Integrate your typeform

Hi community!With the Intercom integration, follows a function where responses automatically gets sent to the Intercom Inbox. This is a neat function if you have 10-20 responses, but it’s an awfull function if you get 100’s… That’s my case. Intercom also has a Automation function, but since the respondents answers appears as an internal note, sent by myself, it doesn’t trigger Intercom automation. Does anyone have some advice on how to either get rid of the Inbox function or get the automation working?

I’ve connected my MailChimp to my Typeform but need to go back and edit it to add more tags. The only option from what I can tell is to turn off or delete the integration. Is there a way to just edit it? Thanks, --Jonathan

I’ve hit an issue with mailchimp. I’ve looked at previous posts and is it correct that the Mailchimp integration does not tag current subscribers who complete a form?This is a huge disadvantage if that is the case. Is this outlined anywhere when signing up for a Typeform plan?  Does anyone know if a free Zapier account will offer that level of integration?Help!Thanks!

Hello there!I am new to integrating Typeform with Airtable, and I am wondering how to automatically generate the information from the Typeform survey into my Airtable. I have set up the integration and I can click the “Import Responses” button, which will pull all of the fields from my questions and display them beautifully in Airtable. However, every time the Typeform survey is completed a new entry is generated on my Airtable, but it only includes the answer for the first slide, and leaves all other fields blank. Do I have to manually click the “Import Responses” button in order to pull all 9 of the responses from my survey?It wouldn’t be a big deal, but I was wanting to set an Airtable Automation to send an email every time a new record is created. The way it is performing now means I get the initial automated email for creation of a new entry once someone completed the Typeform survey, but again, this only integrates the data from the first slide. Hi.We have found out that the our application stoped receiving events when customers submitted the typeform.I checked in the test page, its true. No events when the form is submitted. I see only events when typeform is fully loaded and navigation between questions.

I was SO excited about Typeform until I realised that the integration with MailerLite is very limited. It’s great being able to map a form submission to MailerLite generally. But it doesn’t have the capacity to map multiple choice or dropdown answers to groups or segments, which really limits the functionality of the integration.  I notice that Mailchimp and some others allow question mapping beyond just the email field. Does anyone know if there’s a possibility this feature might be added, or if there is a workaround? So frustrated. 😢 I could move my email list to Mailchimp but Mailchimp is so… ugly 😬 And it misses the survey response block that you can add to emails in MailerLite, which I love   I’m keen to hear from other that integrate with a mailing list where you can capture and sync up information beyond an email address. Hi - I recently integrated my typeform to my notion account and mapped out all relevant fields. however, at the mapping stage, typeform/notion does not seem to recognize “file upload” as a question in the drop down, when it’s clearly part of the typeform in general. Because it is not recognized, I’m unable to get all the data required from the typeform to notion fields.

We want to trigger a request to complete a customer satisfaction survey in Typeform when we close a ticket in Zendesk. We also want the Typeform to be pre-populated with a couple of fields like the email address and ticket number because we already have this information in the ticket. Has anyone done this or know if it can be done?

Hello there ! I’m trying to integrate my typeform to bubble, and have a webhook for every responses. But when i create it directly in Typeform and, tried to do delivery send request, i received “response 404” but … its a test by typeform. I don’t understand. Help please =)

My Typeform doesn't load on Safari 15.2 on a Mac with macOS Monterey 12.1 (intel Mac) When clicked upon, it keeps loading (showing a turning loading circle) or it gives an error.Can someone please take a look, or does anyone have tips or pointers. I really don’t know what to do.I tried to duplicate the Typeform, but is has the same problem.  

I just set up google analytics tracking to our typeform (not embedded) So far two of the leads we got are showing Direct or no source traffic.  But this doesn’t really make sense as we aren’t sharing this typeform link separately, they can only find it on a page of ours. I also tried this myself by using google to find the page and clicking on the link so the landing page should be /embed/ the source organic / google but it still shows direct / no source Is there some setting or something we need to do to properly track completed type forms?

I hope i will find help here :) I use typeform/klaviyo integration in our emailing to enrich customer profiles in klaviyo (based on answers in typeform).I add an hiddenfield “email” for klaviyo be able to map customer profile - customer answers and create properties in their customer profile.The thing is : it used to work perfectly but now i’m doing new flows / made exactly the same way , the sync doesnt work anymore. Hiddenfield still enables me to catch email in typeform but their customer profiles in klaviyo dont change.I don’t know where i should search to fix it : i resync 100 times, i made test on the link, change destination list…Do you have an idea ?Thanks in advance for your help,

Hi everyoneWe have a challenge syncing files from TypeForm to HubSpot via the native integrator - for some reason the file type property is not coming up from HubSpot at all in the matching selector when we try to match the file type field from TypeForm.Has anyone experienced similar behaviour and if so how it was sorted ?Thanks,RobP.S - I have contacted HubSpot Support and they told me that I should contact TypeForm Support :) - the usual process of ping-pong between different systems …
