Hi,I have a form where user can add product one by one. But the problem is after entering details of one product, i gives an option of add another product. if yes, then they goes back to first question. But the first product is already there. What should i do?Please helpThanks in advance 

Hi, Guys. When I send the survey, one of the multiple choice answers appears highlighted (as shown in the picture). There’s an way to change that? We also see ‘key’ next to the option, can this be removed?  

I use Typeform as a registration form for an event. The registrants should enter their email address. A confirmation email should be sent automatically to the entered email address. Does this work with Typeform?

Hi  We have a unique use-case. We are using Typeform to give our sales team a way to profile a lead when they engage with it. To do this, we’ve created a button in salesforce that opens the typeform url and passes 5 hidden fields:username first last company emailThese are used to say “hi” to the user (username) and to confirm that they are trying to fill out a lead questionnaire for the appropriate lead (first, last, company and email). These are also used to sync the subsequent answers back to salesforce.My question is this. When I map my typeform answers back to salesforce, I want to OMIT the “username” question. I can’t seem to be able to do that, however, and when I don’t map it, I get an “Exception: List index out of bounds: 5” error.My assumption is that the “5” is because I am only mapping some of the fields? or is there something else going on?This error only showed up after I added the “username” hidden field that is not mapped going back to salesforce Thanks Walter

Hi, I know there is a topic about “multiple lines with input for number”, but in my case I want the same but for text input and really want to avoid several text input questions, ie. I want to ask one single question with sub-answers such as: How to you like your drink?Option 1: In a glass Y/N. Please provide the color: TEXT INPUTOption 2: With ice cubes Y/N. Please provide the number of cubes: TEXT INPUTOption 3: Take-away Y/N. Please provide the day/hour: TEXT INPUT  Any solution except the text input one? Thx!

When using logic, what is the best way to jump to the end of a survey after a short answer question? The options are: “is equal to” “is not equal to” “begins with” “ends with” “contains”   Then choose what question you want to jump to. which of course then I choose the submit for survey option but finding that respondents are getting to the other portion of the logic which is causing difficulties.  Of course I can add in a bunch of conditions to ensure that respondent will always get to the end, but wouldn't it just be easier to just have an “always jump to button”? Let me know if you're having this problem to or have a better solution. 

I’ve created a survey and want just a plain Thank You page. The classic builder had this option but I can’t find it in the new builder. Please help!

The site keeps making me reload it and making me lose the majority of work I’ve done each time which is obviously extremely frustrating.  I keep getting this box pop up that says someone, maybe you, has updated your TypeForm and you have to reload. I have no other choice but to hit the “update” button and reload the site. It then erases pretty much everything i’ve edited in the last several minutes. I did a search for this but couldn’t find anything. I’ve submitted feedback but haven’t had any responses from TypeForm. Is anyone else getting this, and if so is there a fix?  Below is the pop up I’m getting 

Hi, I’ve been working on a very long Typeform with many questions and lots of logic parameters. Today I made the switch to the new Typeform, but in the process the form lost all of its logic! And I can’t go back to the old Typeform. Very sloppy... Fortunately, I made a backup copy of it, so I can manually copy the logic. But this will be a lot of work! Question: is there a way to retrieve the logic from the original, so that I don’t have to manually copy it over? It’ll be many hours of work, I’ll appreciate it very much if this can be avoided. Thank you.

Hi guys,We are building a Status Praesens test in Typeform.Which area of your life needs some work and where to start to help you in a better state of being.My goal is to reach out an outcome of which area of their live they could make a first change.Every question group has different questions that relate to an area in your life. Personal, body, relations, spiritual, finance etc.I ask the respondents to give a number from 1 to 5 to every statement.Around 10 statements in every question group.We gave every question 1 point, and the question group with the lowest rate should be the outcome of the test.So the question is, how can we can we build this test so you have an outcome on a question group instead of the whole test.Love to hear from you. 

Hi, I would like the end page to comes in the middle of my quiz then continue with other questions after the end page. The reason is I need to let users know the results first then allowing them to choose the next step.  I tried using a “ Statement” and add the @score but I am unable to add in the social icons on the “Statement” page. Is the any other things I can do?Thank you

Hello, I am looking at ways to make our Christmas beer preorder more efficient. In previous years we send out a brochure that contains the following:Gift packs - 36 SKUs (accompanying pictures essential for customers)Spirits - 6 SKUsBottle Cases - 42 SKUsLarge format bottles - 24 SKUsKegs - 10 SKUsI’m looking to build a form that initially captures company info and contact info, then branches by company type (this would restrict visibility of certain items ie a shop doesn’t need to see kegs). Then customers would be taken through each product category to input their order quantity against the items. Customers are free to order an unlimited quantity of each item, so previous solutions I’ve seen using the matrix option wouldn’t work. Is Typeform an appropriate solution for this, or am I pushing the boundaries in terms of how many SKUs we have?

Hey typeforms community,So i want to implement typeform in a project but i am struggling with a design/conception/feasibility issue..so basically the problem i am facing is that in my typeforms i will have a given number of users (MAX 4) who will answer simultaneously on the same form, i know that i can implement logic content and grouped questions but the problem is more complicated.I would like to know if there is another way than repeating the same set of questions 4 times ? one for each user ?, can questions sets be generated dynamically depending on number of users ?Also, in case i want to edit a question i have to edit it every single set of questions, does this feature already exist in typeform ?Thank you alot ! :)

First time user of typeform. I have 100 plus names. I want to present to users two names at a time, randomly selected from the group, where the user picks the one they prefer. Hopefully this would result in some sort of ranked data set. Specifically, this will be used to basketball scouting purposes. i.e. Do you prefer Prospect X or Prospect Y. Thanks in advance.

Hi there,  I could use your help.  I am building an online course and want to embed  different surveys throughout the course to collect responses from learners.  I would like all the surveys to be compiled into one document at the end, so that it appears as if it is a workbook that reflects the answers to the surveys they gave during the course.  Is this possible with Typeform?

How can I justify the text at the welcome page?

I’m doing a quiz using the “Interactive fiction” template.Two issues: The estimated time indicated at the beginning remains at 1 mn despite the 20 questions and time being closer to 10 mn. I dont see how to change that The progress bar does not show.Thanks

I’d like to change the questions on a quiz based on whether a person chose Julia or John as who to play in question 3.I dont need to reproduce “ Julia” or John that is stored as a quiz response but store the fact the person chose that John is playing and then deliver specific questions. So I’d need a hidden variable like ‘name’ from question 3 based on the choice of Julia or John and conditions for next questions based on that value.  I dont see this as an option in the Help section.  I only see having a secret var at the beginning, in the URL to the quiz, which would not work in my case. Thanks for your insights
