Typeform conversations

I want to include my email address in a statement questionin my application form but when you click on the email address you are directed to our website and not the email?Please help!

hi,Google sheet was already connected but I can’t go further the process after I authorize Typeform to connect to google. Can’t go to step 5 and “where di you want to send your responses”.I would like to disconnect and turn off the integration but it doesn’t work…What can i do ?

is it possible to update an existing record ?; it seems that the default behavior is always create a new record? I even selected to math by email as key but still new records get createdI think this is such a big weakness of the tool.Thank you very much

Hi there. I launched a new form yesterday, and I woke up this morning to almost 200 responses. But I’m pretty sure the majority of them are fake, judging by the email addresses supplied with them. Is there anything I can do about this?

Hi all, When trying to integrate a multiple selection question in typeform to airtable, there seems to be no way to spit out data from the “other” option if users fill that out. I figured I would simply link it to a long text field in airtable so I can get the other field to populate but it won’t let us do that. Thanks

I have an older form that has been picked up by search engines. I don’t want to delete that form as it does draw traffic - but I’d like to funnel that traffic to a update form instead of use the existing form. It it possible to redirect and existing typeform url to a new form?

How to make clicable link in respondents notifications. I don’t see such option, and e-mails comes with adress, which is impossilbe to click.

Hello, For our Typeform, a patient has the option to not answer a question/no response gets entered.  Upon printing their paperwork, a full sheet will be with the questions that have no response.  Is there a way to print only the questions that were answered?  Trying to save time and paper! Thank you!

I am hoping to offer vouchers to boost response rates for survey being created for Direct Line Tradespeople.Would love if anyone could let me know their opinion on a couple of questions I have:  What are your thoughts on entering customers into a prize drawer instead of giving a voucher for each completed survey? Do you have any insights to inform the best approach? Are you able to support with T&Cs copy?

I’ve been trying to upgrade my account. But the “upgrade” page just blinks and then crashes! I’ve tried both chrome,edge and firefox and different devices. I used to have a subscription and have billing adress and creditcard added to the account.

How do you change the font colour in the bubble of the chat-style interface? In the design I can define colours for many parts, but nothing seems to relate to it. And yet, the system tends to change that colour depending on the bubble colour. But not always in a good way, because sometimes the contrast is insufficient to make it well readable.

Hi everyone, I just created my first typeform. Only 9 questions but it says i’ve selected unlimited questions and need to upgrade. Can anyone help? Tysm!

When I scroll down, the “continue” button turns to “Submit” that actually submits. I have already set that slide to “always jump to” the correct slide but that still allows the user to submit. I have attached a gif and my logic for reference. 

I am unable to create a confirmation email. Am I doing something wrong? I tried to turn on these respond notification and it’s not allowing me to turn it on. Thank you. 

Hello,I have a quiz and I am looking, in the URL redirect of the endings page to pass the individual score in addition to the answer. So as an example Question 1 - Who is your favorite Answer 1 - Adam (3 Points) Anser 2 - Terry (1 Point) Question 2 - What is a good car Answer 1 - Jeep (3 Points) Answer 2 - Mustang (2 Points) If I select Adam and Mustang can I in the URL parameter pass the answer (adam,jeep) as well as the individiual score to the questions rather than the overall (3,3)   

Hello, I am looking for some advice on how best to create a form.We are building a submission form where a client can submit multiple items to be looked at. They initially submit them with a unique reference number so for example they might want to submit  4 items with ref 1 / ref 2 /ref 3 ref 4. When this goes into our spreadsheet it creates a new column for each submission but what I really want is it to create a new row and remember the users details. So for example  It would be Row 1 - User 1 - Ref1                                            Row 2    User 1 - Ref 2   This is to stop the user having to submit their email and personal details several times. Can anyone shed any light on how to do this?

Is there a way to export results by all respondents, including partialcompletes?

I created a virtual workbook that has about 10-13 questions in each chapter and is 13 chapter long. I want to print out entire chapters but I can only see one question at a time when I go into the form. Does anyone know how to accomplish this? Thanks in advance.
