Typeform conversations

I have a type form which ask people to type their revenue (which is often in the millions). I then have a logic to divide this by 1000000 and webhook this to our CRM platform Affinity. This logic is this not being pushed through into my webhook to Affinity? The number they actually type in (so 3500000) is being passed through, rather than 3.5In general I would like the people filling out the typeform to be able to type their revenue in millions (like 3.5) but Typeform can’t handle decimals (no idea why that’s a feature?)Does anyone know if this can be fixed?Thanks a lot

Hey everyone,I have a one question survey on our Demo page (it’s an exit intent pop-up).I have two questions:Can I customise this button?  Since we have only one question, is there an option once a person selects an answer → to be redirected to the thank you page, without adding one more step in between?

I wonder if anyone has experienced this issue or can help me please. I added a hidden field (user.Id) in my typeform and embedded the link into my app via a webview component. When I test it, the form shows on android devices. On Apple devices however, it just shows a blank page? Can anyone help me fix this issue as I’m blocked from further development.Thanks 🙏🏽  

I added URLs to several questions in my Typeform. However, I want to add ?locale=nl behind all these URLs. Is there a way to edit the URL? The only way I can find is by removing the whole URL and then inserting it again, which is very tedious work if you have to do it 70 times. I hope someone can enlighten me.

We did a product tasting and wanted it to be anonymous so didn’t ask for an email address. Now I need to reach out to 2 people who left specific comments. How am I able to find them?

Hi All, I think there is a bug with the Microsoft Excel integration with the Contact info form. I have one that asks, FN, LN, email, company, but only get a blank in the integrated excel sheet. Everything else works fine in the excel but just not the contact info. 

Hi - I recently set up a MailChimp integration in order to automate an email send. The user’s journey should look like this:User fills out a Typeform in order to access a download Once complete, the typeform-mailchimp integration places a tag on this user This tag triggers a MailChimp automation which sends them an email that contains the download/other infoThis is working great, except when a user fills out the form more than once. It seems that Typeform doesn’t send the tag again or MC doesn’t recognize this as a ‘new’ tag, therefore the automation isn’t triggered. I do have “Contact repeats journey” clicked within MC to allow user’s to receive the email more than once.Is it possible within this integration for a user to receive an automated email more than once? Thanks,Holly

Hi all, I'm having trouble with Google Sheets Integration. Firstly, my integration broke because my team was editing the main spreadsheet. After contacting support, I was advised to create a new tab (TAB2) within the same Google Sheet and pull all the information by using the ARRAY Function. That worked really well, however… TAB 1: RED / TAB 2: GREEN My problem now is with this new tab (TAB2) I created. Somehow I can't filter information, or sort by A-Z for example without losing all the data that's been pulled from (TAB1). I know they are connected by the ARRAY Function, but is there a way I can edit the info on (TAB2) without messing things up? Also, on (TAB2) I created new columns (in blue) so my team can edit and add information about the ongoing claim/form. However, every time a new row is automatically added, the data on the blue columns lose alignment with the data from the grey columns. Does that make sense? I'm not sure how to make them stick with the information from the grey

Hi,I am setting up a multiple choice question where I want the respondent to be able to choose multiple answers except when he chooses the last one “No answer”. This should only be able to be selected by itself. Anyone know how this works? Thanks!

I know that subject has already been discussed but I've something strange with my Typeform notification sent after form submission. The WhatsApp link worked well before, but without any change in the notification template, it does not work any more. Syntax look OK as I've tested in a test HTML and it works well :<a href="https://wa.me/[Telephone Number in the form]">Open a WhatsApp conversation with the customer</a>

when creating a form I would like the default setting to be mobile view instead of desktop. Is this possible;

When we duplicate a typeform, is there a way that the auto instructions can be duplicated without manually setting them up again?

How can I populate my spreadsheet with my updated questions?I have my Typeform survey linked to a google sheet that populates with all the questions & responses. Unfortunately, when I add additional questions to my survey, the Google sheet does not automatically update and add these in, or even remove the previous questions I had deleted. Even when disabling and enabling the integration, no change seems to happen. Thank you

HelloI need to ask my customers about 60 different manufacture processes, but theres a catch: I need to know the dimensions (X,Y,Z, or 3 additional questions) of their manufacture capabilites , the # of machines they have (another question), the materials they use (a multiple selection list), and their certifications (another list) -- for each process.So my typeform has 60 x 6 questions. (not all of them will be displayed, theres a logic there based on the selections of the user on a previous question.).So I started creating a series of groups of questions, each group for each manufacture process… but now programming the logic to jump from one group to another based on their selections is turning into a nightmare because the browser constantly pops up a msg sayng “type form does not respond”.Is there any way to do this easier? 

Hi, I recently received an email offering the option to upgrade my account to an annual plan, with an additional two months for free. Could you please explain how this offer works? Specifically, I would like to clarify if I will receive a total of 14 months of service with a 12-month subscription, or if the two additional months would be credited towards my next renewal. Additionally, I noticed that there is no live chat feature within my account. Can you confirm the reason for its absence?

Hello, I have created a lead magnet quiz within Typeform. I would now like to integrate it with my Flodesk account. Ideally, I would like to have my Flodesk account send an personalized page that is specific to the answers a client entered within the quiz. I am aware I would likely have to do this via Zapier. However, once I get into the Zapier dashboard, I am lost when it comes to creating the right events that would achieve this. I am open to any other ways of doing this as well. 

Since Typeform is no longer supporting Convertkit integration can we use something elese since the tag is based on the customers response?

Hi - I’m new to the world of quiz-building and have just completed a mammoth of an assessment in Typeform, using calculations and a ton of variables. The scoring calcs are completed, tested, and validated, but I need visitors to be redirected after submission to a personalized, branded page on our company’s website that 1) provides the final score (FS), 2) provides a table with a breakdown of: the metrics (M), the industry benchmark related to each metric (B), and the score based on how much the metric exceeds or falls short of the benchmark (MS). All of these were set up as variables during the building of the quiz.The results page also needs to display certain sections providing recommendations for any metric where the respondent’s M fell short of B. So if someone entered a 3 where the benchmark was a 5, there would be a section of text and an image where we detail what they should be doing to get to 5 or beyond. This means the recommendations section of the page will look different

Hi! It can be set up so that it doesn't immediately send the response, but there is a send button, and the responder can submit the answer only if they had time to consider/change it?

I upgraded to Basic. The word ‘paid’ by all features part of a plan have disappeared, but I still cannot publish. The only extra features I used is the ‘file upload’ which the Basic Plan covers. Why am I unable to publish? There is no CSR number to reach out to… it’s starting to feel like this is a scam. Please help.
