Build your typeform

I am trying to create a survey to identify gifting.  Here is how it works.  There are 12 gifts.  Questions 1, 13, 25, 37, etc. pertain to Gift #1.   Questions 2, 14, 26, 38, etc. pertain to Gift #2 and so on.   In the end, I want the survey to add up the points for each question group. So I want a score for Questions 1, 13, 25, 37, etc. and and a different score for Questions 2, 14, 26, 38, etc.From there, I would be content with a list of scores.  However, the IDEAL would be that the highest scoring group would lead to an outcome.I am new to Typeform, and I get the simple logic.  I think I get the advanced logic, except I don’t want them to jump questions.  I want them to answer all of the questions, and then have their scores be compared showing which gifts are the highest.   Does anyone have advice?I have the paid version of Typeform (but not the highest level).  It is the plan paid annually.

Hello ,I am using the free version of Typeform. I set the “Phone number question” on my survey. When dowloading the answers report, I only have characters as an answer and not the number.  Do you know why this is happening? Thank you 

On the TypeForm sign up page, they have a TypeForm that only loads on HALF of the page. Meaning the form is on one side with all of the questions and it’s own unique background, and on the other half of the screen there’s an Image that looks amazing. How can we do the same in our TypeForms?

Any chance there is a way to change the view of the actual editor itself? The old version of the form builder had the editor/design/logic pane taking up a lot more real estate than the new version. I know I’m an extreme case of size of monitor, but for me I have vast acres of negative space that I don’t need, while I can barely identify my questions because so many of the words are truncated.  

Hi. I would like to include a text ( an explanation ) on two “pages” it only seems that a statement is available. Have I missed something ?

Hello everyone,  I have a questionnaire which should lead to 5 different buckets (thank you screens).The underlying logic is that there is a set of questions that contribute to a score (simple addition of score values) which define 4 buckets of score ranges. To lead to the fifth outcome, I would like to combine a the score and a specific answer to a question. We have had hundreds of users using our questionnaire and we have now found out that logic doesn’t work for this mentioned outcome. The logic I am using is if the score value is below 18 AND the answer to question XYZ is yes, then show thank you screen B. (see screenshot)Unfortunatelly, it doesn’t work. Looking forward to hearing your ideas how to fix this issue!Thanks already :) 

We have an arabic survey and I want to change the default text in the here showing (Type your answer here…) toاكتب الاجابه هنا Also, long back the (OK) button text ,, ust under the queston .. used to be edited and in arabic .. now we can’t despite we have the paid version (very disappointing ). Hi there, I’m building a form where the user has to select, for example, his country. If language A is selected then jumps to the next question. If language B then jump to, say, question 14 where language B questions begin. At the end of every “road”, I need to collect the payment (with the Stripe integration).I’ve noticed that we cannot add more than one “payment question”, how can I manage this flow?Is there a way to set logical jump in a way that, for example, when the user press “continue” on question 10 he jumps to, say, “payment question” 22?Many thanks,

Can you suggest an expert that can help us design a quiz similar to the bearded man quiz? 

I like to give an accent to some parts of my questions with Italic or Bold. However I would much appreciate it if this can be done by short-keys (ctrl +B, ctrl + I, ctrl+U for underline, etc). So far as I've tried this is not an option. Why not?

I’m using classic. I fixed a typo and clicked Publish. Then, I considered turning a “statement” into a multiple choice. I deleted a photo I had in the “statement” to make room. Then, I reconsidered and turned it back to a statement. I DID NOT CLICK PUBLISH.  I hoped my photo would return.  I logged out and back in. The photo did not return. I tried to upload the same photo and saw a message asking me if I wanted to replace the existing photo ...which, makes me believe my original photo is still there. I logged out and logged in. My original photo is still NOT there. I have still not clicked publish. When will the photo reappear (or will it reappear)?  I don’t want to try any other adjustments that might require me to click “Publish” without having an answer to this.  You’d think this would be something easily found in “help”. 

Sorry I just not be using the correct term for my searches. I am wanting to create a form of a series of images. The feedback we want is to rate this 1-5But each selection must be uniqeQuestion 1 = 12345 (user chooses 3)Question 2 = 12_45 etc Can this be done with free account or will this type of feedback require logic jump? Thanks.

Hello,how can i create a branching based on 1 answer on a multiple choice step? I see that i can only “skip” to other questions, not end the current survey and send out the lead.Like i ask “are you in X?”: If he selects “YES” he is in and continues in the typeform, if he selects “NO”, he goes to an instant ending and does not continue the survey.Can we do this (multiple questions only!)Thank you! Alessandro

Hi. I am currently using a free account on the new builder and I created a quiz with one welcome page, 5 questions and 4 endings. It says I cannot publish my form and I need to upgrade my subscription!! I am not sure what the issue is here. It says I need to remove trial features such as the calculator and ending! I do not have a thank you page. I would appreciate any help/advise on this subject.

Hi, all! A couple questions:Do the responses get submitted after the final question (and before the ending page), or does the respondent have to click the final Submit button on the ending page for it to fully submit the survey? Also, I noticed that when I test and click Submit on the final page, it loops back to the first page of my survey. I’m worried that respondents will think their response didn’t go through since it brings them back to the beginning. Is there a way to force close the survey page after its completion, or would I have to redirect to another page to do that?Thanks!

If i post the link on the normal internet explorer the link does function normally.I have the Premium account and can’t find the issue. Can you please help? 

Hi all! New to typeform, I’m a wordpress developer, but I’m building a quote form to integrate with a client’s website. His account is “Professional” subscription level. I’ve got a few questions, but the biggest one is this:Client has a quote form where customers need to indicate if they have certain types of items. So that’s simple multiple choice…. which is great...Tricky part is, I also need customers to indicate HOW MANY of these items they have. So if they choose an item, I need an option where they can indicate a number or an amount next to that item they’ve chosen.I don’t want to do this as conditional logic with individual items, because there are literally hundreds of items (about 6 categories, each category has about 20-30 items). So I want to have category pages which list the items, then customer can tick an item if they have it and then add a number next to it.Is this possible somehow?? I can’t seem to find any options like this. Please advise? Thanks so much! 

I have a form where the last question is optional. When the user gets there, the submit button only appears after the user has entered some text in the field (even though the field is optional).Is there a way to make the submit button always visible when the last question is optional (even if the user hasn't typed anything)?

Hello! I’ve been scoping out new form options and am looking for a solution that will allow for “jumping around” the form.  All I seem to find are forms that work linearly, but what I really need is a form option that provides a navigation bar whereby users can jump to sections to fill in information as it is received. Is this possible in Typeform??
