Hi,  We want to collect geographical information on our (worldwide) respondents upto the subnational level. Ideally I am looking for something that lists all countries, and then when one selects their country, they get a drop down that is customised to the sub-national provinces/districts/states in their country. Is there any integration that allows for this?

Can’t use zapier to connect the typeform to wix. I can either find a workaround or use another email provider than the one wix provides. I want send welcome emails to the submitters.

Hello! I am a bit confused because the panel shows more responses than submissions. You can see here. I checked the last question of the survey and it shows 213 people responded, so 213 finished the survey. But I don’t get why only 175 submissions, what is the difference between responses and submissions then? 

Why can’t I download and view the files that have been uploaded onto my survey? 

I have created a typeform to collect some data from some collaborators. After two weeks a couple of them have asked to update the data they sent.Is there a (smart) way to do this. Lets say, create a new typeform that shows the previous answer and let the user update the answer or fill in a new one? or similar.Right now the only answer I have is, “fill it again from scratch” and I will delete the first answerThanks in advance

Hi, We’re trying to create a salesforce mapping for one of our typeforms. However when we try to activate we get the error - Can't Map Same Salesforce Field To Two Questions: undefined, undefined, undefined, undefined, undefined, undefined, undefined, undefined. I’ve checked the mappings and no Salesforce field is mapped to two questions. There’s also no duplicate questions.   My Type Form has also a Matrix and ranking type of fields. As I already read the existing conversation in the Type Form Community I seen these field type can cause issue. But for my form those fields are required we cannot remove them. So need help from the Typeform for this issue to activate the mapping.Thanks.

Hey I need help pleaseI use a form with Calendly for leads to book sales calls.Now I need that data to go to my CRM in Notion.While integrating through Zapier I found Typeform send all the data in the form but not the date and time of the appointment, as that is made by Calendly. Is there any way for adding the appointment date? Thank you very much.

I am trying to ask my customers to choose a favourite between two design for a desktop screen. The "picture choice” format does not seem right, as the images are very small, even with the "supersize” setting (see below). It seems there is no way for users to see the full screen images.I could also host the images elsewhere, but I do not find a good way to add clickable links in a choice question. This seems like a common use for forms. Am I missing something? How am I supposed to do this? Thanks!    

Hi guys, I would like to realize the following scenario: Someone can answer questions on a typeform Formular and the answers someone gave there should be applied as a filter for the product site. The website is made in WordPress. Do you know a way to realize this? Cheers! 

Has this issue been addressed yet? We are publishing quizzes with some DEI content that we want the staff to really think about their answer before they move on to the next one. We are hoping they are able to select one option of a multiple choice question and have the opportunity to make sure they have thought about it and then hit NEXT QUESTION, rather than it automatically advancing to the next question.

I upgraded my plan. Then downloaded the invoice and realized I forgot to include an important piece of info on my billing address. I need to download an invoice with the important info, but I am only able to see the original invoice without it. How do I get the invoice changed so I can get one with the important info on it?  

I am trying to use GCP APIGATEWAY for request authentication.However, GCP APIGATEWAY only allow the key name to be [“key”, “api_key”, “x_api_key”]Therefore, I would like to know is there any method to change the key name from “Typeform-Signature” into one of the mentioned key name.Thanks !

Hello.I’m running into some challenges with the branching logic functionality and want to make sure I’m understanding it correctly. My typeform includes 10 opinion scale questions (scored 0-10), and 3 follow up questions to ask any time an opinion scale question is rated 8 or higher. My ideal flow for the logic would be to ask all 10 opinion scale questions and then ask the follow up questions that are relevant.BUT - it looks like this isn’t possible. From what I’m seeing, my only option is to ask the follow up questions immediately after each opinion scale question using an if / then… is this right?

We have been collecting customer surveys for some time and decided to revise both the survey and the target spreadsheet.Basically, we cloned the original survey (#1), removing a question no longer needed.We created a new Excel connection to the clone (Survey #2)  and got clean data in Spreadsheet#2. We added a number of pivot tables to this sheet, and everything looks good.Now, we want to re-create this arrangement for another employee.  Rather than recreate all these pivot tables, can we CLONE Survey #2 and Spreadsheet#2?In other words, can we connect a new survey to an existing spreadsheet? Note: we don’t have to import existing data. Nice to have, but not critical.

Can Typeform take a URL parameter (price, in this case) and compute the tip (based on a percentage) within the button selection? So if the price passed is 117.20 (p=117.20), then the button options would display the tip? 

I have a client that was given a copy of a typeform file - saved as an html file.They would like to import this file into their own typeform account, and then make a few modifications.  How can this be done?

I need a specific solution for typeform, without using too many external services to accomplish it. I really hope someone can point me in the right direction, as I could not really find the right solution on Google or here in the community. I want people to order (not pay) tickets for an event, and the event has various options that are in limited supply, and at the end people receive an invoice. Example:People can select one ticket: bronze, silver or gold. Each have a different price and limited availability. When they selected a ticket I want them to receive an invoice (quote) with the corresponding ticket price. When a ticket is sold X times, its out of stock and cant be purchased. What’s the best way to do this? Thanks for your time! 

Total novice, so please bear with me…I am having to run a segmentation project which means getting insight from our current customers. How can I use the survey results gained (such as household size, interests etc) with existing customer data without braking GDPR regulations?I send out an email to my entire customer database (via email in Braze CRM) I get survey results / data (Typeform), which is linked to an email. I have some customer usage data (how much they order + use the product in Braze CRM) I want to map this against their usage data (using ‘Typeform email completes’ + ‘CRM customer emails’ from Braze to understand more about their usage and behaviours. I don’t want to violate GDPR. Questions:Can I do this “matching” of emails? What do I need to do in Typeform re setting it up? Hidden fields/ tags or something? Or define in Braze CRM? or use a merge-type of worksheet? Do i need to ask for specific consent in the survey?Any help greatly appreciated.

I’m struggling to embed my typeform in my vue.JS app. The form is supposed to open after clicking the “feedback” button, doesn’t it load after I first load the page, only after reloading the page the survey pops up after clicking on the button. I tried to add the <script>window.tf.load()</script>in all different components from index.html and the components but it still doesn’t work on any browser or mobile. The network debugger shows that clicking the button the first time doesn’t execute the fetch survey command, only after reloading the fetch to form.typeform.com is executed. We were supposed to launch our beta version today but can’t because the feedback survey doesn’t work.
