Your typeform results

I don't want the link of my typeform to change.I have more that 1000 responses, i wanna delete all but appears an alert indicating that I can only delete 100 responses at a time. How can I delete them all just once?

Has anyone created a successful “welcome page?” I am currently losing ~35% of my users before they even start the form.  If I can solve this issue with a good “Hook” on a welcome page it would increase by ~50% per month. Any tips would be great!  

I created a typeform and I have more than 10 responses. I need to see the other answers, if I upgrade the plan can I see the answers that are closed?

Upon exporting my results as a CVS file, all text that includes an apostrophe is replaced. For example:What’s is replaced with what‚ÄôsI’ve is replaced with I‚ÄôveIt’s is replaced with it‚ÄôsDidn't is replaced with didn‚ÄôtEtc.  How can I export the file without this happening? Find and replace doesn’t seem to work.

We are experiencing a large amount of drop-offs on the last page which requires contact info. We’ve experimented with the wording and visuals stipulating that you will receive your first lesson for FREE but this have not changed anything.The typeform only consists out of 5 pages and we get good engagement up until the point where we need to gather contact info. Have anyone experience this behavior before?https://savvyk.typeform.com/leadingtuition

We use TypeForm for lead generation and it’s a problem, that cookie consent is:1. Hidden in the left corner, so users do not notice it​​​​​​2. Is not obligatoryBecause if users do not accept cookies, then it is not possible to optimize ads on social media for conversions in TypeForm. This deteriorates the effectiveness of media spend, which is hard to accept.Therefor I suggest two things:1. Make the cookie consent form clearly visible2. Make accepting it the defaultOr allow options to customize the cookie consent form - how it is shown and what it entails.I work with marketing for memberbased organisations around the Nordics. A lot of them use gamification to generate leads and interest, but the above problem is a real obstacle in regards to using typeform with more of our clients.Best,M.H.

Hello, I am new here and from the Netherlands, so some technical explainations I find hard to understand sometimes, sorry! I have made a quiz, where people mostly can answer with yes or no. I would like to give three possible outcomes: less then 10 x yes → this outcome, less then 20 x yes → this outcome, less then 30 x yes → this outcome. How do I do that? Thank you so much! 

I am running a survey with a logic floating into 2 paths based on a Yes/No answer whether the respondent have used a service. But in the survey report all answers are just collapsed in one long chronological order….!?How can I have my report structured in the same logic that reflects my survey?

Hello,  I would like to send a survey to over 30,000 people. These people are from different countries. I will send the survey through Mailchimp where we have our contacts, and these contacts are organised per country. I would like to organise the information we gather in categories. One category per country. Is there a way to do this quickly, not manually?

I am creating an assessment that shows recommendations for each question depending on your answer. I want to create a customized ending or if not possible, a customized follow-up. How can I do it? If the same person has started an application multiple times, does the ‘start’ count each time they started or are the total starts unique to an individual person?

Due to privacy reasons, I would like to be able to remove answers to questions that contain personal identifications such as email addresses, but would like to keep the rest of the responses so that I could still see the summary of the overall survey. Is this possible? If not, when can it be made possible as it's not user-friendly to need to transfer the responses to a google sheet or excel and then lose the Typeform's summary report access because you need to delete responses to 1 question.

Hey, i created a typeform and the last task is to enter your mail adress so I can contact that person.Unfortunately their answer/mail isn’t redirected to my gmail account. I already turned zappier on and it still hasn’t worked.What do I do wrong. Btw I’m on a free plan

hi peeps, my typeform is all set up on Insta - so all good there,  I have filled out the link myself to test drive and i was hoping that the info would come through to my email? but it hasnt?10 questions approx on potential client fitness goals, contact details etc.If anyone makes an enquiry i wouldnt know?Any advice would be most welcome, thank you

Hello communityI have a questionnaire with a question "picture choices" where each choice leads to a different set of questions (1 multiple choices + 1 matrix). And which is branched at the end to return to the question "picture choices". One of the choices in the "picture choice" (END) goes to another part of the questionnaire. Here's a picture of the layout of the questions to help you understand. My problem is that the choices in the question sets are memorised by the browser cookie (even when you quit Chrome and relaunch it), but you can't find them in the results, which are empty. Has anyone had this problem?  Thanks for your help or explanations….Fred

And how about being able to analyze open questions with artificial intelligence and group them by theme, assigning them a percentage weight? We are all afraid of asking open-ended questions because of the work of having to code them

I’m on the plus plan and I have created a quiz that leads to four different ending screens. In each of those I have added a button and a link that leads to my website. However, when I test the quiz, the links on any of the ending screens is not working. Nothing happens when I press the button that should lead to my website. I have the link in “https://” form so that should not be the issue.
