Your typeform results

I am working on a self assessment for cybersecurity professionals to assess their knowledge.  I would like to produce documents at the end of the survey that let them know how they did, and also one that serves as a ‘certificate’.  Can someone point me in the right direction to start this?   TIA   John Myers

I am able to set up email notification to self. what I need is the email notification embeds all existing information captured in the google sheet (that I connected already) in the form of a  summary email each time a new response comes in, Is that possible with Typeform? RegardsP 

Hi,I’m hoping to create a survey that offers users custom recommendations.I’ve currently got three endings which are essentially ‘good’, ‘ok’ or ‘bad’ depending on their score.However, I am hoping to offer a recommendation depending on how certain questions are answered.For example, if a user scored ‘good’ but they answered No to “Have you audited your business in the past 12 months?”, I would like still score them as ‘good’, but with a recommendation such as “We suggest you conduct an audit on your business”.I essentially want to deliver a score and custom report for users.I am aiming for about 15-20 questions so that leaves a lot of permutations.Is this possible?Thanks.

Hello again!))Help me please.1) I need to NOTIFY RESPONDENTS and send them all the answers from the statement section (I have not found this option).2) And I need to add text conclusion, depending on the score. For example, if you get from 1 to 10 score, then one version of the text will sent to your email, if from 11 to 20, then another version of the text will sent. I want the can’t see the conclusions of the sum of scores in the process of passing the test, and received already in the mailbox. How can I implement this?

We initially had a post with stars being the responses, which was then changed to a multiple choice question. Following the conversion we have lost all the data from past survey and the column for responses of answers with stars has empty string in them. How can I retrieve that data?

Hello, We have a use case where our target group (startups) submit an application form from time to time, e.g. 3 times per year. The application form (in Typeform) will always have the same structure. Our target group is annoyed that they cannot use their previous submission as the basis for their next submission, i.e. they have to fill in the same information again and again. In an ideal world they would only need to update certain fields, e.g. current financial information. Is there a profile mechanism or any other mechanism in Typeform that would allow the user to receive a magic link to their email which would then allow them to use their old Typeform submission as a basis for the next submission? Thanks in advance!

I just create the sync between Typeform and Hubspot.  I tried to fil the form but my contact is not sync in salesforce. Is there a time between a complete form and sync in Hubspot ?

Hi, I’m having very hard time analyzing the results of ranking questions. All is fine and well if I can use the summary visuals, but when I need to split the data, by country for example, it becomes virtually impossible. Solution seems fairly simple: instead of providing a string in the responses table, provide rank for each of the options. I guess you’re using such table to produce summary visuals too. I’ve seen an answer to a similar questions that suggested using Google Sheet and hooking it up to Data Studio. But this seems like over-engineering the whole thing. If I had ranks for each of the options, I could simply run a pivot table and slice and dice the data how I want. Do you have such an upgrade in your backlog?

Hi All,I have a question. I'm using a matrix with the option to choose multiple answers. Everything goes well. But here is the thing i don't understand!When i create an E-Mail Notification message, i can't select the matrix field which is question 26 in this case.When i create an E-mail Notification with @All Answers the input is visisble in the notification email! Is there an option or way to get the Matrix Answers as well in the notification mail? I don't realy like the laytout of AllAnswer in the notification mailThanks for your help in advance.

Hey all,I’d have a small question regarding utm tracking, I’d love to send the tags into the typeform result dashboard and google analytics and have set it up like this:It’s an embedded form in a Wordpress landing page. I have actived the UTM tracking in the setup of the typeform with all 5 options available (source, medium, campaign, term, content)The source of the traffic is FB Ads with a manual UTM LInk which points to the landing page with embed form.https://sample.page/landingpage/?utm_source=fbads&utm_medium=square&utm_campaign=samplecampaign&utm_term=feed&utm_content=version1Is there a chance this could work and show the details from utm? Hi,for the quiz I´m creating at the moment I used lots of different question types (like multiple choice, drop down etc.). Is it possible to get an overview about how many questions from which question type I used? I just found Google Analytics but an analytic tool especially for the quiz would be very helpful.

Hi there , any one can help me out while i am trying to solve a auto billing automation i have made 3 product in my form wih quantity and have maintained the product table and have done all the function working already. but the thing is while i a customer submitted the query or the product , the cell that goung down while it inserting the new row and the previous row is down froom the previous, for that reason the callation is not being made with the effective products. If anyone from the community can help me out from the problem please mention the best way  to take over fuctionality of the automation smoothly. Thank you

Hi there! I don’t currently have a business plan but I see that if I upgrade, I will be able to see how many people dropped off and WHERE they dropped off in our survey. My question is whether I can ALSO see specifically WHO dropped off?Thanks!
