Hey all,I am trying to use the Website Design Feedback Form Template (https://www.typeform.com/templates/t/website-design-feedback-form-template/) which says that it is free. However, when I try to use the template I am getting the error “This account hit its plan limit of 0 typeforms”. Anyone know the reason for this error or how I can use it? Any and all advice is very much appreciated.

Hello. I have a Typeform that I want to convert into a template so that anyone can use it and send surveys out on their own/see their responses from individual clients.Please let me know how/if this is possible.

I understand how to pass simple data to a form via hidden fields. But what happens when that data is very long? URL querystrings are generally limited to 2048 characters, and my data has the potential to be much longer.Is there a way to have my form pull that data from an external data source instead of via the querystring? I’m very comfortable developing against an API, so that’s on the table as an option. Or maybe some other option I’m not thinking of?I’d also rather not have to generate a new form for every person, as that may result in hundreds of forms. So my ideal situation: 1 form, pull data from an external source (via a unique identifier I can pass as a hidden variable). Thanks!

Hey everyone, would love to get some help on hiding a multiple choice option from a form currently active and being used. As you can see below, the circled option is FULL, as in we have no more spots to slot students (this is an application for summer programs). If I simply remove the option from the question altogether, I lose the info on the responses that have already been submitted. How can I hide this option without erasing the data already collected?  

we offer five symptoms. Say Bone loss, hot flashes …. etc.Depending on what they choose, i want to provide a different protocols. For e.g. if the user chooses bone loss, i want to recommend a protocol containing four different ingredients and respective research evidence. Tell me how to do this.Can this be done for one symptom or multiple symptoms?Appreciate your help.

I want to show corrects answers to user after submitting a form ( so they won’t cheat ). Is there such an opiton ?

Dear Typeform-Team and Community,Firstly, at LactApp, we love Typeform. So sending out big compliments, we are big fans.Now it is my task to translate surveys from Spanish to English (yes we are also proudly based in Barcelona with love!). I have now managed to translate all automatic messages in English, but somehow the list of countries is still in Spanish. Unfortunately, I just cannot find how to change the language of the drop down predefined countries.Given that US residents will probably not find their country as “Estados Unidos”, and UK residents won’t find “Reino Unido” please could you let me know how to change this?Thanks,Christi from the LactApp team

Hi! I’m creating an order form for t-shirts. The respondents need to be able to tell me if they need to order additional shirts, and if so, how many additional shirts they need in each size. If I have a multiple choice question to ask, “What additional adult size(s) would you like ordered?”, and they select 3 different sizes, can the logic jump to questions based on the 3 sizes selected to get the number needed for each size?Example:Small Medium Large XL XXLIf they select small, large, and XXL, can the logic jump to questions:How many small shirts do you need?and then,How many large shirts do you need?and then,How many XXL shirts do you need? Thank you for any help you can provide!

Hello, I have a pretty long If/Goto logic ladder at the end of my form to choose between about 20 scenarios and 12 various ending pages. Is there a text-based way to enter/edit this information, instead of all the clicking through the GUI interface? Also, is there a way to backup/save this logic? I am terrified to modify the form in any way that may lose or alter this logic (i.e. change the question type, etc). Thank you!

Could you help with this? The participant must choose which option is most similar to him and assign a score of 4 to the option that does not resemble him, 3 to the next and so on until he assigns 1 to the one that least resembles him.I tried ranking, but I can't assign a value of 4 to the option that the participant places first.In summary, what I am looking for is: for the participant to order the options from highest to lowest according to what best describes him, and to assign a value of four points to the option that he positions at the top, 3 to the next, 2 to the next and 1 point to which I order last.Does anyone know if from Typerform this can be done?

My form is saying there are Hidden fields and UTM Tracking that need to be removed before publishing. I’ve tried removing to no avail. Any ideas how to validate all fields and tracking are gone?

I am looking to create a quiz where people answer questions about how much time they spend each week on various tasks.  I want the quiz to total up the responses so they see the results immediately, is that possible?  So if they answer, question 1: 4 hours, question 2 6 hours total 10 hours would be visible at the end of the quiz.

Hi! I want to be able to bring a user back to the beginning of questions on a quiz typeform after submitting. The first several prompts are just user information intake, so I’d like to skip those. The general idea is that if someone does not get a perfect score on the quiz, they can click try again, and instead of going to the title page, it brings them back to midway where the actual quiz questions begin. Any help would be much appreciated if this is possible! 

I’m creating peer reviews where peers need to accredit each others skills. To do this I want to use matrices that look something like this:Who excelled in the following skills:                Bob        Eva        Henry       JimSkill 1        0             0              0             0Skill 2        0             0              0             0Skill 3        0             0              0             0 Now to do this once with a few names and columns is not really a problem. But since I need to do this with quite a large list of skills (~100). I want to divide them into categories and use multiple matrices to cover all of them. The problem I’m having is that for each matrix I need to fill in the same list of names by hand. Which becomes really annoying very fast. My question is: Is there a way to copy past a list of names into the columns so that I don’t need to do this by hand.Thanks in advance! 

Hello, I created my first form and it looks amazing!The form contain 3 fields: Name, Surname and Email.I would like to make it easier for users on iOS or Android to fill it using Autofill function but in my case for both Name and Surname fields my iPhone suggest my “Name Surname”, not just name first and surname later.I need Name and Surname separately because the integration with ActiveCampaign need the separate.Any idea? Suggestion? Help?

Hello, I am developing and testing my first form. We have a ton of logic in there so are going through a lot of testing iterations to learn how it behaves and tweak as-needed. I have been using the “sandbox” link to disable submissions in the standalone shareable link, but I am now on to testing the embedded form in my site. Hi everyone, I'm trying to recreate this typeform from "Der Zeit". It's about book tips. If you play through the form, you can click on "add to reading list" or "I'm not interested in this". At the end, a list should appear with all the book tips that have been added to the reading list. I need help here. Hi, a coworker developed an infographic as a lottie file and she wants it to be one page of a Typeform survey. Is this possible to embed the lottie JSON file as a standalone page (like the statement question type)?Put slightly differently, can I modify the HTML of the statement question type so that I could simply do an iframe that renders the lottie file that we host on our own website?

Hi, in the workspace overview of all the forms, in list view, there is a column “Questions”In 1 form it shows 15, where there are also 15 questions.but in several other forms it show 1 or 2 but there are many more questions. So what indicates the workspace column “ Questions” in the listview.  Kind regards, Hein

Hey !My question is about a registration form. People stard with choosing wich type of event they want to attend and then they choose on which date. At the end I want to send them a confirmation email recalling the type of the event and the date. It works for the event.> how to enforce an alertnative between the selected date for event type A and the selected date for event type B and not having a blank spot in the confirmation by having to recall both date ?I want it to be be : you register for even type A on that dateHope it’s understandable, thanks in advance for your help

Hi! I've got a question here. In the custom link section I changed the photo, meta description and meta title - its there, I pressed publish, its there. But when I send the link, it doesn't have a pic, meta description and title - what might be wrong with that. Similar problem occured to another questionnaire, where I changed the title, but the link still has the old one (wrong). Please, can you aasist me with this matter ASAP. Thank you a lot!
