Typeform conversations

Hello, I don't understand, on the free version I had access to QUESTION DROP-OFF RATE.Since I opted for the Basic version I no longer have access to this feature. I don't find this normal.

I notice that the MailerLite integration only allows us to add respondents to one group. I had really hoped we’d be able to add people who answered in a particular way to a different group. Otherwise the survey feature is only of limited benefit.  am I missing something? Is there a workaround? (That doesn’t cost extra)

Hello!I’m new here. I’m having trouble connecting my zoom account to type form. I also have a free zipper account. My typeform account is basic and paid. I’d like for my zoom meeting registrants to get a link to complete a type form after they register for my zoom meeting (not a webinar). Thanks so much! Hi, I’m currently unable to publish a short 6-question survey without upgrading. I’m getting an error message warning me that they survey can’t be published because it’s using premium features, without specifying which feature(s) is/are activated. I’ve checked: hidden fields, jump logic, <10 questions, etc., etc. The only reason I can think of is the ending, as I’ve deleted it but it still appears on the logic jumps screen. Please advise. Thanks! 

Hello Guys,I was trying to implement google ads conversion on type form but facing one problem here, i have setup the conversion code on thank you page, and i need the conversion amount to be tracked with conversion data, i tried integrating the google analytics but there as well i am not sure if its tracking the amount, and as i tried using GTM but as i am using payment module it gave me a message that i cant use GTM with payment module, Please helpThanks

I have a Typeform in my company to schedule support sessions/consultancy space (like mentoring) with some experts in different fields.For each field (Marketing, Data, Sales, etc) it’s a different calendly with the respective person in charge of the area to schedule the session Marketing= JulianaData=MariaProject Management=CamilaIt has a flow and logic, so if one person that comes from Marketing wants a consultancy space the logic sent the person directly to the calendly for Juliana. I’d like to see how many people schedule a session with the person in the endings, but as you can see in the picture, it doesn’t show the endings so I don’t know where the person goes. Thanks!

Is it possible to create a form in Typeform, where employees can enter numbers where it is summed up at the end before submitting it? Is for a cash count form

I want to create a quiz with multiple outcomes for my email list. Depending on the outcome, I want a video to give an explanation of the results. Is this possible with Typeform?

I have a question asking respondents what country they live in. Several respondents have complained that when they scroll down to their country, the questions skips to the next question. Initially, I assumed it was a phone issue but I just checked on my brand new iPhone13 Pro Max and it does the same thing. Is there a workaround? Should I change the question to a multiple choice instead of using the dropdown?

I’m trying to add a survey to a custom object that is a child to parent object ‘contacts’. I’m passing the contact id as a hidden field and want to populate it back into the master-detail field in order to connect my custom object to the Contacts object. However, the master-detail is not appearing in the typeform form mapping in salesforce. Is there a workaround that will get me the same result? 

We are hoping to use typeform more in a worksheet capacity than a quiz, and would love respondents to be able to see and have a copy of what they have just written (most questions will be text fields rather than multiple choice). Is this possible?

I will be sending my clients a review form with hidden fields, such as name and project number. I would like to create question’s that is ‘Name’ and ‘Project Number’, but I want my clients to not see the question. I need the response though so that I can port that information back into my Project Management software when the results come in.Worst case scenario is I have a question like this:Hi John, thanks for taking the time to review our services! What’s your name?[Type your name here]

I must admit, I’m a bit disappointed. I thought the beautiful TypeForm would take up the whole page on Wordpress/Divi, but I’ve entered the standard embed code in a Divi module and the page is kinda short. Do I have to manually edit code to make it look good? I signed up for TypeForm thinking. it would look better than this on my site, to be honest. 

It’s looking great on desktop but taking up a huge part of the screen on mobile, so we’d like to find an easy way to display on desktop only. Any guidance on this please?

Question - with the free version, it says unlimited forms with 10 questions each, but only 10 answer submissions per month…. does that mean per form or in total? Bit confused. 

I would like to include the timestamp in the email notification to myself upon a user’s response to a Typeform, would that be possible?

I’m using a survey to see how customer’s views change about my company over time. I’ve enabled multiple completions, but today I noticed a slack message to notify that I’ve had a repeat form fill. I’ve not seen any update on the results page to reflect a second completion. Changing summary view to filter for today’s date hasn’t helped.I have the typeform integrated with hubspot as well - nothing showing as updated on there. I don’t think the notification fired incorrectly, so thinking there’s something not letting data display how I’d like to see it?Struggling to find an answer.

I have been trying to access the settings tab on my account for two days now to unsubsrcibe from my payment plan before I am charged for the next month that I do not want.However, it has been stuck on the loading screen for hours on both days and multiple devices. I do not want to be charged again so need to solve this fast. 

Hello, I’m trying to create a product recommendation quiz where each answer earns custom variables a certain amount of points, and the ending is determined by which variable has the most total points. Has anybody tried creating something like this, or know if it’s possible? 

anyone else have a problem copying the link when thing is done and keeps brining you to a log in screen or follow the rabbit what do I do?

Hi!I’ve noticed that if when my interviewees skip some questions and don’t answer them, my Typeform closes and the survey states that they’ve finished it. Therefore, is there a solution to be able to skip question to continue answering others, without the Typeform automatically closing itself? Does this happens because there is a maximum of questions that can stay unanswered? Is there a way of disabling it? I would really use your feedback.Thank you in advance!

I upgraded my account and it says my upgrade is pending despite the help docs saying that upgrades are activated immediately. How long will I need to wait before being able to integrate my form with the upgraded features.
