Typeform conversations

Hi,I am new to the “survey scene” and trying to understand how to use this best for our use case as a business. We need to send a survey out to customers and somehow be able to tell who we went the survey to. I imagine that the Meta Data Tags for the URL are the way to do this but I’d like to be sure before committing to a plan. I picture this: URL for the survey is created. I have to manually (or through a process provided through Typeform) enter an ID for example, so when the survey is returned, I can link that ID back to a list of customers. Something like ID=1 is customer 1, ID=2 is customer 2 etc. Can someone confirm I am understanding this correctly and if not, is there a feature that allows me to do this? Nathan

Hi Gurus,Need some nudges on this situation:I am conducting a research wherein the participants will answer a few questions which are binary ( True and False) but I have an additional button on same page which says “more info”. I want to measure the effect the “more info” on the overall test results, so I created another variable which is incremented by +1 whenever someone clicks on more info ( and the more info slide’s logic takes them back to the parent question later).However, I get 0 count on the variable that gets populated by clicking “more info” , is it because the logic jump takes the participants back on the same page which eventually gets answered as “true or false”.Appreciate guidance on this :)

Hi all,  I want to add a survey to a website of an animation film festival. But I only want to show the questions to people who have not filled out the survey yet. And I would also like the option to have them say no and not showing the survey again. How can we make this happen?  Thanks for your feedback, Kim

Hi all. i accidently signed up for a basic yearly plan and I need a higher tier, but there is no way to cancel a yearly membership. What should do I do. 

I need to collect questionnaire data which is anonymously separate from the respondents supplied email address.  Ideally they fill out a single survey and the resulting reporting is of only email addresses and the reponses without any ability to connect the data (university research privacy).Is this possible without creating two linked surveys?Thanks

There are a number of forms hosted Typeform that are used to make requests to abide by a country/state’s out-op compliance legislation. Is it possible to automate submissions to these forms and if so, what is the supported mechanism?

Dear Typeform,We are wondering why, let's say there are 3 questions.. How come the question number 2 has higher number of views/reactions/engagement than question number 1? Don't all respondents have to go through the first question first? Thanks.

hi guy’s, im just wondering that on my first typeform i got somewhat like 40 views, but on my second typeform realesed the next day, i only got like 10 views, does it have to do witha technicel problam? or it just happened?

Are there any solutions that enables a response to be sent to an email address that is held in a hidden field? 

 im just trying to get the way of the typeform publishing, if im not sharing it on any platform, will it get pepole answering it? is there another way o f sharing it not on your sociel media platforms?

How can I change my url from the custom one I created back to the original url? I want the original back as that is what is on presentations that are already out there and I do not want clients to see a redirect page.

i would like to know, if the the typeform templates, that come up after a random google serch, are polls created by pepole here at atypeform? or just a preveiw to get to know the site,and if yes, how can i make my typeform for a template?

Hiya, We have a  typeform embedded in our Wordpress site. It is working well.  Except when the respondent chooses the “Other” option in a multiple choice question.  Usually they should be allowed to type in text and then it should be saved. However, this is not happening any more and typeform is not capturing the response.  Has there been some typeform updates that have impacted this? Many thanks!Bela

Hi,I have started using hidden fields populated from my CRM Pipedrive but I have problems with hidden fields are more than one word for example Company Name. There is a space between the different words in the name and then the link is broken after the first space.

My forms no longer send to my email even though i’ve not changed one thing in months on my end. I can see them when I log onto my account and look at each form under Responses. However, they are all set to send notifications of filled out forms to my email and none are coming through. I even went to fill out my own form for myself and it doesn’t work with myself either.
