Hi, I recently received an email offering the option to upgrade my account to an annual plan, with an additional two months for free. Could you please explain how this offer works? Specifically, I would like to clarify if I will receive a total of 14 months of service with a 12-month subscription, or if the two additional months would be credited towards my next renewal. Additionally, I noticed that there is no live chat feature within my account. Can you confirm the reason for its absence?

I would like to change the style of the typeform to some of the pages, for instance the background color, but I do not kno how to select this option 

Hello, I have created a lead magnet quiz within Typeform. I would now like to integrate it with my Flodesk account. Ideally, I would like to have my Flodesk account send an personalized page that is specific to the answers a client entered within the quiz. I am aware I would likely have to do this via Zapier. However, once I get into the Zapier dashboard, I am lost when it comes to creating the right events that would achieve this. I am open to any other ways of doing this as well. 

Since Typeform is no longer supporting Convertkit integration can we use something elese since the tag is based on the customers response?

Hi - I’m new to the world of quiz-building and have just completed a mammoth of an assessment in Typeform, using calculations and a ton of variables. The scoring calcs are completed, tested, and validated, but I need visitors to be redirected after submission to a personalized, branded page on our company’s website that 1) provides the final score (FS), 2) provides a table with a breakdown of: the metrics (M), the industry benchmark related to each metric (B), and the score based on how much the metric exceeds or falls short of the benchmark (MS). All of these were set up as variables during the building of the quiz.The results page also needs to display certain sections providing recommendations for any metric where the respondent’s M fell short of B. So if someone entered a 3 where the benchmark was a 5, there would be a section of text and an image where we detail what they should be doing to get to 5 or beyond. This means the recommendations section of the page will look different

Hi! It can be set up so that it doesn't immediately send the response, but there is a send button, and the responder can submit the answer only if they had time to consider/change it?

I upgraded to Basic. The word ‘paid’ by all features part of a plan have disappeared, but I still cannot publish. The only extra features I used is the ‘file upload’ which the Basic Plan covers. Why am I unable to publish? There is no CSR number to reach out to… it’s starting to feel like this is a scam. Please help.

Is It possible to get data from the results of one typeform into another if yes how.

I want people to select multiple answers and based on that selection next questions (grouped accordingly) should appear for example Ques A  has 4 options out of which 1,3 & 4 are selected then sections related to 1,2&4 only  should appear. Currently in type form go to question logic is only working on 1 answer selection. How to apply got to question logic on multiple selections?

Ï have created a form, on the final step I have added an encoded URL to send a WA message. Is working fine on mobile, but in desktop is not working at all. It goes to a 404 page on WA

Hi, Can anyone advise how i set up notifications for when a forms been submitted. I have followed the instructions from the help section - Settings - notifications, however when i click settings i dont have a notifications setting. Please advise. 

Hello Typeform community, I am not able to remove test responses from a from and cannot see a “Delete” button:Is this a permissions issue? Couldn’t find any help in the docs... 

Overnight, our account/workspace was completely purged and has disappeared! All of our forms and data gone, all company emails disassociated! Customer Support is MIA and we can get a response. Our website, CRM, and operations are fully without function at this time - anyone have this happen? Anyone have a beeline to customer support to get a response STAT!? SOS! 

On all my old forms there is a notifications option, so when you complete a form I will be sent an email. But when I create new forms or copy an existing form, there is no notifications option under that forms settings.How can I get this back? My only option is to hook up to Zapier or use a Teams integration which seems silly. 

Hi all,I’ve built a commuting survey and it works relatively well, but I could do with some suggestions to improve the way respondents input their transport methods. I need to capture more than one mode of transport, as quite often people will use a number of methods to get to work within a journey or on different days within a week. I’ve used the matrix method fairly successfully but it has the following issues:It relies on people understanding percentages It doesn’t have the ability to check whether the answers add up to 100%  It requires every transport method to be scored The list is very long (and may grow)Can anyone think of a better way to do this? I’ve considered logic routes to break it down but before I attempt it I wanted to pick the brains of you all. I’ve attached a screenshot for context.Any suggestions would be much appreciatedCheersLewis

Hi, I have a simple survey. 6 questions, only multiple choice or ranking questions. I can see the report online as it should look, but when I go to Print, “Save to PDF” I only get the text, not any visuals of bars of hte charts.Any thoughts?

I was wondering whether the following changes are possible in Typeform The Progress bar is something I really value and helps people see their progress. I wondered whether it is possible to make it more visible/thicker? Our project involves multiple companies. Is it possible to have more than one logo? Whenever you make a question mandatory you get the “ * ” symbol, is it possible to change or remove this logo? We noticed that it can cause confusion Later in the Typeform the typing of text gets really slow, is there a way to remedy this?In advance thank you so much!

Hi Community,I have a quite extended decision tree. Once in an upper line I use the submit form to quick end the flow (the red box). But I also need to end quickly with a second submit form option below, at the second red bok which is in a different scenario.I also use quiz/score endings (from A-Z, 28 solutions) for different other scenarios answers.How can I address the 1st and 2nd red box quick ending, while I can not let to quiz questions and score endings?Any ideas?  

*edited* **FORM SUBMISSION DATE**I’ve just upgraded my account, so I can now do a direct integration between typeform and Airtable (yay!). But I can’t find a way to send the submission date of the form to airtable (since there is no question in my typeform which asks the date). Do I have to go back to my old zap workaround to include the submission date? If so, that’s disappointing considering I’m paying for the upgraded account for this reason. Thanks!!
