Typeform conversations

When I insert a video that has subtitles from YouTube, on the computer you can see the subtitles but on the mobile you don't see the letters, just a white stripe, does anyone know why? or the solution?

Is there a way to get a free trial of the premium features?  I need more than 10 responses and want to trial the service before I commit to a subscription.

Hi guyes, I’m new to Typeform but I think it’s an amazing tool for me. However, I’m having some problems when I try to connect the Typeform to my HubSpot account.When the first time I tried to connect it, I didn’t read the notice carefully, so I deleted the test entry in my Hubspot contacts list, which is automaticlly sent by Typeform. I just learn that test entry shoundn’t delete when I check again but it’s too late. So I delete the integration and tried re-connect it, followed the process step by step, but it still not work. The test entry never reappeared, my testing submition of the form also not show on my HubSpot contacts list. ( But an old contacts info which collected in typeform before appeared on the HubSpot contacts list, so I believe it can work, just something wrong and I’m not able to fix it.)I tried twice but all failed, so I’m coming here to looking for help!If anyone know how to fix this issue, that will be MUCH GRATEFUL!Thank you in advance! Tom2021-02-05

Just trying to determine how many different ‘storefronts’ I need to create for a small business opportunity that will be launching in the next couple of weeks:Is anyone using ONLY Typeform (with Stripe integration) to provide their sole storefront for product sales?Am considering multiple storefront options running in parallel at the same time (yeah it might seem crazy but..): Typeform only Typeform plus Shopify Typeform plus Godaddy (i have a couple web properties there already) Typeform plus Facebook (Business or Marketplace) Typeform plus Etsy yadda yadda yaddaany thoughts?? “Caffeinated in Canada”

If I’m sending a survey through MailChimp that includes a URL to a page with a survey embedded on it, and I want to pass the user’s email address using a merge tag, will this work? Would I just need to append the merge tag to the end of the page’s URL?

Hi,Is it possible for a user that has clicked on a specific link in our webiste to open the Typeform with a pre-populated data field?Scenario:We have a Typeform where we have a “X” field with 3 options: becoming A becoming B becoming C A user navigates our website and those options are 3 different links in the website that opens the Typeform. i have signed up for the £25 per month option.still finding it very difficult to navigate -Qs - any portrait orientation photos i put into Qs are turning landscape annoyingly...Qs - the zooming in on a mobile version of a Q goes fairly AWOL, especially if photos are involved.thanks so much. i think this could be such a useful tool and I will be blogging about it to many in the gaming community, but I will need to get comfortable with it first. please help!!i know you have the help centre but it is far from sctractching where i am itching at present... very generic...thanksandy

Hi all!I was wondering if there was any option to pause my Typeform subscription rather than cancelling it. I and my team have created a form that we used to submit to our target customers to better identify our market. With Covid-19 getting worse in the country we are starting in (Indonesia), a strict lockdown has been implemented, preventing us from asking people face to face to fill in our form (which proved to be the most efficient way to go over there rather than sharing online). We’d like to resume collecting data in a few months when things get better hopefully, without losing our current form. Is there any solution to this?Thank you!Charlotte

Hello community!I found that the Question Group name is not in the results (connected table or export of responses). I have 15 groups of the same questions, and in the export, there are 15 sets of columns with the same headers - so it is quite confusing. It would be very useful to have in results:Groups name either as leading part of the Question, or Groups name as blank column.Do you have other suggestions on how to solve this issue?Martin

If I am in a professional account paying the annual fee and want to go to a premium account for a month and then return to the professional account, do I pay only the difference and then pay the equivalent to the professional plan again?

Hi Everyone!  I would really need some help here :) Some of my clients can’t complete their form as after a certain number of questions, they are sent back to the begining on the form. I use the form as personal assessment for a nutrition coaching program. The form is a bit long so it is really painful for my clients to start it over and over again hoping it will come to the end.  Have any of you already experienced something like that? How did you solve this issue? I tried to contact Typeform support but no one is answering my email… 

Ok, I think I.may just have one tough cookie.  After testing like 30 form apps it cMs down to 2. Jotform.and Typeform. It really was tough because the fact is for the price no form app does even half of what Jotform can do yet I decided to pay more with Typeform..why?  It makes no logical sence.  I chose it because of..the appearance or primary font Typeform. Uses. It defines the brand and makes  things things soothing to look at.  Now all they new to do is relate some native inbox or spreadsheet or native app to view form submitting. It is a little off that aftwr being so excited building a form,that I have to the pay Zapier simply to connect to a app that I can actually.use productivly. So in my form it’s taking info about my clients’ dog. When I recall the dog’s name that’s great but I’d love to be able to also use proper pronouns and say “You stated that Bailey likes treats. Does she like ...” is there away for me to incorporate and use pronouns properly on forms?

Just starting with typeform- deciding whether to invest in paid service. can free or paid service do this….. I am using typeform to develop treasure hunts where you do not get access to the next clue unless you have typed in the correct answer. i am not presented with options in the logic jumps section to be able to just return to the same slide/Q when a wrong answer is entered. please help. i am only offered options to take people forward to subsequent questions,,,,

Hi,Just stumbled on this and trying to figure it out.  Can you use the form on more than one website?  I.e. on site1.com and site2.com. Follow up is, can you create a 2nd, completely different form, and use it on a 3rd website, i.e. site3.com.Appreciate any help.

Background: I want to create a 'Choose your own adventure' survey application to go alongside a live play. The idea is that users will answer a survey about how they want the show to go, and the results will be shown to the actors. This will happen a few separate times throughout the play, the audience will be asked questions and their answers will inform the way the show progresses.Question: Can I create something like this in Typeform? If so, how? I am open to crazy ideas. I am considering making a custom website to do this, so that could factor into the solution as well. Hi peeps, essentially I am developing a simple web page and would like to embed 2 different pop up forms on the same page.Naturally I am trying to create 2 separate classes but when you go to share>embed>popup the embed is always the default class: "typeform-share button" When I change the class so that I can modify the CSS separately, I can’t figure out how to change the corresponding JS to work with it or even know if its still possible.  Does anyone know how to change the corresponding script so that it will work if I rename the class? Hope this makes sense and isn't a stupid question!

Hi,I have set up ‘self-notification emails’ following the procedure on the help pages. However, I am still not receiving these emails whenever a form is completed.I have got the destination email in the correct box and have published the form, but it still doesn’t follow through.Is there something else i should be doing?Thank-you in advance!Dan

Hi there, Just wondering if anyone can help me. I’ve build a form and have embedded it into my website using the popup embed option. However I am finding the customisation incredibly limited. Is there a way to change the button alignment when using the popup embedd? It seems to be set to left side alignment but I can’t workout how to centre it. Seems like a very simple option and one I am sure is nessercery when using this option on any website. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Cheers, Jamie

Hoping someone can help me with what seems like an excruciating task (I have been trying all day…).I have a quiz made up of 6 questions, each with 6 multiple choice options leading to 6 different thank you screens based on the responses.I have added a personality quiz template to my account, and have been exploring the advanced logic which sits behind it. This quiz is made up of 4 questions, 4 multiple choice options and 4 different thank you screen endings. That bit is fine - even helpful. The tricky part is that underneath the advanced logic, there’s calculations made up of numbers which help typeform ascertain if answer “A” has been chosen 2 times and none of the other answers have been chosen twice (this way you’re ruling out situations in which the user has picked “A” twice and “D” twice, where neither “A” nor “D” constitutes the majority of the answers).And I am majorly struggling with the right numbers to add in for the additional 5 and 6 questions I need to add for my qu
