Your typeform results

Hi,In typeform we have to create separate webhook for each form. While creating multiple webhooks like this, can I use the same target url for all the webhooks.By target url, I mean the url to which the response will be sent. Thanks in advance.

When someone is answering multiple choice questions is there a way for me to filter out anyone that doesnt score a certain percentage?  There is no wrong answer on my type form BUT I am only interested in specific answers.

 I have created my typeform to have two different endings depending on users responses. Ending A, says the client would be a good fit for us, and Ending B, says the client is probably not the best fit for us. I would like to customize the winning_outcome__id when connecting my typeform to Notion, so that depending on whether the user gets ending A or ending B, I am able to see in my data sheet where the typeform answers are populated if the client would be a good fit or not. how can i do this? I cant figure it out any where thank you

Team,I am trying to see if the responses remains without getting deleted as long as I have the account ?  and what happens when my responses threshold reached 2GB( I have plus plan and the threshold is 2GB), incase if I did not get chance to delete the responses even after reaching 2gb.Thanking in anticipation,Datapalla

I’m trying to generate a report from the results summary tab but am getting the “Hold tight—just getting this page ready” message all day long.  Based on previous messages in the community, I made sure that the survey was published.  Is there any other reason I’m not aware of? Thanks!

I am trying to find out who filled out forms anonymously on our organization’s website.  Our Organization has experienced harassment at the hands of one individual and we need to know if we can find out who sent them as they use fake emails etc. 12 forms were filled out over the course of three weeks and they are very intimidating and we have a court case and need this information.   Please help

I am on the free account and the dashboard shows I have 100 responses in my account. Additionally, the dashboard says, I have collected 1 response. However, my published survey results show 4 responses collected. I know people have completed my survey but I can't see more than 4 responses (even thought I am meant to have 100 responses or am I?).Is it because I need to upgrade to see the responses? If I upgrade the plan, will I get to see responses? 

Hello all, I think I found an interesting workaround for combining data from the same survey launched in different languages. I’m interested if anybody else has tried this as I’ve not seen this as possible solution anywhere.  I find it really frustrating that Typeform hasn’t though of this as it’s such a basic need for researchers. So, I created a test form in one language...collected some data...then went into “Create” and changed all of the questions to English manually and then changed the language of the survey to English...despite the warnings from TypeForm, it seems to work! Love to hear some feedback from anybody else who may have tried this or who will try this now. Peter (p.hill@stuart.com)

Hi, how are you? I hope you can help me.I did my first survey and made the mistake of using the same survey for two different audiences.So when I see the results, the insights are mixed. It occurred to me that, to solve this, I could duplicate the surveys with the responses, and eliminate the answers of one topic in one version, and do the same in a different version (using the filters) so I can have two different “insights” in two versions of the same survey. I hope that make sense. The problem is that I don't know how to duplicate a survey WITH THE RESPONSES as wellcan someone help me please

HI, I am new with Typeform and loooking for a solution to export results in PDF. 

I am working with a client who used Typeforms to collect some data using multiple Typeforms.  Mostof the questions/responses were the same, but some of the forms were translated to other languages.  Is there a way to export the results in numeric format?  This will help us with merging the results together more efficiently.

How do you go about making your surveys response open instead of anonymous? With the link this is not possible. I’m used to Surveymonkey and there it is an easy choice if you want your reponse to be anonymous or open tied to unique mail adresses.

Hi there, I’m loving typeforms. I’m using it to get applicant information for free coding classes that my charity is offering. We can only allow certain applicants to apply based on their income applicants so the logic jumps are really helping. However I am having issues with the response limit feature. It seems to work sometimes and not at others. Each class only has so many spots but the form occasionally allows more than the number of applicants to apply than I set so we keep getting oversubscribed. I was wondering if this was a common problem or if there is something that causes this. Right now I am having to carefully track when forms reach their response limit as it’s so hit or miss as to whether it will work, i am looking at a form right now that is limited to 13 responses, it has 13 responses but I can still access it through my website. I have designed a typeform that helps my customers determine what discounts they are entitled to, and then sends them to the correct landing page to purchase a service at a particular price, and reports when the form has been completed by sending an email to me. I duplicated this form and assigned different names to each duplicate form, published each duplicate and created a separate link for it. I provided each unique, separate link to one of my sales reps so that when a customer completes the typeform, I would know which sales rep was responsible for getting the customer to complete the form. PROBLEM:  ALL of the responses I receive in my email inbox are labeled with the name of the original form, rather than with the name of the individual to whom I assigned the duplicate form link.  It appears that the only way I can know which link the customer clicked on to go to the form (i.e. who did the referring, so I can reward them) is to manually check the Workspaces site, see the results

I’m trying to determine if this specific use case below is possible with Typeform.  Thanks for any assistance:create a form with Likert Scale type questions thatwill also allow me to create a summary score by question category and display and/or email the individual survey respondent back their overall assessment scores by category along with conditional text based up the score range they have in each category and capture their opt-in email for lead generation with integration to ConvertkitSo for example, if I have 6 categories each with six 5-point Likert questions, the categories would total score ranges of 5-30 for instance based upon the assigned response values.Depending upon what ranges participants land in for each of the 6 categories (e.g., 5-10,11-20, 21-30) there would be different recommendations provided back to them in an individual report (ideally via email, but at least that they could render and download or print at the end of the survey).And on the front end to access 

how can I delete the results from my typerform and start from 0? Until now I have been doing tests and I need to delete the data so that it does not mix with those of the people who start answering now through my landing page. Thanks

Hi. It says in my Essentials plan, that: “Your responses reset on Aug 1, 2021”. How can I avoid this? It’s essential that I can keep the results in Typefom.Regards, Enel 

How do i know someone has responded?  do i get an email notifying me i have a result?  Please and thanks 

Is there a limit to how long my respondents uploads will be stored on Typeform?

Do I retain data from earlier responses if I renew my plan every month or upgrade?
