Typeform conversations

Hi there,I’m running into an issue with the Calendly integration feature.When I publish this form that has a question on the left with a submit button under it (by default) and if someone presses that button, the form closes immediately without allowing them to book a Calendly appointment and there’s no way to go back. It’s a bit confusing, has anyone else experienced this?   

New to Typeform- it comes highly recommended….but I am doing a survey of the BEST OF my town and trying to figure out the best for for that. I seem to keep going down a rabbit hole and not getting where I need to get.   Thanks, Mike 

I have some design request that must meet some conditions based on sells to go in production.  Lets say client 1 wants to apply to our premium design services.So if client 1 have a turn over of more thank 5k per year then the job can be done.Otherwise the job is canceled.   I would like to make a condition where you input the client number - Lets say client number is “1”- and it checks in an excell (or similiar database) where i have the data of it’s turn over and if it is more thank 5k then you can procede with the form otherwise you get a message that the work can’t be done.  Would it be possible with typeform?Any suggestions? Thanks a lot

Hi, I am creating a form where I would like users to be able to search for images and select these images as part of their response. A little bit like you can go to Shutterstock or Canva and search their library of images. I would like to offer users the ability to search a huge gallery of images and then select one image in their survey response. I can see in Typeform that we - as the creators of the form - can search a gallery of images but I can’t see if its possible to pass this facility onto the user filling out the form. Anyone know if this is possible? I want to upgrade my Typeform plan but I’m not sure if (a) the above is possible and (b) if it is possible, which package i need to subscribe to.Much appreciated.

Hi Typeform community, I’m trying to get a form I have setup with Stripe and I’ve got everything working, however, I would like to be able to store the payment information within Stripe after it’s passed by Typeform. I contacted Stripe support and they say that this is possible but in addition to the customer payment information, the customer’s email address or name needs to be passed through for Stripe to link it properly. Is there a way to do this?

I need to send the survey out via email . How can I track who filled out the survey? I’m not quite sure how to use the hidden fields.

Hi, i have contact typeform via email but no responses because my account is free but i my credit card i got bill 1 year subcriptions. i find in the billing account nothing in there and my account still free account. and Typeform team bill me without my permission, Please help me! Hello all, I am long time user of Typeform and first time visiting the community pages. Thank you in advance for any help and advice you can offer. The question I have is linked to the Results Summary report. It is missing the Avg. field shown in the image below, highlighted in the orange box.The Avg. field is shown when I access the Results menu and select the Summary menu. However when I click the ‘Generate a report’ option the Avg. field is not shown. Is there anyway to turn the Avg. field turned on please?I’ve had a look at the articles and the community and not found an answer as yet.https://help.typeform.com/hc/en-us/articles/360029577071  Many thanks 

I noticed that on Desktop, when entering the answer into a field, I cannot see what I wrote. I’m typing and as I’m typing the text disappears on the left as my character count grows since the view only allows for one line to be seen at a time. Is there a way to change the answer field size/view, so that you can see what you wrote and easily edit it if needed? If not, I’d like to make that a #featurerequest. 

Hi I have only 7 questions and a Welcome screen and no ending but it won’t let me publish under the free version.  It is saying I exceed 10 questions

Hi,  I am trying to embed a Typeform into Campaign Monitor and am not having luck. They have an HTML editor, but you have to import it from a site or upload it from your computer. I tried creating a .html document and uploading it, but it’s only showing the code and not the actual form. Does anyone know how to make this work?

Hi! I created an automation through Zapier that includes a third party software which is Process Street but my file upload link says “AUTHENTICATION_FAILED” is there a solution for that? :)

Hi, I just posted this question to support but thought I’d try here as well.  I have a little form soliciting responses to questions asked by The Rain that are part of art installations in my town.  The last question in the dropdown is “What else should The Rain ask?”  As I install more questions, I’d like to insert them above this in the choices in the dropdown.  But when I try to do that I get a warning that if I add or reorder choices I may lose all response data.  Plus, my website lovetherain.org is publishing the responses, so I’m worried that those may disappear if I add another choice.  Is there any safe way for me to add to the choices in a dropdown question?

I am trying to create a question with responses that will have the following characteristics’:First four characters of response will be required text, e.g., “ABCD” next three characters will need to be numeric, e.g., “123”Can this formatted valid response acceptance be included in a typeform question?

Hi, once someone has properly completed the form I want them to see a page saying everything went right and that their answers have been recorded. How could I do it?

Hello fellow Typeformers!I have a burning question and would be so grateful for a concrete answer please.We need to streamline booking processes and to be able to add the Stripe integration would be a life saver! I’ve already integrated but before we implement I need to confirm what the cut will be to Typeform or Stripe per payment.I can’t seem to find an answer to fee related topics regarding Stripe, and hoping someone can help me with any info!Essentially - is there a fee or charge per transaction when using Stripe via Typeform?Please and thank you, and have a great start to the weekend!

I received a Typeform message for which I need to know which form instigated the message. I searched for what I thought was the form name, but came up empty.How do I track this down?

Newbie question - I’m having trouble integrating typeform with klaviyo.I would love to create a segment for everyone who submitted my form (there are 9 people). But when I go to create that segment, “What someone has done or not done > Typeform > submitted form > at least once > over all time” klaviyo tells me there are no people in the segment. I chose “Only sync specific forms” in Advanced Options and I’ve included the form ID.  Help  :)

Hi team,I’m trying to display a ‘change of text’ in a variable based on a score calculation.Similar to John Desborough’s approach here -  I’ve setup 5 question groups each Likert-style score is allocated in the ‘score quiz’ sectioneach score is entered & added to a ‘group score’ variablegroup score inserted into variableeach group score is summarised with ‘score’ + ‘response’ variablesrules and calculations into [response] variableNow the tricky bit…I’m trying to replace the ‘default’ text entry of [response] with a text phrase that is calculated from one of two rules (see image above).Once all values are entered, the text isn’t being replaced in [response] variable…The ‘default’ value is being displayed and rules being ignored.I want to use this method in the final summary statement screen rather than use ‘jump to...’ endings method.Any insights or tips greatly appreciated!cheers,Jason

Good afternoon.  I am needing a form that takes partial completion.  I am replacing an old landing page and looking for alternatives that can be posted on my own site (hence TypeForm trial).   The Problem:  There are three big steps of lead capture.  1.)  Address2.)  Address with email3.)  Address with email & phone number.   Long-story short… I need all partial leads (including the 1 or 2 questions that lead up to the phone number question).  Just an address gets postcards.  Addresses with emails gets video email (personalized and drip).  Phone numbers get texts and calls.  I need all leads, not just the ones that fill out everything.  As I understand TypeForms now, it can’t do this without putting a “submit” button on every step and possibly generating 4+ leads for every person who completes the form in its entirety.   I saw a previous post from 8 months ago that mentioned an article that directs on how to handle this, but the link gets a 404 message.   Please advise.
