I am building a quiz that [based on score] recommends supplements to users. Users will go through the quiz answering question groups; if a particular group score is below 40 the user is recommended that product as they are showing signs of needing that supplement. There are many questions groups meaning that a given user could either get 0 products recommended or 20 products recommended (and everything in between).ie.Vitamin A = 50Vitamin C = 35Vitamin D = 32Vitamin E = 67Vitamin K = 15 This user will be recommended Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Vitamin K.I have all of this built out, but am not sure how it can then recommend a product or place said products in their shopping cart.I haven’t been able to find a thread diving into this yet. It seems as though with enough logic, patience and imagination anything is possible. Hoping for some help from the Typeform family here.
Hi.I would like to know if it is possible to make the user receive a file from the Form? Not that the user uploads a file to the Form.Any help or solution on this will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Hello, I’d like to pre-populate answers to a basic form with a hidden field. Do you know if it’s possible ?My use-case : i have connected my typeform to Hubspot. I’d like to use answers of my typeform to update Hubspot properties. The form is sent to contacts in my CRM for whom i know the email and can create a hidden field with it. But i need to have a question ‘email’. I’d like to pre-populate the answer with the hidden field in created : ‘email’. Is it possible ? Many thanks !
Hi there, I have a complicated request to see what can be done. One of the questions we’ve got in the typeform is a request out of 12 options to select the 5 options which are most relevant to the person. We then ideally want to be able to either: Have it so the next question is a ranking of the 5 options selected in the previous question (so dependent on answer previous) OR Have it so the participant can both select AND rank the 5 options in one go. The reason I’m asking this is the 12 written options are quite long/complicated to read and so to first choose and then rank the options as a separate question will involve a fair amount of reading so if there is an easier way, that would be most helpful! Thanks so much,Lucy Ballance
Hi everybody! I have a super question. Can you create complex ramifications logic in the platform?
We are using the api and getting a payload whenever a user finishes taking the quiz which is awesome, and inside that payload there is an “event_id” which is awesome! Because if a user fails to enter their name, but makes a purchase after the quiz we can tie their quiz answers to their event_id! ONE PROBLEM!! We need to redirect the user to our shop after they finish the quiz, so in the final step we have a redirect which looks something like. https://n8n.oursite.com/webhook/getCartUrl_v2?email=@{enter your email}&eventId=@??????QUESTION - How do you merge the event_id into the redirect link? This is meant to catch quiz answers for the many people who change their email address at checkout breaking the truthiness of email. URGENT! - This is a dealbreaker if we cannot find a way to connect these redirects to quiz answers then we will have to find another option.
Hello All ! I’m looking to use Typeform to generate dynamic documents ( contracts ) . The idea is : User select answers on the form, these data will synchronize with Google sheet then from google sheet a pdf will be generated using fields probably with Zapier. However, I need to have more than just the answers that are on the form. I want that the answers selected on the form to generate bigger text in the backend. Do you have an idea of how to proceed ? All the best
Hi, As title, I recorded this video (YouTube) on this Wednesday. I’ve asked several other colleagues with other mobile devices, but this issue didn't occur.Maybe this is an iPhone 13 related issue?my detailed specs:This typeform iPhone 13 (2021) iOS 15.6.1 Safari
I have a typeform survey prepared with clean, minimal text for easy reading. However, I would love to add a little help or question mark icon so that anyone looking for more clarification could hover over it and get more details. That way, the detailed clarifications do not make the initial question entirely unreadable, but we can let the reader move through our survey with ease if/when questions arise. Is this currently feasible within typeform?
I need to ask a question that has 4 sub questions and I need them ranked 0-100 but the total for all four answers cannot exceed 100 is that possibleExampleSection 1xxxxx score 0-100 xxxxx score 0-100 xxxx score 0-100 xxxx score 0-100I know Surveymonkey can but they are outrageously priced even for students.
Hello all,I’ve been struggling to find an option to add more than two variables together to direct respondents to different endings.Basically what we need to do can be summarised as below:The current setup of the quiz as it stands is that questions 1 to 5 are added to each other and then directed to the appropriate ending (see ending scores below).Add up the scores from questions 2, 3, and 5 to get subtotal 1. Subtract the score on question 1 from 8 to get subtotal 2. Subtract the score on question 4 from 8 to get subtotal 3. Add subtotal 1,2,3 together to get the final score.Score of 0 to 15 links to ending A Score of 16 to 30 links to ending B Score of more than 30 links to ending C How do we add @subtotal3 to above equation?
I know this is not a feature of Typeform, but I was thinking this might be possible with some API integration or Javascript. I’d like to allow people, after doing a quiz, to upload a photo, and then apply an overlay image on the photo depending on the results of the quiz. Then I’d like the user to be able to save it. Before I go down the rabbit hole, has anyone done anything like this?
Hi there, I have a quiz with 12 question groups. Each question group has 5 questions using an opinion scale. That's a lot of clicks! Is it possible to add all of the opinion scales to a single page? Many thanksAnno
Hello! I am trying to setup the logic calculation for the following custom variables that output a range (highend, lowend). Q1. How many stories is your home? [Multiple Choice with 4 options, each with a different value to be used in a calculation on another question]. Q2. How many downspouts do you have? [Numeric Answer] Calculation must go as follows:High End Output = Q1 Multiplier X Numeric Answer to Q2 Can anyone help with how this is setup in logic? Thank you!
Hi, I would like to be able to speak with a Typeform representative
Hi,I have a logic bug in one of the pages of my formThere are 6 multiple-choice options a user can pick from A to FIf option F is picked then it needs to continue to a separate form, but if any other combination (including a scenario where F is included) it should advance to the next in-line question Are you able to help with this?
Hi, I just created a typeform outcome survey, but I want to create an additional outcome. I see how to create the end survey form, but what if I want the logic to lead to one other outcome? Thanks
Hi all, I was wondering how can I add a logic on each answer of a multiple choice question, preferably without changing a page. E.g. out of 4 options, 2 answers are selected. I want under each of those answers to appear another multiple choice question. How can I do that?
We have a scenario in which we need to configure multiple forms for our users and each of the questions across the forms would have scores associated with it. The forms would be shared one after the other at regular intervals. We require the scores to be passed on and the final aggregate score to be shared with the user
Hi, I’m trying to set the logic flow for my two opinion scale questions and one follow-up open-ended question.for fisrt question there will be a score 1, for second question score 2.and compare two scores, if score 1 is higher, then go to question 3, if score 2 if higher, then go to question 4.can I know how can I set the logic and variables to reach this purpose?A lot of thanks!
I want to use typeform to complete a pre and post survey for online learning. Is there a way to use the first four questions of the survey visible in one link and the second four questions visible in the another link? This means I don't have to use an identifier to link to two very similar surveys.
hi, its my first time using typeform. I just made a simple referral page which allows the user to enter email addresses of his/her friends. How to add multiple email addresses in one bar?
Hi, I hope someone can help. I finalised my typeform with 20 questions but after publishing 13 are missing and have not been published. Thank you for your help and feedback
Hello!I’m creating a quiz with 4 different categories with 10 questions each (a total of 40) answerable by yes or no. All of the questions are randomized into one question group. The ending I want is to be at their lowest score of category. If my lowest score is cat_A, I should have the ending screen for cat_A, and if I have a tie low score for cat_A, cat_B, and cat_C, I should have an ending screen with tie ending screen a, b, and c.I’ve seen questions related to mine, but the difference is that most of the questions asked here have an opinion rate scale. That’s why I need help. What do you think my logic should look like? I hope you can help me.
Hey everyone, this is a somewhat unusual case, but it would be pretty important to us.We collect feedback with typeform after we consult our website visitors. The survey has 3 multiple choice questions, 1 long text question and 1 email question.Whenever we get a long text back, ideally we would like to contact that user again. At the moment, whenever the long text is filled in, the email is not required in the next question so we cannot contact the user afterwards. I assume it is not possible, but I am still asking: Is there a way to make question 5 “required” if question 4 contains anything at all.I thought of having two different email questions and show “required” or “not required” based on the answer of question 4. However, I don’t know how this would be possible either.I would need a logic option like: If 4 contains “any answer” or “isn’t empty” jump to question X.Any advice is appreciated.
