Typeform conversations

I’m not sure if there’s something unique about my experience here but I wanted to feedback my frustration about the autosave feature and also understand if it’s a shared or not shared sentiment.There’s been a number of times now when making changes to the Typeform i’ll have an oops moment and want to undo my change. But before I know it, the peaceful grey “Published” button has snapped to chaotic black with the words “Publish” threatening to commit my mistakes for all to see. No matter how much I press ctrl-z nothing un-changes. So i’m hopelessly left to manually, tediously, undo whatever mistakes i’ve made hoping not to make more mistakes along the way.So often I’m left lamenting how nice it would be if there was some way (and if there is a way, that that way be made more obvious to locate) to revert any unpublished changes so I can avoid this trap. And It’s happened enough times now that I’m convinced I shouldn’t have to get better and that actually it would make more sense for Typef

Hola!The typeform I created has a sort of login process for internal users. As soon as the user enters their first name, email address, and the campaign they are working on, they are returned to the beginning of the same form with hidden fields filled out. Through logic jumps and hidden fields, the user doesn't need to log in again and instead proceeds to the rest of the flow. However, a lot of users have reported experiences with URLs loading with a UTM parameter, which causes the hidden fields to appear incorrectly, causing them to loop through the login process repeatedly. HiI have created a quiz. Most questions have 4 possible answers A, B, C, and D (choose 1 only) but only 1 is correct.The other answers are wrong for one reason or another and the subsequent response says “no you are wrong because of Blah blah blah”, this is designed to explain why certain choices that keep on being made as wrong and also what they should do to get the correct result in the future.How can I show in the email I get that the choice they make for each quest is correct or not as all it shows in the question and answer combo they chose but not the answer letter e.g. A, B, C or D, this would allow for quick assessment to spot where there weaknesses are. Thanks everyone Steve

I’ve setup a survey with an “Other” option at the end of a multiple choice question, however respondents’ answers in that field aren’t showing up in my Responses tab or Google Sheets - anyone faced a similar issue?

However, the threads are difficult to follow and contain references to fixes that Typeform has since put in place. Would it be possible to layout clear / concise insturctions on how to ensure that I track one user successfully from my primary domain to the embedded typeform?Thank you!Sarah

Hi, I closely monitor insights to improve conversion. i see some discrepancies between insights and responses. For example today I have insights showing 3 submissions and responses at 9 submissions. Any idea how and if these insights are reliable ? Many thanks

Hi, I have a total of 29 forms in typeform workspace, but power automate trigger only listed out 10 forms. I have published the form but it doesn’t make different. Am I doing it correctly? Or could it be limitation of typeform?   

I can't figure out how to get typeform to identify the Mittum name and email variable.typeform URL = https://form.typeform.com/to/zGorcR3f#email=xxxxx&nombre=xxxxxthe typeform variables are, I have tried like this but it doesn't detect it: https://form.typeform.com/to/zGorcR3f#email=${p_EMAIL_CONTACT}&name=${p_NOMBRE}${p_NAME}${p_EMAIL_CONTACT}The hidden variables are: email and name. Why are not recognized them?  

My login also isn’t working at the moment and trying to get ahold of anyone at typeform to help an interested customer has been hell. WHO CAN HELP AT TYPEFORM WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE?!?!?!

Anyone have issues with embedded videos from YouTube buffering excessively long and then not playing within their Typeforms? Seems to be mobile-specific as problem not reported in other devices.

Hi everyone,Have just created my first form for my families to complete each day and feedback to me.I have had 5 responses back from having emailed the link to them, however when I look at responses I cannot work out which response is whose… Do I need to pop in a question for them to put their name in or can I see their email address somewhere else?Many thanks for any help.Karenanne

When I export the responses of my survey, it will just not export all questions but leave the last e.g. ten questions. This is only the case since today, before there was no issue in getting the WHOLE data as csv or excel file. Is the platform buggy right now? anyone else has this issue? Like that I cant export the results, not even if I only export one answer. There will always be missing many answers.  GreetingsAdrian 

Hi,New to typeform. I have a survey with six sections, 3 questions in each section. I want to display a score for each section (add each section) and then provide auto text depending on the score. Is this possible in Typeform?I created a score quiz with six variables (section names) and scored each question answer. How to I create and ending that displays the section scores. I’ve seen the function ‘recall’ but can’t see where I add this in. Can you help?Thanks!

Hi!I have created a multiple choice question with “other” option and additional option scale questions for all options available from the previous multiple choice question. I added logic to the survey - you are only redirected to those additional questions with scale if you marked those options in previous multiple selection question. My doubt is related with “other” option. How can I make a reference to the exact text that was entered as an “other” option and display this text on further scale question? Thanks a lot for your support! Kamila

Is there a way for me to ask the same set of questions for different images in one form? For example, if I have 3 questions that I want to ask participants per image and I want to repeat these same questions for 50 different images in total.

Hello to everyone, I am looking for a solution to simplif my matrix questions. Is there a possibility to create a matrix question where respondant tye in something ? For example :  My question regards time spend in different tasks. For now my only possibility is to have percentage (5% of my time to 100%  of the time) on the horizontal axis and the tasks on the vertical axis. What would be wonderful is to have something where they don’t select percentages but they type them in directly so it would be faster for them to do.I know I can have open questions where they can write number but that would mean to have a question per task which would result in the longest questionnaire ever seen.  Does anyone know if there is possibility to do something like this?                     TYPE IN YOUR ANSWER TAKS 1       ………………TASK 2       ………………TASK 3       ……………… ETC.

I have a form withe this name: Validación de servicio de eCommerce,and another with this other name:Validación de servicio de infoproductoresbut when you press the link to open the form, in both forms appears when mouse approach to the name of the window opened another title “Formulario Lead Infoproductores.”, in both forms appears this info. Where can we change that data? I cannot find it.
