Is there a way that I can create a personality test in videoask without using video? Below is the use caseI want to create an one way video interview process. This video interview would consist of two parts: First Part: 40 question personality test (Similar to Myers-Briggs, with the user being provided with the question and several multiple choice responses. User can only select 1 response per question) Second Part: a 6 question one way interview (Here, the user will only be able to respond via video I want to build this in a single videoask (for lack of better words) flowIs this something that can be done, or would I essentially have to load 40 1 second video clips, (with the question typed in the video to minimize processing time) for the personality screen portion of the video interview process?  

I’ve put together a quick demo similar to my videos.I don’t want the video to be cropped as there are important details near to the edges, so have used the Fit video option.Unfortunately having used the Fit video option, the Adjust video position isn’t available. This is how my video appears on a phone:  I would like all of the multiple choice options to be visible, but don’t want any of them to overlap the video.  This is how I’d like the video to appear: Any suggestions on how this could be achieved?

Following the instructions in VideoAsk’s help articles, it says that to collect contact information, I simply need to toggle this option on (simple,right?) But within the step, I see the toggle, but it will not allow me to toggle it on. What am I missing here? Is it only allowed for certain plans/subscriptions? Here is a video of what I’m referring to:  You may not be able to see/hear at the end, but I am clicking the toggle over and over, nothing is happening. 

I've started using videoask in the last couple of days and like the product.I've passed variables into a videoask and used them to append to url's associated with multiple choice selections.Something I'd really like to be able to do:From a single multiple choice selection   if custom_variable_1 is not "XXXX" use url_1/custom_variable_1   otherwise use url_2/custom_variable_2However, I can’t include variables in the logic. As an alternative, I’m considering simplifying to just one custom variable and passing in the whole url.However, when I try to set the Redirect URL just to custom_variable, I get the error:   This URL looks invalid

If there’s a videoask developer in the Community that may be able to help, please provide their username.I’m attempting to redirect quiz visitors to specific product results page based on answers to their VideoAsk. Ideally, I would be able to tag specific answers on different questions which would have conditional logic and redirect to specific product results page URL’s.For example, if a visitor answers; “Yes,” to the question that asks if they would like to lose 25 pounds or more then, I need to be able to display our weight loss product immediately after the quiz on our product results page. Additionally, if they also answer “Yes,” to another question, this would enable me to show both the weight loss product and another product on the product results page as well which would be a different URL that displays both products.We can easily create multiple product results pages that display one or more products, in which the visitor can be redirected to based on their answers, but how to

When I click play, the video plays with no sound and the play button is still on the screen with the video playing. I have to click play twice for the sound to work but when I click play the second time the video starts over from the beginning. This is only happening on mobile 

Is there an option to allow my form users to create a backend user account to my form which gives them access to see only their submitted form results.  For example I have clients that need to submit documentation to us on a regular basis. I would like them to be able to view what they have submitted in the past and what we already have on file for them. Can I pass the form info into a web portal for them or can they log into the form as a subuser (like what Formsite offers).

I have sent out a Video Ask to 25 people. 6 responded and I was able to see the videos. Today 3 more people submitted videos, but I can’t see them…

All my videosasks have no audio when I view them on mobile, but when I view on desktop everything works fine.  Is there an outage or glitch thats causing this? Ive tried multiple phones and browsers on mobile and all are having the same problem (no audio on the videos). 

I embedded a VideoAsk into my website, which works great, but is there any way to change the text on the first step that says “Reply”? I would much rather have it say “Record Review” or “Leave Review”. 

I’m having a major problem now with the CTA buttons not appearing until long after the video is over. I have a 1 min video and the multiple choice responses are set to appear at 45 seconds, but they dont show up until the entire video is over. This is effecting our entire account and every video.   

Dear Community, where can I find help and support for my VideoAsk? I am not very good with tech and structuring my VideoAsks and am sure that I am not making use of all functions fully. Can anyone help me by having a look at my project and optimizing it?Thanks in advance. Kind regards, Patrick

Hi guys, quick question again:Is it possible to have a Videoask step with two answers of which only one of the answers enables the request for the contact form and the other answer can be a “go back” link without triggering the contact form?Background is: for the step where I need to ask for the contact detail of the user it wouldn’t make any sense to add another step separately. Thanks in advance,Patrick

Hi. We sell various products and want to use a VideoAsk to introduce the client to the product. There will be a prompt to purchase. However, we do not use a virtual store. Instead, an admin needs to create a sale and connect it to a client on our system (Jane app).Therefore, I would like the button “Purchase x” open a for where we collect contact info (name, email, phone) as well as number of products requested and have it include pricing information. When submitted, we can then have the invoice created on the back end and collect from the client.How can we do this? Thank you!!

Hi everyone! The VideoAsk team has not been responding timely with me, and I am trying to upgrade my account to have more minutes. After 1000 minutes per month, you need to talk to sales, but no one is responding to me, and I only have 50 minutes left this month. We are running an admission’s system for our company right now, and if we run out of minutes, our system will break! Does anyone know how to get in contact with them???

I couldn't find a good enough natural background to shoot my videos. I saw that there are videos of people whose background is a solid color (eg purple) how can this be done?

Hello community!We have a web application that users should fill out some forms. We want to use VideoAsk for this part. But we have some unsolved questions here.How can we sync our database with the VideoAsk responses? We need to do some process on responses after they are submitted. So we need to have those responses in our database too. We have many users in our app. When they submit one of those forms, how can we recognize users from one another? We need a programatic way, is it possible to send user’s IDs to the VideoAsk like a hidden input so we can have them in responses too?Thank in advance for your help.Regards.
