Typeform conversations

I have four groups each of 11 questions that when calculated each have two outcomes. So putting these together will mean a responder result would be one of 16 possible results. I’m trying to figure out how to do this. A possible way is to do it via a decision tree logic….? I want to Add the scores from the first group of questions and then using logic direct responder to different question groups. e.g. If you score <6 on Questions 1-11 then go Group 2 if you score >5 then do Group 2a etc… This would then follow down a decsion tree. Any advice? Currently I’m just using the basic free version.

Does Typeform has a specific IP address range from which it will send the webhooks requests? I was thinking in locking the service access depending on the IP from which the request came from.

Hi there, Lasse from Typeform Support here. When integrating a Typeforms to a spreadsheet like Google, adding calculations to the tab where the form is integrated often break the integration. We recommend to always work on the data in another tab in the sheet. To showcase a way to do this, I have created the video below(6 min) where I use Google Sheets own =ARRAYFORMULA() and =IF() methods. In the video I also show a way to change data from True/False to a number (1 or 0) using the =IF() method.

Hi there, I have purchased Professional Yearly Plan in Feb but it charged EUR 0.00 to my credit card, I thought maybe they will charge me at the end of the billing period. Now I am trying to unsubscribe the plan and it shows that I’ve been using Free Plan. Do you have any idea if I purchased the plan successfully at the first place? I just deleted my credit card info but cannot find ‘unsubscribe’ or ‘cancel’ button, and am afraid that I might need to pay for another period later. Thanks!

Hi, I want to pass a hidden field (“hidden1”) to an embedded conversation, so I can use basically the same survey in different places on the website, but tweaked for it’s particular context. The code builder for the CUI doesn’t include that. Could I just add that in manually? Where would it go in this example? I did make a change to my Google Sheet last week and see that the connection has been broken in Typeform. Reading from other posts I understand the instructions are to ‘remove the integration and set it up again in a new spreadsheet using the same credentials’. My current sheet has over 6,000 saved responses already. I see there is a limit of 3,000 old responses that can basically be backfilled upon new integration setup. Should I move all of my existing data over to a new sheet? And will Typeform know to populated the next blank row? Does it matter if I give this new sheet the same name? I understand it shouldn’t have the same name as the Typeform survey. Thanks in advance for your help!

Our team is considering using a waitlist for prospective users of our product! Unfortunately, TypeForm doesn’t have this kind of function, so we’ll need to use a third-party provider of a waitlist. As part of that, we’re wondering if ya’ll have advice on whether we should have folks enter their email to the waitlist, and THEN complete the TypeForm signup questions to get bumped up higher up the waitlist? OR fill out the TypeForm signup questions in order to join the waitlist? (Does anyone the relative impact of TypeForm signup completion if users have to complete the entire form just to get on a waitlist?)

Hey guys - I’m trying to build a survey which asks the user to provide one to several names of brands they're familiar with, and then in a follow-up question(s) ask them to rate each of these inputs from 1-5 for satisfaction. Is there a way to easily ask a participant to list things and then rate each? Cheers!

How can I copy a typeform survey to use with a different population

I’m trying to connect typeform to zoho. When I hit ‘connect’ and select zoho, I receive a pop-up saying that I am missing a question in the typeform asking for email, last name and company name. I don’t see where to go back and add these in. I referenced the help page and the instructions they gave didn’t explain how to navigate to the settings to make these changes and I’m not finding it on my typeform. Can anyone direct me to where to find the field to add these 3 questions? And, is there a way to not include ‘company name’? My business is direct to consumer.

Hello community!I have tried to publish my Typeform just now, and can’t seem to be able to without upgrading the plan- saying that I need to since only 3 logic jumps are included in mine.Well, the thing is, I have counted the jumps many times over and gone through the form but I can’t find more than 3 jumps.Anyone can help me with this?Thanks

Is it possible to create a typeform for customers to sign up for, and then adjust on the fly a subscription? The customer would enter a unique code assigned to them, which would then recall their last entry into a form and allow then to change perimeters. Ie. For a Coffee Subscription; the sign up to receive their order weekly, but can then recall this information and then adjust it to fortnightly or monthly as they wish. The unique code assigned to them acting as a log in to the form to recall what the current status of the subscription is. Might be way out of the realms of Typeform, but doesn't hurt to ask the pros on here. Thanks! JW

For some random reason the file upload question is not showing up on my Typeform. I’ve toggled with the require / not require and it doesn’t make a difference. if you don't use all your responses within the month - can these be carried over or do you lose them?

I know that there’s the ability to embed utm codes on regular embedded forms but I noticed that if you go for the “Conversational” option and then get the embed code, there’s no option to add utm tracking when you click on the “advanced” as you would with other embedded forms. Anyone know if this is just a missing feature or if there’s a work around to adding tracking to conversational forms.
