Typeform conversations

I am new to Typeform and will be using it to support an app I am launching. When I open the typeform on my desktop the size of the form is perfect and yet when I am testing the mobile app on my phone the typeform is massive and I have to resize every page of the form before editing the details.  Can anybody tell me how to automatically adjust the size of the typeform regardless of the device it is opened in. Thank you in advance Gary

Hello, i want to creat a form, where someone can calculate the prize for the cleaningservice by themself. Example:First  question: How many m² have to be cleaned? Answer: 100 m²backend Calculation: 1 m² is 5 € so 100 will be 500€ SecondQuestion: How many times should be cleaned ,Answer2.1 1x week, backend Calculation:  x1.0Answer2.2 3x week, backend Calculation:  x3.0 and so on.End would show the final prize

Hi, I’m trying to update a dropdown in Typeform using Zapier based on data coming from a Google sheet. Somehow I’m getting the error: Failed to create an update dropdown, multiple choice or ranking question options in TypeformThe app returned "Invalid choice reference in logic: 01GTH7A7GX5NHRY53R40QH7SVH".I have no idea why because it’s not very descriptive. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!

I just discovered Typeform a few days ago and I love how user friendly it is and would love to use this as a training space for my company. I have fiddled around with making quizzes for product knowledge retention, but before presenting this platform to the head of my company, I was wondering if there’s a way to create presentation type of forms (like importing images and info; kind of like a power point presentation) to then centralize my training platforms into one space?

Is there already a way saving message settings for all relevant languages so that each time I create a new form, I just have to pick the right one from my stored message variants? This means I only have to set it up once for each language and every time I create a new typeform I’m choosing prefered message set I saved before.This would make things so much easier. Please let me know if possible and if not please take this function into consideration for upcoming release.

Hello. I'm having trouble capturing email addresses from contacts who submit a Typeform survey embedded in a HubSpot email marketing campaign. I've configured a hidden field in Typeform to collect email addresses, but it's not working properly. I've also installed the Typeform integration for HubSpot. I don't not what is not working once I double check all information.

I have an embeded form on my site. This specifik question keeps boucing, because (i think) it's too long. Although, I have another question (contact info) which is even longer, this one is working perfectly fine. The height is set to auto. Tried 100%, but that made caused most questions to scroll, which it didnt on auto. Good morning, I need to do the following. I want to make a form, most of the questions, are numeric answers, so my idea is that if the person writes a value, between 1 and 3, the result is red, if he answers between 4 and 7 the result is yellow and if he answers between 8 and 10, the result is green. It would be semaphore results. Can this be done? The idea is that at the end of the form the user receives the colors obtained in each of the questions.

Hello everyone,I recently have created a form with Typeform and wanted to put it online on one of the webpage in my website. After embedding the form into the page, unfortunately users need to accept all the cookie consent related to GDPR compliance in order to even see the cookie consent of Typeform. If users just ignore or deny the main cookie consent, there will be just a blank area where the form supposed to be. Has anyone experienced this before?Thank you for reading,Huu

How can I set up a trigger to send an email with all responses in Excel or CSV on desired schedule?

Hi,  So I have been trying to search for a way to customize the loading screen of my Typeform.The one that shows up right after opening your form. Right now it’s the default one but I want to change it to something else.  I also want to change the design of how the “File upload” field looks like. Is there any way I can resize it or change it to something else?

Why am I seeing a discrepancy between the number of GA4 events in my GA compared to Typeform form views? For example, I’m seeing 5 events in GA4 and 15 Typeform form views. Why is that?

I feel a wee bit sorry for all those poor people who rely on Facebook for their business model... 'it took a nap today' lol what how someone put it.. If you rely on Facebook - or any other social media - as your platform of record for your business, you run the risk of NOT being able to transact with your clients in the event of an outage. Facebook ads, Facebook membership groups, etc. all came to a screeching halt this morning. I’m not saying those are a bad thing BUT this shows me all the more reason to have captured all your social followers into your email list - through a typeform - so that you can continue to do business with them when there is a case of social-interruptus by using email. On top of this, did you realize that when you create a huge following on any social platform, you are really giving the owners of that platform a segmented audience for THEM to show ads and generate revenue from all your hard work. How much of that revenue are YOU seeing from the social follower

Hi everyone,I have a problem concerning the insights of our typeform. We launched it yesterday and so far it recorded 7 full responses. Below the “big picture” section, the insights show that all 16 viewers left our form right after the first question, however. This makes no logical sense to me as at least 7 out of the 16 views went through the whole form. I added some screenshots below.I really hope you can help me solve this issue.Kind regards,Dan 

I’ve created a quiz with Typeform and connected it to my HubSpot account. When someone takes the quiz their name and email address are sent to HubSpot and a new contact is created and added to a list.My Quiz has 3 possible results in it. I’m wondering if there’s a way to send the results to HubSpot so that I can enter Quiz takers into a workflow that will send them email relevant to their Quiz score.

Hi there,We have an embedded Calendly in a Typeform embedded in our website.In Calendly’s documentation, it is written that we should be able to listen to messages posted from the iframe to the parent window so that we can act on events. However, it looks like Typeform doesn’t forward events from the embedded Calendly which breaks this possibility. I’ve validated this hypothesis by adding breakpoints on an eventlistener in my parent page and the only events I can get are those from Typeform.Any idea to get these events or is this something on your side ?Thanks  

How do I change the email that receives notifications when a response is submitted?

Noob to ActiveCampaign here. Is it possible to embed a Typeform quiz into an email sent on ActiveCampaign? I understand ActiveCampaign integrations with Typeform are possible but do not fully understand what that would look like to the end user and entail. Thanks for any help you can offer.
