Typeform conversations

Hello,  we would like to buy a professional account to use for a project with multiple organizations. We need them all to access the account. How many email address can be linked to the same account (mostly to set up questionnaires and analyze results)

Hy,  i use Zappier to collect the link of a download, but the 3rd app can access to this link, it’s need an authentification…how resolve the problem ?thanks alexandre 

We created a survey for our church where people can select multiple options, including the “Other” category and write in their own answer. When I look at the results, I cannot see what they wrote for their “other” response. It just looks like there was no response at all.  Is there any way to recover that information?  And if not, how can I fix it so I can see the data going forward?  This is in a live survey that’s running for a short time period, so I’d appreciate any help. Thanks!

Hi is anyone else having trouble on mobile with the dropdown question scrolling to the next question when it being selected? This didnt happen before and only seems to be a new problem

Hi everyone, I’m a little bit bored because i just paid to get the pro version of typeform and i can’t see the buttons to do Ranking and Matrix responses in my research survey.. I specifically paid for those options (and also illimited logic jumps but nvm) so i’m disappointed. Does anyone have an idea?Thanks for helpingJulie

First we thought we had an overwhelming response rate from respondents but it turns out that most are fake (Bots). Yet, the service was cut out as we reached our limitation.  Did that happen to you? Is there anyway we can reach the company so those responses aren’t accounted for as those are fake responses? Thanks!  

I have the professional plan and I’m tryinf to create a multi-language typeform according to the tutorial provided: https://help.typeform.com/hc/en-us/articles/360058731891-Multi-language-typeforms“Have one typeform ask for their preferred language, and with Simple Logic direct people to different Ending Screens. Each one will link to the typeform of their chosen language.”I created one with the multiple choice question of preferred language that would redirect to the survey in their preferred language (I created 3 in 3 different languages). On this introductory survey I also created different endings with different URL (of each survey) but when I’m testing it it’s not working. The introductory survey does not show me the endings nor redirects to the other survey accordingly to the preferred language chosen. HELP!   

Hello, I’m trying to do exactly what is described in the article on Google Analytics; namely, 1. link my Google Analytics account, 2. track events reporting in Google Analytics, 3. analyze results in Google Analytics. I’m confident I am linking my account correctly, since I can see what I assume are embed in on my site’s Google Analytics metrics.From there, though, I don’t see events or the site content described in the article. As far as I can tell, there shouldn’t be any further action needed to enable these events and site content. What am I missing? Does this functionality still work? many thanks in advance!

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I’d like users to submit written responses and then be able to see what they’ve submitted. A bit like Google forms do at the end (“view your responses”). No quizzing or multiple choices, just text. Is this possible? Thank you for any insight!

Hi Typeform Community, I’m interested in creating a Typeform that will easily allow me to go through a set of questions based on the products they select. Imagine a single multi-select question where a user can select what products they want to purchase. Then for each of the products they select, I want to ask the same questions. Looking for the most efficient approach. 

Hi all - brand new to survey design and looking for any advice that folks can offer. My company wants to conduct a self-assessment survey that has four key areas. Each area has 7 questions that we ask participants to self-assess on three metrics. We put together this very basic skeleton but I am at a loss on how to translate this from Word into an online design. Any thoughts, input or help would be most appreciated!   

We’ve been running a form for several weeks and have a few thousand responses so far, but one of the question is a short text question type and has created a data nightmare by asking user to input the field on their own. We’d like to change it do a dropdown question type with a few hundred options to cover all possible options, but will that delete our existing responses?The in platform warning isn’t very helpful as it just always says the action you take may delete responses (regardless of if it actually will or not) and I couldn’t find anything in the help centre about this.

I was hoping if anyone know about the ways to protect my Type Form. Currently it is either by embedding into a web page of my own or password protection.BUT I NEED BETTER :(I was hoping for something like a specific email address can only fill in the Type Form once.Please community let me know!
