Typeform conversations

You have autoclose option which fires onClose callback after certain seconds of onSubmit event but is there a way that I can fire onClose event on some successful api request. For more clairty the scenario is - when I click on submit button, some api request is made then on successfull response I want to close my typeform 

Hello everyone,I’m trying to forward a certain subdomain we own to a published typeform I created. Our domain is with GoDaddy and in the management console you can create a forwarding entry. I see that GoDaddy automatically add two entries which point at some AWS infrastructure, where I guess typeform hosts published content. I haven’t created a page for that subdomain, I want users to be redirected right away by the DNS (which is usually possible)When I browse to the subdomain, I see that the browser is being forwarded but then there is no response...I’m wondering if the typeform infrastructure is rejecting the request because the host within the HTTP request must likely be my own domain… 

I want to disable cross icon on top right corner of typeform but only for a particular typeform not for all typeforms embeded on my website so can iframeProps will helpful in doing that ? 

Hi there -- I am building a check-in form, and want to be able to look into my backend database to see if the customer is a returning customer and then skip to different logic parts so they don’t need to fill in redundant information…is this possible?

Hi,I’m referring to this Type Form:  I’ve tried several times to upload various images (all under 10mb) via my android smartphone (Redmi Note 9), selecting them from my Google Drive account. It always comes back with an error message.I switched to desktop, and this works just fine, so it only happens on my mobile. I made sure the form was under the correct Google account on the phone.Can you replicate this issue on your devices? Please advise if I’m missing anything?Regards,David

Hi everyone, My team and I are new to Typeform. We have embedded a quiz on our website. The desktop version is fine. However, in the mobile version, the header and footer are getting in the way of the quiz. I want to integrate a typeform survey to our salesforce instance. I opened the survey and hit “connect with salesforce” and answered the questions including my user name for salesforce - what is supposed to happen next? Did not receive any link as the message declared. 

I’d like to export each response as an individual PDF report that lists each question and each response. Is this possible? The Excel / CSV format is tedious to review when it’s an application format and doesn’t need any sort of data analysis. 

I need a refund for this year. It was paid by mistake.

Our CRM is Salesforce, our email platform is Hubspot and our website is a wordpress site. I can integrate Typeform with all three platforms. Which would you suggest?

Hi, is to possible go from a question to and ending, then to the next question and another ending and so on for multiple questions and endings in a quiz? Or even better is it possible to go through all the questions and then i pass them through a series of relevant endings?

Wondering is there a way to capture hidden field of typeform in Ms Power Automate? I’m using hidden field to capture “email” and I want to use this “email” in my automate flow.   

Hi team, I have set up a GA integration for my Typeform. Looks to me as though it is all properly set up - I’ve tested it in Tag Assistant and there are no issues - but the data is not coming through to Google Analytics. I’ve looked at the filters we have set up in GA and none of them should be filtering out Typeform data - they’re all specific IP addresses or hostnames that I am definitely not using. Do you have any suggestions for troubleshooting this? Cheers,Ricki

HiWe need people filling the form to accept our master service agreement which is a 5 page document.How can we embedded it in to the forum so that they can scroll through and accept it.

I have a landing page on which I take email address and name. Then the person is redirected to a second page where i have a type form, Is it possible that type form remembers the data from the landing page so that I dont have to ask the same details again

I’m not sure if there’s something unique about my experience here but I wanted to feedback my frustration about the autosave feature and also understand if it’s a shared or not shared sentiment.There’s been a number of times now when making changes to the Typeform i’ll have an oops moment and want to undo my change. But before I know it, the peaceful grey “Published” button has snapped to chaotic black with the words “Publish” threatening to commit my mistakes for all to see. No matter how much I press ctrl-z nothing un-changes. So i’m hopelessly left to manually, tediously, undo whatever mistakes i’ve made hoping not to make more mistakes along the way.So often I’m left lamenting how nice it would be if there was some way (and if there is a way, that that way be made more obvious to locate) to revert any unpublished changes so I can avoid this trap. And It’s happened enough times now that I’m convinced I shouldn’t have to get better and that actually it would make more sense for Typef

Hola!The typeform I created has a sort of login process for internal users. As soon as the user enters their first name, email address, and the campaign they are working on, they are returned to the beginning of the same form with hidden fields filled out. Through logic jumps and hidden fields, the user doesn't need to log in again and instead proceeds to the rest of the flow. However, a lot of users have reported experiences with URLs loading with a UTM parameter, which causes the hidden fields to appear incorrectly, causing them to loop through the login process repeatedly. HiI have created a quiz. Most questions have 4 possible answers A, B, C, and D (choose 1 only) but only 1 is correct.The other answers are wrong for one reason or another and the subsequent response says “no you are wrong because of Blah blah blah”, this is designed to explain why certain choices that keep on being made as wrong and also what they should do to get the correct result in the future.How can I show in the email I get that the choice they make for each quest is correct or not as all it shows in the question and answer combo they chose but not the answer letter e.g. A, B, C or D, this would allow for quick assessment to spot where there weaknesses are. Thanks everyone Steve

I’ve setup a survey with an “Other” option at the end of a multiple choice question, however respondents’ answers in that field aren’t showing up in my Responses tab or Google Sheets - anyone faced a similar issue?

Hi, I closely monitor insights to improve conversion. i see some discrepancies between insights and responses. For example today I have insights showing 3 submissions and responses at 9 submissions. Any idea how and if these insights are reliable ? Many thanks
