form many times, but the webhook is not being called on my server after completion of the form.Kindly suggest what could be the issue and how to fix this.

Hello everybody, i invited a tester to see if this fonctionnality promised by typeforms would work and it failed. Do you have an idea what s at stake ?  “Respondents can start your typeform, close it, and return later without losing their answers.Your audience doesn't have to complete a typeform in one sitting. They can start to fill one in, close it, and then return later and their answers will still be there. The only rule is they have to be on the same browser and device (and not in Incognito or Private browsing mode). Their answers will be kept safely in their browser's local storage, for 15 days.”

Hi Guys!Rather new to Typeform and have been working on Manychat to date. Could you kindly tell what is the method of saving a webhook response in Typeform to further utilise it in the forms? Let’s say I’m getting Amazon order information from Seller.Tools by Order ID and I want to use the data moving forward. E.g. saying “You’ve ordered {{product name 1}} and {{product name 2}} from us, which one would you like to order a gift for?”. What I would do in Manychat is map a webhook response to a so called custom field and use it in the wording. How could I do that in Typeform? I’d be grateful for any assistance :)Adam

 As the title suggest, the layout of my quiz varies greatly between mobile on desktop and actually viewing/using on mobile. I’ve re-done the layouts multiple times, tried bigger images/smaller images, and I’ve even created a new quiz in case it was a bug or something… I’ve attached what it looks like on Desktop and Mobile for comparison for you. Disregrad the colours/designs, two variations of the quiz while attempting to fix the issues Thanks, as always. Hi friends, we’re embedding Typeform in our Intercom flows and trying to get rid of a few screens to make it more user friendly. Had 2 questions in case anyone has experience with these:[1] When a user clicks on “give feedback” in Intercom, they are taken to a Typeform survey within the same Intercom chat. The first screen is a blank white screen with the survey form title “Customer Feedback” on it only (pic 1) -- does anyone know how to get rid of that screen so they just go to the first question? [2] The permanent header says “Please fill this form” which doesn’t read well and looks odd -- does anyone know how to change that? (pic 2) 

I have students divided into groups and want them to answer question A - how many people in your group?Then in the question B - have them fill each group member’s name and contact info.Is this process possible with typeform? Can I have the table change the number of lines provided to match the answer from question A?

Do you have the same issue with typeform? They changed option without any communication!!!Now when my client are click on send, they cannot go back to the main page as previously.If I do not get my initial setup I will quite within 2 month period as:support =0  change the contractI hope they will stop sending email to offer IPAD and consider there customer.Regards, 

Hi, supposing on a survey, if I ask a Yes/No question, and I’d like to give people a specific set of questions if they choose ‘yes’ and a different set of questions if they pick ‘No’. How would I go about doing that? 

Is it possible, after completing one of the typeform, to send an individual code to the email of the person who just answered? So that, afterwards, they insert that same code in another typeform, and so there are not several answers from the same person?

What subscription level do I need to have to integrate with Convertkit? Tutorial doesn’t let me know. 

Hi, First time poster, apologies if I stumble or this has been answered previously…Am creating a 25 question quiz, multiple choice. Right now, regardless of what answer the user chooses in the quiz, the selected answer always has a tick next to it (which makes it seem like they got it correct). Is it possible to have an X or Tick based on their answers?? If they get it wrong, show an X on the answer bar/area. If they got it right, keep the tick.The next screen I have has the right answer/description. But I feel the tick on all answers, regardless, on the question page is confusing…Thanks in advance. Lincoln

Hi there!I am creating a short survey.The second question is a yes/no question. If someone selects no, the final submit button comes up (as it should). However, if the user then clicks “enter” then “Yes” is selected and they are incorrectly moved to the next question. Is there any way to fix this so that “Yes” is not selected when a user presses “enter”? Thank you!

I have two forms, one in a language picker and the other is a longer form in their chosen language. I have an optional hidden field I am using to store some codes. Sometimes it doesn’t always come through if that data is not available on the link. On the language picker, I have an on submit ofbut when the referral code is not passed in, typeform substitutes “_____” in. My question is why is this desired behavior and is there any way to conditionally pass in the referral code in?On submit, it moves to my second typeform but I get a url of typeform.com/to/XXXXXXX?referralcode=_____I have a logic jump that asks if they were referred by anyone if the referral code is not in the hidden fields but that logic jump doesn’t work because everyone gets a referral code of “______”. How and why? 

I am trying to connect Infusionsoft to my hidden fields for name and email. The problem is every time I try it tells me I have no questions even though I do. Clearly I am missing a step (or steps) but I am so confused. How do I integrate it with infusionsoft so that the names autopopulate and I don’t need to ask for their email address. Thanks!

I just got the free version of Type form… I cannot add any questions like date answer type and to upload files. It seems to be available only for paid or classic builder. Is that correct or am I doing something wrong?Thanks for the help… I am kind of freaking out :((

I’m am attempting to use Typeform to send surveys via email, and then tie them to Mailchimp. However, I am specifically trying to tie the answers to specific fields within each audience member/email to better enrich our user data and what they require. Would the mailchimp integration do this? 

HelloHow do you implement a question where you can pick a date (preferrably from a calendar) and pick a time (e.g. for when someone would like to be called)?I am quite suprised, that this does not seem to be a standard capability. Is there a common workaround? Thanks!

Not sure how to explain or ask to including and imageIs there a way to do this. I have 4 categories with multiple lines of text/content. And I have the people enter a value between 1-10 on the tick line. Right now this is done manually but I would love for them to be able to submit it to me via a typeform. Thanks  

Hey there,it’s about a lead-campaign formular: did you ever experienced a problem that telephone numbers are not accepted and by that the questionary can’t continue?Using the desktop Typeform offers country codes to choose from. That way users understand that it’s part of the provided information to define the countrycode.But: using the mobile the countrycodes t choose from are not displayed. An by just giving my number it doesn’t except it without typing a countrycode to the actual number. Does someone have suggestions how to adjust?Kind regards, David / Noodles 

When I click on share and click on embed in a web page, this always comes up instead of showing my typeform: Sorry, you can't access this typeform until its creator says so.Unless... did you create this typeform?Log inBut if you didn't...Follow the white rabbit I am not sure why this is shown, because I am already logged in. Thank you for your help!
