Hello community!We have a web application that users should fill out some forms. We want to use VideoAsk for this part. But we have some unsolved questions here.How can we sync our database with the VideoAsk responses? We need to do some process on responses after they are submitted. So we need to have those responses in our database too. We have many users in our app. When they submit one of those forms, how can we recognize users from one another? We need a programatic way, is it possible to send user’s IDs to the VideoAsk like a hidden input so we can have them in responses too?Thank in advance for your help.Regards.

I integrated VideoAsk into Zapier. How can I access the transcripted Text there? Only the link to the Answer is sent through the Webhook. I need the transcripted text there.

Hey Guys, Im desperate because Videoask stopped working here.I have tons of videos collected with videoask. All of them are connected with my platform by APIs and embeding URL.Today, feel hours ago, all of them have stopped and don’t play anymore, Even the oldest, as you can see here: https://museudapessoa.org/historia-detalhe/?id=42392.I’m still colleting new videos, they can be played inside Videoask platform, but they don’t play anymore when the embed link is executed.Are anyone with the same problem? 

I have a problem using VideoAsk with Make.com (Teams plan)I don't know if the problem is in the VideoAsk or Make.com part.I have 2 org in VideoAsk : My Org and My Company Org (Brand Plan).I'm one of the Admin of the Company org.When i'm connecting to VideoAsk from Make.com, i only see the Video from My Org and can't see the video from the Company Org.When I try to access VideoAsk from Zappier, I can see everythings.Anyone can help me ? Another linked question :There is two ways to connect from VideoAsk :- For the first one, you just have to click on a link, and click accept on the next pop-up. After that, I can see Make in the Authorized Apps in VideoAsks settings.- For the second one, I have to enter a Client ID and a Client Secret and I can't see where I could find that in VideoAsk.Anyone know what to do ? Maybe using this second way will solve my first problem :)

Hi team,I’m having some issues with some of my forms.I’ve created those forms:single step poll options single step with a button redirecting to a websiteI’ve connected a webhook to both of them and here’s what happens:If I don’t use “collect contact data”, the webhook is never triggered If I use “collect contact data”, the webhook is triggered but the “answers” array is empty.Are you aware of this issue? Am I doing something wrong? PS: I have other “single step” forms with text/video/calendar/file upload as answer type and they work just fine. Thank you !

I want to get token from backend but I cannot find any API to get it. I find this API but seem it’s used for integrating in the IU (https://developers.videoask.com/#9d1d98f0-ab59-438e-8b88-6a5e5651d7f9 => Get an access token). Anyone can suggest me a solution?

Hi team,I am currently integrating the video ask API in my backend to generate forms programmatically (among other things).In order to get an access_token, I need to manually get an authorization code from my browser, then call https://auth.videoask.com/oauth/token with the code + scope=offline_access to get a refresh token.So far so good… except that refresh tokens expires after 30 days.This mean that I would need to remind myself to manually get a new refresh token every ~25 days or so to make sure my backend does not break.Am I missing something? Is there a solution to automatize it all? Thank you,Ben

I embed the iframe of my videoask form on a Wordpress page.I put it on the bottom part of the page.When user go to this page, the form attract the visitor and go directly to the bottom, like if I add an anchor. Hi there everybody!While i’m waiting for the support response, want to ask you guys here.We’ve set Videoask up to trigger a webhook every time the form response comes. But sometimes it doesn’t get triggered. I found that “view deliviries” shows “no response” with “Invalid Date” issueWe’re using Videoask as an Iframe with 3 variables. Usually it works well, but about 3 of 10 tries ends up with missesDoes anyone know what that means and is there a way to fix that?Thank you in advance!

Is anyone able to confirm if I am right that I could use an AirTable webhook with AirTable automation to pull across new VideoAsk testimonial data to AirTable?I’m hoping to use this route as an alternative to using Zapier etc unless there are other limitations to this approach. Thanks!

I am new to VideoAsk and consider it using as a landing page in fullscreen (i.e. above fold) for mostly mobile users.When testing I noticed a poor performance (4s or more, even on my 300MBits FTTH line).Is anyone using it successfully in fullscreen mode? I need to take their responses and spit out an individual tailored report emailed to them as a pdf. I’m having a hard time figuring out connections I need with zapier.videoask to google sheets to google data studio to… ?Or should I hire an API/webhook coder?Thanks! 

Using VideoAsk as a ConvertKit thank you page could be great if you could use VideoAsk variables. (https://www.videoask.com/help/tracking/360040307552-use-variables-hidden-fields-to-add-contact-information-to-your-videoask-url)This way you could say hi to each new subscriber on your e-mail list and respond without having to ask them for an e-mail address.Right now that is not possible, because ConvertKit does not allow us to put variables inside the thank you page confirmation url.Could you please help and give your vote to this feature request? Thanks you guys for helping with questionsIs there a way to send the user to completing Videoask question flow from a specific question ID or order if he didn’t complete the whole flow?I know that Videoask is sending a webhook whether that flow is completely answered or not. VideoAsk doesn’t provide a user interface for creating a new Form - unless you do it via Admin dashboard OR create a UI that grab’s person’s video recording manually and create a Form via the API. So the “hack” I resorted to is essentially keeping a separate form - say “ToUpdateForm”.So let’s say UserA owns FormA.I ask UserA to submit answer to form “ToUpdateForm”. My server then calls the endpoint to PATCH question media with submitted answer media.The result is that UserA’s FormA now has the updated question video. Is this the right approach I’m taking or does VideoAsk provide a cleaner interface to create a form so I can just plug that to my user?

When I tried registering the app, the “Create” button is blanked out…
