Hello!I have the subscription that let you have 3 users. but I cant invite the third one. So it is me, another person and then I cant let the last one in… it says I need to upgrade my plan. How does it work with the users? and I assume they also have all the benefits of the paid version?I would prefer direct conversation with a support but couldnt get to any, I was just moved around to different stated issues but couldnt find mine among them.
Hello everyone, I have few ads running on Meta (former Facebook) connected to my Typeform. If I create now a new custom subdomain, what will happen to the typeform connected to my ads?Will those typeforms still be working? Hello I have followed steps to embed the full page typeform. I added a new template pasted code and it is showing a full width page but not height. I looked on many questions here and have played with the height and width in the coding- to no avail! It is so small! There is nothing else on this page only my footer and header.

Hi guysI guess there is a bug in the chat, for both “Contact info” and “Phone” or “E-mail” questions are not set in Spanish or other languages, that wouldn’t be a big problem but for the +1 instead of +34 or other country codes in the phone number input.Is there anything I’m missing in the config or is it a bug? Hello. I sent an email marketing yesterday to 127 people. I wanted to ask them a few questions so I used typeform. I made a lot of trial before sending the e-mail to be sure that the URL of typeform works on my email marketing. But unfortunately, people who received the email marketing can’t answer to the typeform because it’s written that the form is closed. I don’t undestrand why. Please help me!
Hello,I created a survey form in free-plan (which was limited with 10 questions). Then I switched to basic-plan today.1. When I re-publish my survey form, it is still limited with 10 questions, and still displays “powered by Typeform” label, why?2. Maybe basic-plan is not activated yet. After it is activated, will my Qr-code of the survey change? I have to print it now. Best regards

How can I stop Typeform from redirecting to their own site on submission without adding a custom redirect?
Every single form redirects to the TypeForm website, even after I upgraded. I’m thinking about moving to another service if there isn’t a quick fix, that doesn’t work for me since I pay for the service. Is there something I’m missing? I tried removing the button also, it still redirected.

Hi there ….. we have a business workflow where we want to pre-populate a form and then send it to a client. In order to avoid confusion with the client starting multiple versions, we plan on using the ‘partial submission’ features. This will allow a unique URL per engagement. Our current process is to have an admin:open the form pre-populated with URL params save form copy URL back into CRM in order to send to client Can this be automated via the API?
I like to know, why it has to be so, that The navigation functionality is still accessible, when you turn off arrows, and you can go back and forward between questions?Some, who tested my survey, went accidentally back, when they used mobile device. And they did not know, what was happened. It is very cracy.My survey needed to be like, that you can not go back and change answers, but now this is not possible 😶That you hide the Navigation arrows, does not help at all. That is not only thing, what does not work properly.Other is example that ok-button: you do not need to press it, when you answer questions, which you have to select only one answer.
I hit publish and shared on FB and within a couple of minutes, had my 10 responses for the month of which none of them were valid. It was the same person filling it out 10 times.I don’t mind paying for typeform and upping my monthly allotment of services but now i’m concerned someone else may come along and fill ‘er up. I get it...the link is public but wondering if there’s anything I can do to help try to prevent this?Thank you!
