Typeform conversations

I am wanting to update a variable when the user selects a, b, c, or “other” (other = freetext). When selecting other, there is a “forced” additional step, “AND” which offers different logical options, so:if answer to question = “other”andis equal to is not equal to beings with ends withThis makes no sense, as it is impossible to determine what the free text is going to be. Because this step is currently empty, or incomplete, it fails to update the variable when this option is selected, breaking the process. How do I bypass this issue?

Has anyone come across this…At current you can upload SVG file format under themes but cannot under the brand kit theme.I would like to see SVG & webp formats supported in the future.  

The “press enter” function worked fine on first page of a form but, on the second page, it doesn’t work and people have to scroll or click “continue.” Any idea on what’s happening there?

I want a webhook for my entire workspace. We have a dozen forms, plan to add many more… wiring each form up to a webhook or integration is exhausting. Is it a way I’m missing? I feel this is more complex than it should be. It’s great to have the option for each form but equally (if not more) to have a single integration/webhook for all forms. Also in the webhook, it’s a very complex json structure. Why not add a single “results” field which provides a text report of the results. It makes using tools like make.com/zapier so much easier to reference that single field. Overall I feel this feature was engineered and never simplified.

I created a form, where at the last question, I retrieve the coordinates of visitors, including postal codes. I work in a system where depending on the postal code entered by the visitors, it will be redirected to a page. I have to enter the eligible or ineligible postal codes every time and that changes every week. It would take me a long time to enter all the valid postal codes, I do not know if there are other ways to do it, but my problem is that I will have to put about 800 each time.Is there a way to do this by copying a list or importing data directly?

We have one question about Eureka Survey: If we want to send the same survey (or a different survey) to a 2nd batch of 500 people using Eureka Survey, will some of the 500 people be the same people from our first batch of 500 people?We don’t want to pay money again for the same people who already answered our survey. It’d even be great if the people who will take our survey #2 are totally different from those who took our survey #1.

Hello,can you give me some advice, please? I have 20 questions in Typeform with 1-5 answer choices (I use the "Opinion Scale" type). After filling in all the answers, I need to calculate the arithmetic average of the answers and then display a rating page at the end of the questionnaire based on the resulting number. (there is always a different final page for number 1,2,3,4 and 5)In excel I would use the formula "=AVERAGE(A2:E21)", but how to calculate it in Typeform? Thank you for your help! 

I recently got charged a lot of money for not using typeform in over year, with no responses and no use of my typeform account. I have reached out and created tickets with typeform but have yet to get a response. I need that money back, it was a lot and as a student I really cannot afford this right now.

I am new to Typeform and am considering using it for a survey based webapp. My question is:Is it possible to retrieve the results (within React) of the response of a custom Webhook API?This is roughly what I’d like to build if possible.I’ve read the callbacks and is see there’s an onSubmit, but I don’t see one for Webhook responses.Ultimately, what is the best way to retrieve the python server response’s payload from react? Can it be done with just the Custom Webhook API Call? If so, how can it be stored in react state?Thank you!

Hello, I’m trying to implement a survey for a scientific project but I’m not sure that is feasible with Typeform. I would like to ask people 10 questions of increasing difficulty level (difficulty 1= easy, difficulty 10= hard). The questions need to appear from the most easy (lvl 1) to the most difficult (lvl 10).  I have prepared groups of 50 questions in each difficulty level (the group 1 contains 50 questions of lvl 1, the group 2 contains 50 questions of lvl 2, and so on until group 10). I would like to pick one question at random from the group 1, then one from group 2, etc… such that each respondent has a random sequence of questions, but that always appear from the easiest to the most difficult.  Is this possible using typeform ?I hope my question is clear enough, don’t hesitate to ask for clarifications.Thanks a lot for your feedback !

Hi there,I am designing a simple card selection exercise, by which the user would select three (3) cards from a selection fo about 20. Based on the aggregate score, we can provide a description of the category in which the person’s score ended up and some recommendatios for improvement.My questions:Question 1: How can I associate a score with a card being selected? I want a specific survey to appear only for a certain subset of webpages.  Example: If a person searches for specific resource page, I only want the resource survey to appear on the resource page.  If the page contains */resource/* in the URL.  How can this be done?

Hey all,So for the past couple of years I’ve been using Typeform’s pop-up embeds as booking buttons on my website, and they worked great.We’ve recently updated our website design massively - and a part of that design is buttons that are native to the wordpress theme we’re using.  I really like the look of the updated buttons on our new theme.From the back end, these buttons give me the following toggle option to “Open link in lightbox”, which I believe is supposed to automatically embed embeddable pages and forms:I’ve tested this out with one of my typeform links, and on the front end all that happens when you click the button is the lightbox opens and fills up the screen, but no form loads in (it’s just dark grey/empty with an “x” to close the lightbox.)Is there some way to get this to load the typeform up properly?  I’m editing through the theme where I just paste the link, so I’m not deep into html at the moment.  I tried adding ?typeform-embed-redirect-target=_self to the end of th

hey all,  I want to know if it is possible to create a 2FA so when each person answers the typeform they have to confirm they are themselves before.  I now that there is a 2FA for log in, but I want it to answer the typeforms when they fill their emails.

Hi! New Typeform user here. I’m creating a lead generation multiple choice quiz, and the end user needs to know their score at the end of the quiz. In “Logic,” I filled out and double-checked the “Score Quiz” section. I even filled out the “Branching and Calculations” section to try to force the score to calculate correctly. No luck! The highest possible score a user can receive is 24, but I’ve gotten 25 multiple times during my test previews. Thoughts? Where should I troubleshoot?Thanks in advance!
