Typeform conversations

Hi all,  just a quick question, I couldn't find a chat or call option to the helpdesk, so I am hoping someone else can help me out. I have some difficulties with my logic jump option ( I have a Pro account, so they should be in my package). Everytime I try to add a Logic Jump it is only possible to add one with the answer yes and the jump to be made to the next question… No pressing buttons anywhere helps me to change these options. Seeing as my Logic Jumps are all based on; if the answer is no then go to… this option is now useless and quite a hassle to rearrange my questions. Who can help me with this?

HiI wanted to multiply a score by 7.5%But whenever I add 0 (zero) after a .(dot) it doesn’t work.Like 1.075 = not working or 0.075 = not working

We want to do a question where each row is associated with a number that the respondents put in. Is there a way to do this?

I have a sales goal formula that I’d like to set up a form for my clients to work through the formula. I’d need to set the form up so as they work through the formula it calculates as it goes. Question 1: What’s your annual sales goal? For example $250,000Question 2: What is your average revenue per client? First calculation: sales goals divided by average revenue per client= total number of clients needed to hit your goal. Question 3: What is your closing ratio? Second calculation: total from first calculation divided by closing ratio = total number of leads to generate to hit goal. Question 4: how many weeks are you going to dedicate to hitting your goalThird calculation: number of leads to generate divided by # of working weeks= number of leads to generate per weekQuestion 5: how many days per week are you going to dedicate to hitting your goalFour calculation: number of leads to generate per week divided by working days  I’m at a loss on how to set up the logic. How can I set up my form to alert me when someone fills it in? A couple of clients filled in my form yesterday and I assumed I’d get an email or something, but I can’t see anything. Thanks! 

I’m testing out typeform, I’m on the trial version at the moment.  I’ve created my survey and selected the side tab embed. However after I pasted it on my website the side tab didn’t slide out, I was just redirected to the survey url page. Am I doing something incorrect?  Trent

Can't get my quiz to show up after using either url share or embed code, everytime I to engage in the quiz this pops up. Any idea why? 

Is there no way to change the answer button & text colour to make them both separate? Just like you can do with the button/text colour.Thanks

I’m creating an application form and need my respondents to download a document as part of the form. I can see an option for them to upload but not to download. When I insert a hyperlink in the text to link out to my form it doesn’t seem to save. Any ideas? Thanks

Is there anyway to require a proper zip code the same as a proper phone or email is required?

Hello,I created a survey where I have 4 identical questions, with different answers. Thanks to logic jumps, the respondent will land on one of the questions and won’t see the others, which is great. However, when I send data to a google sheet, it’s very hard to me to identify the questions, because the header of the four columns are exactly the same. Also, those header are quite long and I don’t like that.So my question is: is it possible to give a short remote name to each one of my question, so that the respondent won’t see it, but I do? I hope my question is clear :)thank you, Sabrina

I have upgraded my account to enable redirection on completion and it still does not work. What’s the point of upgrading if I still can’t use the feature?

I copied on ald typeform survey and changed the questions and artwork. I has been published. When I share the link to FB, it shows the OLD/ORIGINAL artwork. How can I fix this?

I have four groups each of 11 questions that when calculated each have two outcomes. So putting these together will mean a responder result would be one of 16 possible results.I’m trying to figure out how to do this.A possible way is to do it via a decision tree logic….?I want to Add the scores from the first group of questions and then using logic direct responder to different question groups. e.g. If you score <6 on Questions 1-11 then go Group 2 if you score >5 then do Group 2a etc… This would then follow down a decsion tree.Any advice?Currently I’m just using the basic free version. 

Does Typeform has a specific IP address range from which it will send the webhooks requests? I was thinking in locking the service access depending on the IP from which the request came from.  

Hi there, Lasse from Typeform Support here. When integrating a Typeforms to a spreadsheet like Google, adding calculations to the tab where the form is integrated often break the integration. We recommend to always work on the data in another tab in the sheet. To showcase a way to do this, I have created the video below(6 min) where I use Google Sheets own =ARRAYFORMULA() and =IF() methods. In the video I also show a way to change data from True/False to a number (1 or 0) using the =IF() method. 

Hi there,I have purchased Professional Yearly Plan in Feb but it charged EUR 0.00 to my credit card, I thought maybe they will charge me at the end of the billing period.Now I am trying to unsubscribe the plan and it shows that I’ve been using Free Plan. Do you have any idea if I purchased the plan successfully at the first place?I just deleted my credit card info but cannot find ‘unsubscribe’ or ‘cancel’ button, and am afraid that I might need to pay for another period later.  Thanks!

Hi, I want to pass a hidden field (“hidden1”) to an embedded conversation, so I can use basically the same survey in different places on the website, but tweaked for it’s particular context. The code builder for the CUI doesn’t include that. Could I just add that in manually? Where would it go in this example? I did make a change to my Google Sheet last week and see that the connection has been broken in Typeform. Reading from other posts I understand the instructions are to ‘remove the integration and set it up again in a new spreadsheet using the same credentials’. My current sheet has over 6,000 saved responses already. I see there is a limit of 3,000 old responses that can basically be backfilled upon new integration setup. Should I move all of my existing data over to a new sheet?And will Typeform know to populated the next blank row?Does it matter if I give this new sheet the same name? I understand it shouldn’t have the same name as the Typeform survey. Thanks in advance for your help!

Our team is considering using a waitlist for prospective users of our product! Unfortunately, TypeForm doesn’t have this kind of function, so we’ll need to use a third-party provider of a waitlist.  As part of that, we’re wondering if ya’ll have advice on whether we should have folks enter their email to the waitlist, and THEN complete the TypeForm signup questions to get bumped up higher up the waitlist? OR fill out the TypeForm signup questions in order to join the waitlist? (Does anyone the relative impact of TypeForm signup completion if users have to complete the entire form just to get on a waitlist?)
