Typeform conversations

I plan on using unique forms containing a hidden field (so each survey URL would be unique) and would like to collect responses from people and offer them a chance to get back and review (not change, just look at) the data they entered. This means I would like for them to submit their form, close the browser or even switch the device and come back to the form results the next day or so.Is this possible at all using Typeform?

Hello!  I would like to extract participant’s answers and carry them as questions to next questions. Here is an example: Q1. What do you think of the following brands?McDonald’s: Never heard of it/Neutral/Love itBurger Kind: Never heard of it/Neutral/Love itKFC: Never heard of it/Neutral/Love it Q2. How much did you like the ads referring to the relative brand?Here I would like to select only those brand where participants have chosen “Neutral” or “Love it” from the previous question. So if I selected “Never heard of it” for KFC, I would only be shown McDonald’s and Burger King.Is there a way to do it in Typeform? Thank you in advance! :)

I’m looking how to edit the email that is going out after people submit their typeform and I can’t seem to figure out where exactly the email is coming from. I checked my zapier and I do not have an integration set up, I checked in typeform settings and do not have the notify respondents on. The example of Typeform looks very nice, but I cannot find how to show the right answers?

This is the second time I have seen this, triplicate entries and not just the same person answering the survey multiple times, the records are all exactly the same and within minutes of one another?  Thoughts?  

Is there a way to apply a respondent ID to each individual respondent without using a CRM integration? I’ve a survey journey of about 10 surveys, connected by the “Redirect on Completion” feature. Each survey, as I understand it, will produce results in separate Google sheets. I would like to see all answers throughout the 10 surveys from “Respondent 110011” vs. “Respondent 110021”. Is this possible without CRM integration? I would like to avoid asking identifiable information.  

Hi, We have a product page with 2 typeform buttons that open sliders :  Get full details slider typeform&Order now slider typeform When people click on “get full details” they access a slider typeform and get an email with a call to action : order now email button This order now email button leads to the product page.I’d like that a specific url links to the product page but opens automatically the order now slider on that specific case anyone has ideas how to achieve this with Typeform ?  with custom code ?  Many thanks in advance for your ideas and suggestions !   Regards Antoine

Hello,I’ve connected my typeform to Google Sheets.I have a matrix question with the following answers: 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%When the answers are sent through to google sheets, there is an apostrophe added to the start of the response value, e.g. ‘25%Does anyone know why this happens? Is it to retain the percentage symbol and avoid google sheets auto converting it?ThanksLewis 

Hi, I have been using type forms for years, not problem, great stuff! But since 20th January the emails that used to come notifying me of new forms being completed have stopped. This is the Typeform ones, not via Zapier. I have check my forms, check the email address , check that function is turned on, checked I have set up any rules in gmail that delete them, so I am at a loss as to why I don't receive them any more? Any suggestions please? cheers, David

Hi community!With the Intercom integration, follows a function where responses automatically gets sent to the Intercom Inbox. This is a neat function if you have 10-20 responses, but it’s an awfull function if you get 100’s… That’s my case. Intercom also has a Automation function, but since the respondents answers appears as an internal note, sent by myself, it doesn’t trigger Intercom automation. Does anyone have some advice on how to either get rid of the Inbox function or get the automation working?

Hi there - BetterProposal’s support was terrible so I’m hoping someone can help here. In BetterProposals I can use an html editor but it doesn’t seem to allow for Typeform embeds? I paste the code but the form is not shown. Anyone had an joy with this?? Thanks!

Hello,It seems this issue is relevant to many users, due to Typeform storage limits of 4GB. Here I am looking for a discussion to find possible/simplest solutions to this problems/work arounds. Typeform stores images, it gives option to store them in google drive, but those stored images/files must be access somehow easily from Airtable/Google sheets. How to do it? I’ve connected my MailChimp to my Typeform but need to go back and edit it to add more tags. The only option from what I can tell is to turn off or delete the integration. Is there a way to just edit it? Thanks, --Jonathan

I am working with a physician that is requesting that we create three or four red flag questions before he would accept an online consultation.  Depending on how they answer these questions they would either be re-directed or able to continue on with the questionnaire.I have not run into this request before and was wondering if this is at all possible to set up?Thanks for your help!

Hey there! We are using Typeform surveys to get feedback from our customers after a certain touchpoint experience. Depending on the feedback, the user gets directed to different Typeform survey endings. In some of the endings, we are using the CTA Button to link to a review plattform, that is not owned by us. As we want to measure how many users clicks the button, I was wondering if I can somewhere find this statistic?  E.g. 20 people saw the ending and 8 people clicked on the button link. Kind regards from Cologne GermanyTobi from Wildling Shoes

I’m working on a workaround needed to resolve issues with the Calendly App integration, and one possibility involves branching to a new question if the user doesn’t select a date/booking in the Calendly App question.The issue is, how to I set up the logic surrounding an unanswered Calendly question? In the logic dropdown I don’t have ‘is unanswered’. My initial plan was to trial-and-error what’s there until something worked.In an attempt to ‘set is equal to’ an empty space (in essence, if #10 is left blank with no answer) results in an error message saying it can’t be left blank, and to try flipping the logic to ‘is not equal to’ instead.Attempting to do that, I’m unable to successfully save the logic. Clicking ‘save’ doesn’t close the box, but when I click ‘cancel’ or the ‘x’ and return to the logic view, the logic seems to have been applied.
