Typeform conversations

Hi Typeform community I am looking to start a new car insurer and need to create (cheaply and quickly) a form where customers can get a car insurance quote. The form will need to have quite a few backend integrations. For example, vehicle reg number input should fetch car details (from an external API) and display them to the customer. The form will also require quite a bit of logic. For example, the ability to add additional drivers and ask about claims if they have had a claim in the past.  Would Typeform be able to do this? Or, rather, are there other solutions out there that would suit my needs better? Or is Typeform the best solution for my needs? Thanking you in advance. Dino

Hello,I’m using the Typeform API and when I use typeform.forms.get('myformid') it brings a lot of properties, even is_public = True, but the form is disabled. Is there a way to get only enabled forms?

We have a form that has a few questions that are multiple choice, when the form is submitted we want the selections to match the custom fields in ActiveCampaign. There is a native integration which would work, BUT it is only able to be run once per contact and in our situation a contact may enter this form multiple times so I am going through Zapier.The form is submitted and Zapier parses the data, and I match all the fields. For the multiple choice responses the data comes in as a comma separated list, but to add it to ActiveCampaign the selections need to be double piped (||). I have Zapier replace the comma with the double pipes, but it looks like there is a space left between the responses.As an example, the data coming into Zapier for a multiple choice response may be Answer A, Answer B, Answer C, Answer D. I then replace the comma with the double pipe so them my data looks like Answer A|| Answer B|| Answer C|| Answer D but this left over space is causing only the first entry to b

I just set up google analytics tracking to our typeform (not embedded) So far two of the leads we got are showing Direct or no source traffic.  But this doesn’t really make sense as we aren’t sharing this typeform link separately, they can only find it on a page of ours. I also tried this myself by using google to find the page and clicking on the link so the landing page should be /embed/ the source organic / google but it still shows direct / no source Is there some setting or something we need to do to properly track completed type forms?

Hi all,I’m trying to send a typeform link, as a link (e.g. click here) in some text. It’s a google doc / word doc. However, when I attach the document to send to the recipient, it says ‘virus detected’ within the gmail client. When I remove the typeform link, it’s okay and I can send the email. Is this due to the URL? I can’t personalise the URL as it’s already published and I don’t seem to have an edit URL option, but I’m curious why it’s flagging as a ‘virus detected’

Hi there - I’m trying to implement a logic jump based on an NPS score 0-10If the user submits 9 or 10 I want them to jump to a different question that asks them what the product does really well. However once they reply to this I want them to end the survey. However when they submit this response they then get served the other question which is for submissions 8 and below! Any ideas???

I am in the process of creating a Typeform for an NPS score and I’ve read somewhere that it makes more sense psychologically to put the 10 first. Especially once it’s integrated into an email and will be viewed on mobile. Is it possible to change the numbers so they show as 10 to 0 instead of 0 to 10?Thanks for your help everyone!

As you know, so far Indonesia has 268.000.000 population & recently Google Form is the only one exist in Indonesia - since Typeform UI is more attractive - pls add Bahasa in your option Language, thank you.

Hello!I've applied the popover embed code via Google Tag Manager on my website. When I click on popover icon, in specific webpages this icon appears inside the quiz square.Someone have an ideia about what could be causing this problem?It is happening only in a few mobile and desktop pages.Thank you in advance! 

I have a logic flow in place, that is connected to a Google Sheet. The Google Sheet is collecting the data, but I want to add 2 things. If so, how? If not, can I pull from the Google Spreadsheet to display, and if the user chooses Go Back, over write the existing data?   How do I pull information from the Google Spreadsheet so I can show a transaction id?

Can not open some attachments from form responses. Has anyone had this issue and what did you do to fix it.

Hello,I am a marketer who creates content for my clients. I want to have a single form where they can choose multiple options for what they’d like to submit then be asked questions based off their series of choices. So my first screen (for example) would be…What would you like to submit?Offers Reviews Images Home Show Info Job Listing Bios Videos Team PhotosI want them to be able to choose everything they’d like to submit from this screen and then the form asks them all applicable questions. They can choose to submit just one thing, or all 8, or just 3, etc. This leaves me with well over 200 different sequence possibilities with their answers.  How would I do that without having to build out logic for hundreds of possible answers? I appreciate the help!

Here’s what I’m looking to do, I wonder if its possible: Set up a membership form incorporating uploading selfies and IDMove that data to a database that can handle it (I currently use Convertkit but restricted what it can process)Give each dataset a QR code (one per person subscribing)Send that QR code to the subscriberRecall that data in a ‘pretty’ way upon scanning that QR code I can do the first thing no problems thanks to Typeform but after that I’m struggling!!!  Any ideas? Chris C

Hello, recently the "Repeat" option on the end screen button is no longer available.I have tried to solve it by setting the url of the button to that of the Typeform itself. But this works only when the Typeform is not embedded.If the Typeform is embedded in my website, when clicking on the "Repeat" button, the Typefor is executed outside the iframe in which it is embedded, and is therefore displayed outside of my website.Any help with this? Thanks!

Dear Community,Has anyone experienced an error message once you have finished the form? My intention is to redirect to web but it just doesn’t work. The URL seems to be added in the wrong way. I have tried to copy/paste and I have written it letter by letter. I even switched off the redirect and it was still a problem. I don’t see it in viewer mode. It works fine. However once published  this message occurs at the end. All results are logged. 

I would like to share the results of the survey (43 respondents) as i see them on the Typeform responses page - questions and answers in a full table form. I don’t want to do analytics, but share the info as I (who created the form) see it . I want to share this with a specific audience (not the general public), many of whom don’t have a typeform account. I tried downloading the responses to excel in order to save and then share through email, but it’s messy and not nearly as attractive as the format that i see when i go into responses. I tried converting to a pdf in order to embed the results in a document, but that didn’t work either

Is there a way to change the design of the multiple choice options, so that they look like radio buttons rather than squares with rounded corners?

Good morning Typeform community,I apologise in advance for the long-winded question, I just wanted to ensure I provide all of the relevant details. We are using Typeform to design a quiz for vitamin product recommendations. The users receive a score for each product tested; the products that fall within a given score (0 - 50 for example) are then recommended and placed in the users cart through Shopify, and sent to them with a subscription service in 30-day cycles. Completing and programming the logic to the quiz is no problem and we feel very comfortable with this aspect. Hi all, We currenty have a typeform that works by users getting asked a series of very similar questions in sequence based on different factors of their experience.Example: Do you feel X? → How strongly do you feel X? → How long have you felt XThis pattern exists for a large amount of different values for X. However this makes the questionnaire very long in some cases. Ideally we would have a structure where users could initially select all the values of X they feel appropriate at the beginning and only answer questions based on them rather than having to answer a yes/no question for all values of X.Is this possible? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hello all I am setting up a typeform for registration purposes On the question what is your password followed by verify your password how can I set the error message popping up when the password is incorrect or misspelled and only when the correct password is entered twice the typeform can be submitted?
