Hi there, I was wondering how is the drop off rate calculated in Insights for the questions that are not marked as required. My 2 cents is that questions that are optional/not marked as required should not have the drop off rate calculated if my respondents decided they want to skip that question. Could you please let me know how are things working behind the scenes? 

Hi, I understand Typeform does not have the basic functionality to prevent duplicates (which is crazy).I just bought a premium subscription, only to realise this now. I have two options:Ask for a refund, and go back to SurveyMonkey OR Get a step-by-step instruction on the Cookie workaround (embedding the cookie code in a Wix website...I’m a non-tech guy, and can’t figure out how to do this).@Liz Looking for your guidance. Anyone else figured out how to embed cookie code in Wix? Would really appreciate your help.

In an Outcome Quiz, is there a way to send a link to the user’s end screen to them via email (I am using Active Campaign via Zapier, not the native Typeform email). However, I have a video embedded in the end screen, so what would work best is a link to the end results to be able to pop into an email to send them.Is this possible?Thanks!

Does the character limit in Typeform include spaces?  

Dear Typeform community, For a personal project I want to create and app-like form, with complex calculations behind the scene.I know it’s possible to add logic, calculations and hidden fields to the forms. However, I was wondering if it is also possible to run javascript code or something like that. I was looking at the following features:Auto-complete an adress Make calculations based on given dates (calculate time difference given date and current date) Request information from an api based on given adress Store information behind the form in a key-value like fashion (or a good workaround in hidden variables)I think I can get very far with typeform, but I’m a bit worried about the request data from an api part and the date calculations, which should be doable if it is possible to run some javascript. However, I found this post which says it is not possible.Does anyone know whether these features are achievable? Or should I try to make something simpler.

I am having an issue where the progress bar of my form is being hidden beneath the question title when using a Question Group. The issue only appears on Desktop view (which is what my users will be primarily using). I’ve added some screenshots below.Example: Progress bar visible on mobile Example: Progress bar hidden on Desktop  Any solutions? I need the progress bar to be visible throughout the entire form.

Hi, I am looking to get my Typeform integration to assign a lead created via a Typeform survey response to a campaign in salesforce. When I look at doing this within the form mapping section of my Typeform salesforce dashboard (within the static fields section) this isn’t populated as an option in the dropdown. I am trying to understand if this was an issue with set-up that is isn’t pulling this field from salesforce / if its a salesforce issue / or if this is something that’s not able to be completed within the integration. I am asking the same of our salesforce rep however, also thought id sound the question here to see if this was something anyone else has also experienced / could aid with at all? Thanks!

I set up this automated email response and it works fine. The only weird thing is that it adds a weird code at the bottom that seems to be coming from nowhere? How do i delete this?

I am trying to set up an automated email in HubSpot with a CTA going to a typeform page. I don’t want to ask them their email because I obviously already have it so I have a hidden email field. How do I set up the URL with mail merge so each contact get’s their email address added?

Hello!  Maybe I’ve missed it, but I wondered if there was a nice way for a respondent to review their answers before hitting submit.  We’ve got quite a long questionnaire and some respondents have issued feedback to say they’d like to review their answers before confirming them for us.  Is that at all possible?

Hi, I’m looking to create a form that allows a user to pick within a scale from 1-12 with 4 statements throughout the scale. Is this something I can do with a likert form? For example, there would be a question and 4 answers, and then a scale form 1-12 along those 4 answers. I thought it might be a multiple choice with 4 choices, 1-3 for the first, 4-6 for the second, etc. But maybe it would work more like a likert scale. The result would need a score for the question between 1-12. There would be about 10 questions with 4 answers each, each with a scale of 1-12 for the answers.

Hi there,I am integrating a factfind with Excel with the aim to mail merge information to use on MS Word doc template letters requiring the basics of name, address, DOB, and marital status. I am using the address type question but that information is not pulling into the excel sheet.I had previously been asking for addresses with long text question type but found that clients would only put in bits of the address or just the postcode. Any assistance appreciated, or can you suggest another integration that would be better to put information onto templates?Cat

Hello, i started a typeform on my personal free account, thinking that i could later share it with my boss who will publish it. But i can’t figure how to share it with my boss so that she can have access to it and then publish it with her essentials account.If someone can help me I would be really grateful! 

Is it possible for an administrator (me) to edit survey responses? I recently had several people fill out surveys and because of a mistake I made, the hidden fields that allows me to credit them for their surveys are absent.  I would like to add the hidden field values for these surveys.  Is this possible?

Hi,  We want to collect geographical information on our (worldwide) respondents upto the subnational level. Ideally I am looking for something that lists all countries, and then when one selects their country, they get a drop down that is customised to the sub-national provinces/districts/states in their country. Is there any integration that allows for this?

Can’t use zapier to connect the typeform to wix. I can either find a workaround or use another email provider than the one wix provides. I want send welcome emails to the submitters.

Hello! I am a bit confused because the panel shows more responses than submissions. You can see here. I checked the last question of the survey and it shows 213 people responded, so 213 finished the survey. But I don’t get why only 175 submissions, what is the difference between responses and submissions then? 

Why can’t I download and view the files that have been uploaded onto my survey? 

I have created a typeform to collect some data from some collaborators. After two weeks a couple of them have asked to update the data they sent.Is there a (smart) way to do this. Lets say, create a new typeform that shows the previous answer and let the user update the answer or fill in a new one? or similar.Right now the only answer I have is, “fill it again from scratch” and I will delete the first answerThanks in advance
