Your typeform results

Hello! Does anyone know if there is a way we can export or get more details on the ‘views’ on a form? The Insights tab tells us the bounce rate, views, starts and submissions. But when I delete a set of test responses, I’m only deleting the submissions, right? This would skew the bounce rate and views to submissions ratio. So I was wondering if I could delete the views during my test period as well, to balance it out. Unfortunately I tested today, when we also went live, so date filtering wouldn’t work, although time filtering would - but that’s not an option. So the next best thing is to export it, but I seem to be able to export only the responses, not the views. Appreciate the help if anyone knows, and thanks for reading!

Hi,I will send responses from Typeform via Zapier to a CRM. Due to GDPR I do not want to save personal data on several places. Is is possible to setup a time period where responses are deleted? Is thereany other way to do it automatically?/TJ

I want to send a specific email with resources based on my clients quiz results… I have tried using Zapier and Make/Integromat, but the outcomes are not showing up in the possible data collected? Please help.

hello. 😄I have a question for you.Shortcut key (ctrl+enter) for the last submit button right before going to the ending screen does not work.Please let me know if this is an error or if I am missing something. Or is there a way to modify or delete this shortcut with the enter key? 

My company in the Philippines has been using Typeform to get candidates to apply for jobs. We usually include the link in adds on Facebook, with varying amounts of success. Just wondering if anyone else out there uses the forms for this and if they can shed any light how they would go about getting a better success rate. Thanks to anyone who will reply

I have a survey with branching logic. However, some questions will appear as duplicates in the different branches. So for example,The response to Question A will determine whether respondents will go to question group 1, 2, or 3. The number of questions differs per group, but they will all have a similar question B.However, Typeform will treat these as 3 different questions. I want to analyse them together, so I want to see every respondent’s response on question B and this should be one variable in my dataset. I can write a script in R that combines these, but I was wondering whether there is a faster way to do this straight from Typeform? I have a lot of these duplicate questions (and resulting variables, because some of these are multiple choice so result in dummy variables), so would be good to find the most efficient way to do this.Thanks in advance for tips!

Hey! Is there any way to filter logic jump responses to only see the answered questions? Previously I'd just go to ‘print’ then preview it and it would work but apparently not anymore...any help would be massively appreciated - thanks!

Hello everyone,I have yet another question and I’m starting to love the community, because I usually get quick answers.I have built a personality test with 20 questions and 16 endings screens, pretty similar to the myers-briggs 16 personality test. In the Results Tab, I can see all the 20 questions, how often people answered which question, and what their answers where. I can also see the scores of each participant for the 4 relevant scores that then link up to the 16 different ending screens. (4x4 =16)Now I have the following question: Is it possible to see how many participants saw which ending screen? This would be quite important to us.I don’t want to have to look at each participants scores and see which combination of scores ended up on which ending screen. I really hope, there is a solution for this. Thanks in advanceDaniel

Hello!I received this feedback from a person who completed our form and I can’t find a reason for it. It’s a multi-step registration form.“I completed the registration. But after the completion, it does not renew the page and my name stays on screen.”I’ve contacted the person for more specific info, that’s what I know now. I’m able to complete the form without any problems, I used this troubleshooting process:I signed out of Typeform and used Safari / Firefox / Chrome browsers on my Mac desktop and also iPhone, filled out the form using different 5 email addresses. Each time I responded with different answers. If I didn't answer, the form prompted me to reply and I had to choose an answer. I submitted the form and each time I got the Thank you end page message. All my efforts are recorded as Submissions on Typeform.Any ideas on this?  Thanks :)

I’ve been tracking responses day by day and today I noticed the Submissions number go down from yesterdays.Yesterday, we showed 32 Submissions and today we are only 29 Submissions. And no, we didn’t delete any responses.Why would Submissions go down?Wednesday, December 14 Thursday, December 15 

Is it possible to work with the process below using typeform, google sheets, and zapier? Put the response received through typeform into google sheets. Processed date through google sheets function are displayed on the result page of typeform. Or, if it is possible with another tool, It would be very grateful if you could recommend it.Thank you! Hello! Has anyone figured out how to generate a printable survey report that includes the open ended responses? Or is there a work-around that achieves the same result?

Im creating a Typeform poll where we will use a likert scale with the option to choose only 1 for each question: 1.     very unlikely2.     unlikely3.     neutral4.     likely5.     very likely After a few questions, the user will end on a result page saying ‘Thank you etc etc’ with a link for them to view what other peoples results are as well from using the form. Is this last step possible to do? 

I have two forms.  One form is for development purposes (version 9, aka v9), the other is for production purposes (version 10, aka v10).  Nowhere in my website is it linking or embedding the dev form.  It’s only loading v10 on production website, v9 is not being loaded or embedded anywhere.  Somehow we’re still seeing people taking and completing v9 while at same time v10 is also being taken and completed.  We’re at a complete loss at how v9 is being used.  Is there some kind of location we can look at to see origin traffic to see referring traffic, see where they’re coming from?I’ve closed v9 form and added a message encouraging people to take v10 instead for now.

Hi, I have created a quiz but have given option for participants to either submit email for results or go straight to product recommendation. However as there are multiple email boxes for each product recommendation when I try and map in AC it doesn’t work! I am not sure if incorrectly set up typeform or if at all possible to do this based on answers and recomendations in the quiz - can anyone help?!

I have a questionnaire with one question on it. Under insights-big picture it says there are 25,825 views, 8,339 starts, and 7,220 submissions. When you look at the question by question drop-off it says views is 25,825 (same) however the drop-off is 18744 aka 7,081 non-drop-off/starts. How can the question drop-off be higher then the about of submissions for the questionnaire, 7,220? 

Is it possible to show users a summary of the scores of all other respondents? I have a question based survey and each choice adds a certain value to their score. At the end, I show them their score, but I’d like to be able to show them how everybody else scored so they can compare. 

If I’m sending the typeform in an email, is there a way for me to automatically know the email of the person responding to the survey without having them fill in ‘email’ as a question?

We use Typeform to qualify our leads. If they pass the application we get them on the phone and attempt to sell them. We use Keap for that. My question is, how can I easily sort my Typeform responses based on if someone has purchased from us in Keap? Is there some sort of tag I can add in Typeform based on that action in Keap? Is there automation I can use?

Is it possible to export the genarated report in PDF from Typeform? Tried to check the help center answers, it seems not possible. But before, as my Manager said, they could download Typeform report in PDF. So how about now?
