I need to ask a question that has 4 sub questions and I need them ranked 0-100 but the total for all four answers cannot exceed 100 is that possibleExampleSection 1xxxxx score 0-100 xxxxx score 0-100 xxxx score 0-100 xxxx score 0-100I know Surveymonkey can but they are outrageously priced even for students.
Hello all,I’ve been struggling to find an option to add more than two variables together to direct respondents to different endings.Basically what we need to do can be summarised as below:The current setup of the quiz as it stands is that questions 1 to 5 are added to each other and then directed to the appropriate ending (see ending scores below).Add up the scores from questions 2, 3, and 5 to get subtotal 1. Subtract the score on question 1 from 8 to get subtotal 2. Subtract the score on question 4 from 8 to get subtotal 3. Add subtotal 1,2,3 together to get the final score.Score of 0 to 15 links to ending A Score of 16 to 30 links to ending B Score of more than 30 links to ending C How do we add @subtotal3 to above equation?
I know this is not a feature of Typeform, but I was thinking this might be possible with some API integration or Javascript. I’d like to allow people, after doing a quiz, to upload a photo, and then apply an overlay image on the photo depending on the results of the quiz. Then I’d like the user to be able to save it. Before I go down the rabbit hole, has anyone done anything like this?
Hi there, I have a quiz with 12 question groups. Each question group has 5 questions using an opinion scale. That's a lot of clicks! Is it possible to add all of the opinion scales to a single page? Many thanksAnno
Hello! I am trying to setup the logic calculation for the following custom variables that output a range (highend, lowend). Q1. How many stories is your home? [Multiple Choice with 4 options, each with a different value to be used in a calculation on another question]. Q2. How many downspouts do you have? [Numeric Answer] Calculation must go as follows:High End Output = Q1 Multiplier X Numeric Answer to Q2 Can anyone help with how this is setup in logic? Thank you!
Hi, I would like to be able to speak with a Typeform representative
Hi,I have a logic bug in one of the pages of my formThere are 6 multiple-choice options a user can pick from A to FIf option F is picked then it needs to continue to a separate form, but if any other combination (including a scenario where F is included) it should advance to the next in-line question Are you able to help with this?
Hi, I just created a typeform outcome survey, but I want to create an additional outcome. I see how to create the end survey form, but what if I want the logic to lead to one other outcome? Thanks
Hi all, I was wondering how can I add a logic on each answer of a multiple choice question, preferably without changing a page. E.g. out of 4 options, 2 answers are selected. I want under each of those answers to appear another multiple choice question. How can I do that?
We have a scenario in which we need to configure multiple forms for our users and each of the questions across the forms would have scores associated with it. The forms would be shared one after the other at regular intervals. We require the scores to be passed on and the final aggregate score to be shared with the user
Hi, I’m trying to set the logic flow for my two opinion scale questions and one follow-up open-ended question.for fisrt question there will be a score 1, for second question score 2.and compare two scores, if score 1 is higher, then go to question 3, if score 2 if higher, then go to question 4.can I know how can I set the logic and variables to reach this purpose?A lot of thanks!
I want to use typeform to complete a pre and post survey for online learning. Is there a way to use the first four questions of the survey visible in one link and the second four questions visible in the another link? This means I don't have to use an identifier to link to two very similar surveys.
hi, its my first time using typeform. I just made a simple referral page which allows the user to enter email addresses of his/her friends. How to add multiple email addresses in one bar?
Hi, I hope someone can help. I finalised my typeform with 20 questions but after publishing 13 are missing and have not been published. Thank you for your help and feedback
Hello!I’m creating a quiz with 4 different categories with 10 questions each (a total of 40) answerable by yes or no. All of the questions are randomized into one question group. The ending I want is to be at their lowest score of category. If my lowest score is cat_A, I should have the ending screen for cat_A, and if I have a tie low score for cat_A, cat_B, and cat_C, I should have an ending screen with tie ending screen a, b, and c.I’ve seen questions related to mine, but the difference is that most of the questions asked here have an opinion rate scale. That’s why I need help. What do you think my logic should look like? I hope you can help me.
Hey everyone, this is a somewhat unusual case, but it would be pretty important to us.We collect feedback with typeform after we consult our website visitors. The survey has 3 multiple choice questions, 1 long text question and 1 email question.Whenever we get a long text back, ideally we would like to contact that user again. At the moment, whenever the long text is filled in, the email is not required in the next question so we cannot contact the user afterwards. I assume it is not possible, but I am still asking: Is there a way to make question 5 “required” if question 4 contains anything at all.I thought of having two different email questions and show “required” or “not required” based on the answer of question 4. However, I don’t know how this would be possible either.I would need a logic option like: If 4 contains “any answer” or “isn’t empty” jump to question X.Any advice is appreciated.
Hi team, I am am a coach, that uses Typeform as an application for intake.I coach both men and women,I have a different, seperate typeform for either sex…I am now building out an email sequence from my website to encourage people to fill the application…I am wondering if there is a way for me to:have a general typeform start point for BOTH men and women A first question that says ‘are you male or female?’ From that point forward, two seperate sets of typeform questions based on how they answer? This would allow me to then ensure I reply with a more personlised automatic sales video? Thanks in advance. Jase
Hi everyone !I have a short form with 3 questions. It can hard to respond so I would like to help my respondents with contextual text after 30 seconds of inactivity for example to show them some example. Is it possible ?I don’t want to display these examples too soon, to avoid the bias.Any suggestion ? :)
Is it possible to get multi-stage form responses?Specifically, I would like to create a form that collects submitted content at multiple stages. We need to prioritize the requested content in three stages. It would looks something like this:***Q1: Name (required)Q2: DOB (required)Q3: Rating Scale (required)Next sectionQ4: Rating Scale (optional)Q5: Short form answer (optional)Next sectionQ6: Short form answer (optional)Q7: Short form answer (optional)Q8: Short form answer (optional)***Is it possible to capture the information based on whether or not the section was completed? Q1 - Q3 is a priority, and we don’t want to risk not getting answers to those questions if the user feels the rest of the survey to too long/burdensome.Thanks!
Hello, I’m trying to connect two forms… the first one users are prompted to select / submit a score from 0-10 (opinion scale). Based on responses in this first form, I’d like to follow up with a series of questions in the second form. I understand the concept of hidden fields, however it doesn’t seem to apply to this particular scenario. If so, some guidance would be appreciated.
Hi, I’m trying to figure out if Outcome Quiz logic can be used with the granularity needed for the following use case.Specifically, I’m wondering how the logic is constructed where you “Link Outcomes to Endings.” I’m having trouble figuring it out via trial and error. When I select answers in the “Link Answers to Ending” prompt, is the given Ending associated with a set of answers selected if ANY of the selected answers are present, or only if ALL of the selected answers are present?Does this apply if I select multiple answers for a given question to be associated with an Ending? Use case:I am building a quiz with 8-10 questions from which 5 characteristics are determined about a respondent. Some characteristics are determined from 1 question and some characteristics require multiple questions. Each characteristic has 3-4 options.Based on the combination of 5 characteristics, I’m assigning an Ending. For some characteristics, this characteristic will determine the Ending you get, NO
I want to pass an email address value from my CRM to the typeform. Not to display, but to record the email of respondents passively. Is this possible?
Creating surveys in which you want to show multiple follow up questions depending on an multiple choice, requires a lot of repeated logic. Unless you can duplicate questions this takes a lot of manual work. When questions need to be changed or re-ordered it’s going to require lot’s of manual work again.I’m referring to an example like explained in: Use Branching and calculations in Logic to show relevant questions. The typeform below starts with a Multiple Choice question, and people can choose as many options as they like. Our respondents will only see follow-up questions relevant to their choicesIt’s clear to me how to do it, but I’m hoping Typeform can improve the workflow. This is a feature request. What if we could add logic per question that describes when it should be visible / included / skipped? Instead of describing where to jump to next per question, we describe per question whether it should be visible. This means that in the example use case described above, instead of defi
Can I add a Vimeo video that will autoplay?
Is there a way to get the file upload from Typeform form to Microsoft Power Automate?
