I need to purchase typeform and I have had no help from typeform to resolve this? What do I do?

My login also isn’t working at the moment and trying to get ahold of anyone at typeform to help an interested customer has been hell. WHO CAN HELP AT TYPEFORM WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE?!?!?!

How can I communicate with someone at typeform customer service?

Not happy with the interface of this program whatsoever. I have to speak with someone who works for this company and it seems next to impossible to do that. Please can someone tell me how I can find this information to contact customer service without being redirected to a 100 different pages and other customers to do their jobs for them?

Auto–renewal issue

Stop unsubscribe to. the emails on these questions

How, in God’s name, can I stop the onslaught of these community question emails? The email won’t let you unsubscribe, and only says “See categories.” Where is THAT? I don’t have time for this. Even trying to ask this question sent me down a freaking rabbithole. THERE IS NO SUBJECT OFFERED RELATED TO THIS! Make it stop! Did I say I hate this program?

Typeform payments policy!!

We have been charged our annual Typeform fill, as far as I know, I haven´t bee notified in advance to see if we wanted to renew, I find this not good, moreover, the email is only to be found if I log in into the platform, it is not emailed. Finally, the most important question, we are a UK business, we weren´t charged VAT by Typeform last year, why this year have we been charged with 20% VAT? What has it been the difference, I look forward to an answer.I have tried to find some contact details for Typeform and has none, this is highly irregular. Javier Mora

EMERGENCY PMP

We have created a questionnaire and it says that we have trial features, so not included in our subscription. But when we look for them, we can't identify them and they are not indicated (which should be according to their FAQ). We would like to know how to make the questionnaire work and be able to distribute it.

I am sickened . I have not used this service at all and yet Typeform have taken yet another sub from my account . I noticed when I looked at my bill….and they don't do refunds? shameless ...absolutely shameless behaviour ….when so many business are struggling they won't honour a cancellation by offering a refund. ….so I get to downgrade and may even get to cancel but they wont refund . BEWARE PEOPLE DISGUSTED

Question - with the free version, it says unlimited forms with 10 questions each, but only 10 answer submissions per month…. does that mean per form or in total? Bit confused.

Unsubscribe From Paid Plan

I have been trying to access the settings tab on my account for two days now to unsubsrcibe from my payment plan before I am charged for the next month that I do not want.However, it has been stuck on the loading screen for hours on both days and multiple devices. I do not want to be charged again so need to solve this fast.

Email Help

Hey typeform fam!I have a question about automated emails. I’m looking how to edit the email that is going out after people submit their typeform and I can’t seem to figure out where exactly the email is coming from. I checked my zapier and I do not have an integration set up, I checked in typeform settings and do not have the notify respondents on. So now I don’t know what to do. Moving from annual to monthly subscription

I want to change my subscription so I can just be charged monthly rather than all at once, but it wont let me @Liz . Sent in a support ticket a couple hours ago, but haven’t heard anything. Can’t edit or cancel the outstanding invoice either

How do I change my only Team Member?

HiWe love typeform! We’ve been using it for the last three years to get weekly pulse checks on how our employees are doing. The account holder is leaving the company, and we want to replace him with a user who will still be here. Our account is only for one team member (which we are happy with), but want to switch that user out for another one. I can’t see an obvious way to do this in the settings, does anybody know how to do this?Thanks

How long it take to change a plan?

2 hours ago I started a survey. Surprisingly I got a lot of responses. Accessible limits decreased every minute. So, I opened the “Billing” section and made an upgrade. And got... nothing. “Plan change pending”. I even can’t change the text on an inactive form to explain the situation for users. Uncomfortable situation… Does anyone know, how long the upgrading is?Looks like Typeform isn't the best solution for cases where your responses quantities are unpredictable

Hi, I had a question about our billing, is there an email to use? I also wondered if there was a way to pause/ free our account. We have a survey built and ready to go but the launch date has been pushed back so wondered if we could pause our account for a month or so? Any advice on this? Thank you!
