Typeform conversations

Hey guys - I’m trying to build a survey which asks the user to provide one to several names of brands they're familiar with, and then in a follow-up question(s) ask them to rate each of these inputs from 1-5 for satisfaction.Is there a way to easily ask a participant to list things and then rate each?  Cheers!

How can I copy a typeform survey to use with a different population

I’m trying to connect typeform to zoho. When I hit ‘connect’ and select zoho, I receive a pop-up saying that I am missing a question in the typeform asking for email, last name and company name. I don’t see where to go back and add these in. I referenced the help page and the instructions they gave didn’t explain how to navigate to the settings to make these changes and I’m not finding it on my typeform. Can anyone direct me to where to find the field to add these 3 questions?And, is there a way to not include ‘company name’? My business is direct to consumer.

Hello community!I have tried to publish my Typeform just now, and can’t seem to be able to without upgrading the plan- saying that I need to since only 3 logic jumps are included in mine.Well, the thing is, I have counted the jumps many times over and gone through the form but I can’t find more than 3 jumps.Anyone can help me with this?Thanks

Is it possible to create a typeform for customers to sign up for, and then adjust on the fly a subscription?The customer would enter a unique code assigned to them, which would then recall their last entry into a form and allow then to change perimeters. Ie. For a Coffee Subscription; the sign up to receive their order weekly, but can then recall this information and then adjust it to fortnightly or monthly as they wish. The unique code assigned to them acting as a log in to the form to recall what the current status of the subscription is.Might be way out of the realms of Typeform, but doesn't hurt to ask the pros on here.Thanks! JW

For some random reason the file upload question is not showing up on my Typeform. I’ve toggled  with the require / not require and it doesn’t make a difference.  I feel like this is a really simple fix but my un-caffenaited brain is not able to figure this one out… please help! & Thank You Community!

is it possible to have a selection of multiple items for a question response and then prompt to have a comment provided for each item selected?

How can I redirect survey participants to another page from the ending page?For example - with (ending page a) I want to send them to a landing page, with (ending page b) I want to send them to and application, with (ending page c) I want to redirect them to an intake form. How I can I accomplish different redirects for each ending page?

in my case the form will sync with a video and every minute it should change to the next Question, could it be possible to set a timer or something similar (I was wondering if a hiden fields with a response that is autodialed when the user has not responded for x time)?¿

I have an active survey, but when I use the link it shows to send out, it says the survey is closed. I did not do that, how can I make it open/active again?

Well I guess this screenshot is pretty self explanatory of the issue.Therefore I have no data on my questions related to “views” or “drop-off”.I use Typeform on a weekly basis and never encountered any issue of this kind before.Did that ever happen to any of you ?I’m using the “start a conversation” typeform, I guess that missing data might be linked to that ?Thanks guys !
