responses still showing but unable to access them because adjusted form before pulling them, any way to retrieve at this point?

Hey guys, I setup an integration with Google Sheets but it is completely blank - just the column headers are showing and no responses (I selected option to pull through what was already there). I did the same for our user survey last year and it all worked fine. Have I done something wrong do you think or missed something obvious?

I have the same ranking question in different surveys is it possible to consolidate them to get a summary with the weighted average of all surveys and get a table  similar to what you explain in that post? 

I have encountered an issue where a hidden field used in the a question will not show in the results.For instance I have a question “Is @propertyaddress the correct address for this listing?”. While it will show the hidden field properly when someone is filling out the typeform, The value will be omitted from the question in the response and just show as :The value will show further down in responses, but I would like it to show in the actual question.Is there a way to make this information show?

Hi, I'd like some help to know how to get the result of a quiz to be automatically calculated upon completion of the form. There are 5 possible answers to each question. There are 30 questions. I put weight from 1 to 5 for each answer. How do I generate a final result with the sum of all answers?

I’m hoping to create a workflow where someone taking a quiz will be prompted to enter their email to subscribe to Mailchimp and their results trigger an automatic email with their specific results! I have 4 results from my quiz and want to send the quiz taker their results in an email (triggered by them completing the quiz).  How can I do this?

Is there a known bug where a single response in Typeform is displaying as multiple rows in connected Google Sheets?I have a user who responded to my survey on 12/20 at 12:43:59. In Typeform I can confirm there is only a single response for this date / time, however in the connected Google Sheet there are 2 rows for this single response. The token is also exactly the same.

Some of the required questions on my form are not working. I’ve had multiple submissions to the form in which some required questions are left unanswered. Anyone know how this happens? And how I can fix this glitch? Now I have to go back and email the people who didn’t respond to the required question.

Hi,I need help in typeform notifications.I made few different typeforms to make surveys on different fields.And I am using one email account, which has different mailbox for each fields.I set up email notification to know that who/when someone submitted typeform. So if someone submitted typeform A, I want typeform notification to be sent in “mail box A” in my email. And if someone submits typeform B, I want a notification to go to “mail box B”. But turns out, every typeform notifications go to one mail box so I have to move every notifications to different mail box by myself. Is there any way that I can set up notifications in a right way?

Hi, I have a really simple test on a Outcome Quiz format with 3 endings. I would like to send an email to the participents with the Ending result of the quiz but i don’t have the option on the customized email Typeform provids. What can i do? 

Our system sends out a ‘Client Follow up’ email after every order to obtain customer feedback. We include our order_id, first_name, email, resto_name in the URL for Typeform to fill the hidden fields. Prior to September it was working 100% of the time, since then we are only seeing around 20% of our forms having the hidden fields populated. Our “typeform-widget” url hasn’t changed, is there anything that can be done to understand why this is only working intermittently?   

Hey,I checked my form today to export results and start working with data, but have discovered that responses from the last 6 respondents and some other have been deleted somehow. So I think this is a system problem, because I didn’t change questions while running the form :(

Hi all,First of all nice to meet you.I have a very specific use case an dcould not find the answer yet.I was wondering if it is possible that at the end of a survey a respondent can fill in another one but instead of starting with a brand new form it would duplicate the answers from the previous form and then the respondent can change whatever needs to be changed.Reason:We are gathering information regarding vacancies from customers. However some customers have multiple vacancies that are very similar. E.g. a junior and a senior position. So ideally a customer would fill in one form for the junior position and then at the end create another one will all answers filled in and then only change what needs to be changed, for example the job title, salary and experience required.Thank you in advance!Antoine
