Typeform conversations

Dear Community,my need is to collect event’s attendees names and emails, but limiting the number of attendees each referent can add to the form, according to a pre-defined or external number I provide in advance.In other words, I send the form to a contact person which is referent for other 5 attendees, but I want to make sure he cannot add more than 6 people in total. For each attendee I just collect Name, Surname, e-mail address. Before sending each form, I want to specify somewhere in Typeform that that specific form is only for 6 people and no more.How do you suggest me to achieve this configuration?Thank you very  much for your help,Daniele

Was working on a new form when I got a blank screen with the spinning wheel - been like that for about half an hour now. Have tried logging out and back in again. But no joy. Can someone check it out and get back to me.

Hello,Is it possible to use Type form API to create custom design forms? E.g. type form customization is not enough, we would wish to do some customization yourself, to improve UX of our forms, is that possible?As even forms are really amazing, there are still places to improve for better experience. 

In the Salesforce Integration documentation for Field mapping, it shows an example of how to Update a record instead of Creating a new one, and the key fields used in the example are First Name, Last Name and Email address, which is fine for Lead, Contact or Person Account, but what fields would be used to update an Opportunity where that data would would exist either through the Account look-up field (if Person Account) or through the related junction object Contact Role that connects to a Contact?What I’m trying to do is email an existing Person Account a link to the Typeform which would then update one of their existing Opportunities.

Hi everyone! I am trying to embed a “picture choice” question in an email using Hubspot as my email distributer. My issue is that when it shows up on the mobile the options are vertically alligned which means that some optins show before others, which I am afraid might affect the answers. I would like to have them next to each other on the phone as it is on my computer.  Anyone who know how I can fix this? I would really appreciate your help! ☀️

I’m doing some primary research on what challenges Solos and SMBs are facing when it comes to digital marketing AND what tools are you using to try in solve those problems and increase productivity.  I use Typeform, Zapier, Notion, Convertkit, Active Campaign, Google Workspace (and Document Studio), Trello and ChatGPT/Gemini in my small business.  My biggest challenge had been finding ways to increase the output of content creation efforts, aligned to my target segments and automate as much as possible. I use Typeform for collecting zero-party data and segmentation of leads Zapier to push data into my EMS solutions where i have automated a whack of email sequences (for me and clients)  Trello to track tasks and ideas And the AI tools for ideation, content creation and scheduling - in my Notion instance I’ve invited 2,000 folks in my business network to complete the short quiz you will find below.  I have this trouble since monday, my respons wont submit and it alwasy retrying. i think it because i type to many words in my response ? please help me need to send this form asap this is the form

When folks try to use my type form they are not able to submit their responses. Instead they keep getting the message “Your response hasn't been sent yet. Well, this is embarrassing. Retrying in X Seconds.

I’ve created a quiz and, based on the score, want a different ending to be shown. However, when I try to set this up, the endings aren’t showing in the list (see image) to let me link to them. It also won’t let me drag the arrows manually to the endings either. I’ve filled in the scores under Quiz & Scoring > Score Quiz, and have tried linking from both a yes/no question and multiple-choice question, but neither will connect. What am I missing?

I have 10 groups of questions regarding different topics (a section of questions for leadership, communication, team dynamics, time management, etc.). Each section has between 4-7 questions. Answers are scale based and scored ( strongly disagree (1), disagree (2), neutral (3), Agree (4), and strongly agree (5). At the end of the assessment I want the participant to be directed to a specific page which indicates the area of focus they should discuss with their coach. If they score 3 or below for most of the questions in the section, they should be sent to the ending page that would suggest they focus on that topic. For example, if in the leadership and communication sections they score an average low, i would want them to be able to see a comprehensive ending page that shows they need both of those topics covered. I have made the variables needed to reveal which questions are connected to which groups but i am running into a couple of problems:1- my ending pages are not showing up as an

I created an order form for a custom guitar. We have many custom options available within many categories. I created questions for each category, to allow the customer to choose what options they want in each category.The first question allows them to choose the categories they want to change, and the logic will then take them through only the questions associated with the categories they picked.For the follow up, I want it to show only the answers they gave for the categories they picked, and just the @a_price variable I created to show them the price. I used variables as the place to hold all my pricing and used the calculations function in logic to + add “@option” to @a_price for each option that was selected. Currently, my follow up shows all of the variables in the system and I just want it to show the total price variable (@a_price). Any help?

I built a quiz, basically a kind of weight loss calculator where we calculate how fast people can reach their desired target weight with our nutrition program. We ask them for their email address to send them their personal results. This alone works pretty well, with a completion rate of > 34%, see here: But if I ask them additionally to be able to send them further information, promotions, etc. which is basically the reason why we are doing the quiz... the completion rate drops dramatically to 12.5%, see here: Question: Whats the best way to ask them for their email address? I know that best practise would be to ask for that upfront (I will test that too for sure) but is there something else I could do better?Thanks for your input.Cheers,Cesare

which format does Typeform use to send out the client survey via email / ussd?

There’s a bug and can’t access results page of my typeform. It’s a white screen endlessly loading.

Why did they have to change they process?I am trying to access the results of a quiz my class did on Typeform.When I select the results I want to download, I then select the Excel spreadsheet, and now I get a message “the results will be sent to you when download is ready”  (or something like that).Email appears...I open it up and it says the results are ready…...OK, WHERE ARE THE RESULTS???!!??There is no link, no attached file, nothing!  the only live link in the email is for TypeForm, and that link is dead.This is not what I paid for.  Someone smarter than me(which might just be everyone) please help.
