How can I skip this - I have a payed plan. VIDEO ASK 

I would like to use Videoask to onboard new users to my website.  There are some new concepts that are occurring on my site and it will require some user training and explanations.  Has anyone ever used Videoask for this and if so could you please share links to some good examples.  

This error code is coming up for all my videoasks. My account is up to date with all the time left to use because it renewed in July. Any ideas? 

Hi, Is it possible to not display a CTA and not put an answer type in my video ? I just want to display my video in a widget without any CTA or answer type. Thanks

Hi all,I’m working on building a VideoAsk to build brand profiles for our clients. One of our questions asks for the brand to be described in 3-5 key words, but some clients can’t help themselves and will post multiple paragraphs explaining their whole brand story (which we don’t need and is a pain to filter through). Is there a way that we can add a text limit, either specific characters, or limiting it to a ‘short answer’ like you can currently do within typeform?Thanks.

I have a check box on my form and need for it to be pre checked so the user doesnt have to check it. Right now there is no option for it to be pre-checked. Has anyone been able to pre check these boxes or can this be added as a feature? 

Hola from Spain,  I want to duplicate a single videoask step and to copy them in other videoasks; I know that I can duplicate the entire videoask or a single videoask step in the same videoask but I only need to duplicate only 1 single step and copy it in others videoasks).Is that possible? Thx a lot!

Is there any way to add music behind a videoask when all of it is just videos?

Hola from Spain Sorry but I didn’t found the answer to my question regarding logic.My case.In Step 1 the respondents can choose between A, B, C and D to define the categories of his products.If they choose A, they will arrive to 2nd Step and they has to select between A1, A2, A3 or A4. The same with B, but for C or D they will continue to another Step called X.The point is that if I define multi-select option, and they select A and B in Step 1, they go to Step 2 to select A1, A2, A3 or A4, but they can not go to another 3rd Step to choose between B1, B2, B3 or B4.If I cancel multi-select option they will jump directly to the next Step.The only solution I see is to add a Back multi-purpose option with multi-select and remind them to check it once they have selected the options that fits better.Any advice?;-)

I am building a VideoAsk where participants will see a menu of possible subjects to record a video story. But they’ll need to return to the main story menu in order to upload other stories (They need to record at least 5). Yet I’ve found that when a person finishes recording a video from the subejct menu, they do not return to the subject menu but are taken to the Exit screen. Is there any way to fix this?

Very strange behaviour accured today when i opened a new account after a year or more since i last used video ask. After I finished recording I heard some bipping sounds and then the pc stuck. Ans different apps start crushing.  It happened twise. After i restarted the computer which is a very high configured, graphic designer setup. It happand again. I dont have a clue what causes this.  Maybe somebody could shred some light 

Hi there,I am going to be setting up a large number of Videoasks.  Right now, even just testing the software, my email inbox (gmail) is clogged up with “You have a New VIdeoask interaction!”  I tried turning off the “Reply notifications” button in the videoask setup, but that seems to have more to do with the respondents getting notified of MY responses if I were having a conversation.  Any way to turn off notifications every time someone responds to my Videoask?  I don’t need to be notified. I can log in and deal with them in bulk.  Thanks for any help.    

Is it possible to record in higher quality. Most of the videos we are getting through are pretty grainy and don’t really work for us. We have changed the record mode to upload instead of stream but the wait time is a little long. Any way to stream upload with higher quality upload?

Good morning, I have a question. I have created 3 different ask videos. Can I now create one that joins those 3? I mean, can I link from one ask video to another? From a stream from one folder to another?

Am looking for any use cases of VideoAsk in DTC e-commerce, in any consumer categories from apparel to electronics.  The VideoAsk team mentioned an apparel brand uses VideoAsk on their website, but they couldn’t remember who it was.  Any leads would be super helpful.  Cheers.

How do i add a button to the videoask while it’s embedded in the typeform?I saw an example. How do i add the yellow button saying “I’ll record the video”

Hello.  I have put in variables like email and a question number identifier, into the url as instructed clearly with VideoAsk.  But when I go over to my VideoAsk dashboard, I can’t figure out where to view the variables in the submitted videos.  Contact Email feeds to the name of the video, but where can I view question number? Or any other variable I chose to embed?  Am I just missing it?
