Your typeform results

We created a scored personality quiz with 5 questions and 8 different “persona” endings. We assigned amounts to each answer and then added the variables to create the logic (Under the Results-Responses tab, we can see how each person answered the questions and their final score but there isn’t an option to show the endings (associated with each score). Is this possible to see in Typeform? It would take a long time to go through 250+ responses to input the personality ending but we would love this data!

Hello : )I am using Zapier to capture new form submittals.  Some of the questions are Picture Choice questions.  We need to send that image via email with Mailgun in Zapier.  However, only the text “choice 1”, “choice 2” etc are being sent in the data.  Is it possible to capture the images as well in Zapier? Thank you in advance : )

Hi, I have a question on a survey I made. When I look at the survey results online on typeform, I see all the results to all the questions. When I export the results however one question is randomly missing and does not show up on the excel. Why is that? 

As described, I had set a form that asked respondents to upload an image file. The survey has collected over 700 responses and when I try to download the files from responses tab, it is downloaded as the same name as the respondent uploaded. Given a file, there is no way I can backtrack to the original uploader. Is there a way I can rename them in a batch to the respondent name? Or any other way in which I can map the image files to the respective responder?Apologies if already asked, I am fairly new to the platform.Thank you in advance :) 

Hello!We’d like to share a report of a survey with the Generate a Report feature:My survey takes an hidden value for getting the store where the survey is submitted (so I’ve a hidden @store that I use on my URLS when I publish the survey online).I noticed the report generated by the link doesn’t have a section about the hidden values, so I cannot filter by a store (and I don’t need to ask to the user from which store he’s submitting the typeform).Also, I noticed the report has no date filtering, so, again, after a lot of time, it will be hard to read everything.if none of the options are available, I'll have to use a custom solution.Please let me know. Thanks!

Hi, I have completed My 1st form and published it and turned the notifications to on. I have also completed all the troubleshooting options. I had a go at completing the form myself to ensure it works but haven’t been emailed the response. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I am trying to add tags to my typefom responses but can’t do so. It maybe because I have maxed out on the number of tags that can be added. If that’s the case, how do I delete the unwanted tags from the list or how can this issue be resolved? 

Hi, I wish to use Typeform for my business inquiries but I don’t think it’s clear how the response limitation system works. My question is;If my quiz’s responses reach the limit, does the quiz become unavailable-unsubmittable for new responses or something? Or is it just people can continue to take the quiz but I cannot see the new responses on the dashboard?

Dear community ! I see that overall time-to-complete is possible to calculate for the form. However, is it possible to split this time by individual questions for quiz-styled forms? Imagine a situation when not only answer matters, but also time it took to come up with it.

Ive just paid for the basic typeform account so that i can get 100 response limit. But its stuck on 10. People are seeing the link and arent able to go into it. Please help. What can i do. Time is of the essence its for a dissertation.

I have created a form including 2 questions where I ask people to fill in a number. When you fill the form it works fine, but reviewing the result question nr 1 delivers the number but question nr 2 is blank, i.e. no number is captured.Is it so, that when you do a loop you empty numbers?Any thoughts?Thanks!

Hi guys, I just created my first Typeform quiz, and I would like to show at the end the average score from all the people who just filled my quiz. So I would like to ask, how to sum up all the results’ scores and divide by the number of fillers.So, in my case, I have 10 questions, all the good answers equal 1. And for example, the average score for all the people is let’s say, 6.7. And then I want to show that score in the end of the quiz.So, I think, I would need two variables.one for sum all the scores and another one for sum all the people who filled the quizAnd then divide the two by each other.Where can I add these two variables?

There are 8 Yes/No Questions. If they respond Yes to 2 or less questions after completing the whole quiz, they will see the correct result “Low Risk”. If they respond Yes to more than 2 questions after completing the whole quiz, they will see the correct result “High Risk”  How do I set that up?

We already have done a survey through Typeform but unfortunately, we forgot to put a question asking participant’s contact detail for rewards.I tried to download a raw data but there are only # and Netword ID. Is there any possible way to download a raw data showing participant’s answer with contact detail in Excel file?

When I download the excel results, I get the headers with the answers to the options of the matrix question, but when I connect it to an online excel, I only get a header and there are no answers... please help.

Hello, One of my recent surveys received 96 views, 69 Starts, and 3 Submissions. There is a hard drop off halfway through, 65 views to 3 views on the next question. The problem is that I cannot see the responses for the first half of the survey, and only the responses for the submissions. Note* - All questions are required so people can not skip ahead or around in the survey. Thanks AB

We are not receiving Typeform answers for forms completed on a mobile platform.Typeform answers come through fine via desktop.What’s wrong? This just started happening within the past couple weeks or so.Thanks!

I have generated a survey, where two short text questions are placed in every question group. Moreover, at beginning, there’s a multichoice, with which one can jump to corresponding question group / short text. At the end, there’s obviously submit button.People have been answering (incl. my own test answers). However, no text inputted into the text fields (and respectively submit cliked) show in the Results page nor in the Excel export. Please help, how to get the text my respondents entered back? It’s quite of a problem that Typeform does not save the data.(Here’s a screenshot from the xls attched: plenty of empty columns, which each are short text components.) 

Hello, my clients have been saying that after they complete one of my typeforms it takes them to an error message and to try it again. But it seems to work fine on my end and I receive their responses via email perfectly.  Does anyone know how to fix this? 

Hi there, I was wondering how is the drop off rate calculated in Insights for the questions that are not marked as required. My 2 cents is that questions that are optional/not marked as required should not have the drop off rate calculated if my respondents decided they want to skip that question. Could you please let me know how are things working behind the scenes? 

Is it possible for an administrator (me) to edit survey responses? I recently had several people fill out surveys and because of a mistake I made, the hidden fields that allows me to credit them for their surveys are absent.  I would like to add the hidden field values for these surveys.  Is this possible?

Hello! I am a bit confused because the panel shows more responses than submissions. You can see here. I checked the last question of the survey and it shows 213 people responded, so 213 finished the survey. But I don’t get why only 175 submissions, what is the difference between responses and submissions then? 

well why not be the first post in the community in the new year lol.. welcome back all.. just trying to ascertain if all survey inputs (into google sheet via integration for example) are in UTC (ie Submitted At field) - or is there some way in app to pre-establish time zone and pass that into the submitted at field. i am trying to find a way NOT to have to calculate the ‘local’ time - ie  a quick email to link to a survey to collect fitness activities at the end of the day, say at 10pm today as a reminder to me to record my activities, shows up in the google sheet as submitted at tomorrow morning 3am (I am in eastern time zone) .. in order to do a report/summary/dashboard of said activities, i have to calculate the actual date ie today..  if that is not making sense, blame it on not enough sleep over the holidays and finding out tonight that my daughter’s school is now virtual starting tomorrow for the next week or two, instead of onsite at the school and all the logistical headaches t

Hi,Are we able to merge certain survey responses from one survey to another?Scenario:Shared Survey A by accident. Responses went to Survey A. Can I migrate a few of the responses from Survey A to Survey B (which is the survey I meant to share initially). Thanks!
