Hi VideoAsk Team, I’m a new member of VideoAsk and would like to ask a question.In my project, I have 8 questions with possible answers between yes and no only, and I don't want the customer to skip a single question (meaning I made a linear logic for every step, because all questions must not be skipped).So my question is:Is it possible to not just make the final step the determining factor of which URL they will be redirected to. Because I want their answers to be accumulated, like which URL they will be redirected to depends on how many yes and no answers they get.  Please let me know, thank you!

A quick question on using the AI Chatbot function. If using this option, would the information be contained or held within a secure / closed environment? If I understand it correctly, this integrates the use of ChatGPT? I am just wondering about sensitive client information and making sure the information remains in a private and secure environment as opposed to becoming share in an open source environment. If so, I can look at just using the other options, but just wouldn’t mind learning more on this. Thanks!Ash

I want the video to play immediately w/o the play button.I’ve tried on/off Pause-Auto Play and nothing changes. Please help! 

New to VideoAsk. I have given a few free memberships to my course for family caregivers in exchange for a video testimonial if they found my course helpful. How can I accomplish this in the fewest steps possible? I just want them to send me a video review that I can then post on my website. Is there a way or method to update tags on multiple conversations in VideoAsk? Our use case is that we survey our client companies and get responses from multiple people per company.We’d like to tag all conversations from a single company with their company name (a hidden field).When we’ve gotten all responses from a company, we’d like to tag those conversations as “Complete”.Ideally, a multiple select option and then set a tag would work.

When respondents complete the VideoAsk questionnaire, their responses are currently labeled as "anonymous." We need their responses to be labeled with their names so we can identify who answered the questions. What adjustments or settings need to be changed to achieve this? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!   **Assuming I can ask for their name in the video…...however, I also need to see the name on the actual video file  

How can I edit the open and close of my video so that viewers don’t see me reaching for the start and stop record button? 

I would like to know the correct size for the logo to put in the videos!They always come out shifted to the left and small.  Is there a correct measurement to take into consideration?Thank you

HiI’m planning to share a VideoAsk link through SMS. I would like the video to play with the sound directly as the user clicks on the link (without a second click needed).I didn’t find this option, I’ve only been able to:automatically play the video MUTED or : wait for the user to click on PLAY to launch the video.Any idea?thank you so much.

On one of my questions the pexels background video expands to full screen automatically and you have to swipe to revert it back to the VideoAsk screen. How do I avoid this from happening?

Hello! I’m a first time video ask user and I followed a template for my first request. Unfortunately, I can’t see the replies - I just see my video asking for them to respond. I’m wondering if the logic isn’t right possibly because it doesn’t have links for users to respond. Any suggestions?

 I have a quick question about setting up contact fields in my videos. Right now, viewers have to answer a question before they can see the contact fields. I want to skip that step and let them get right to the contact fields because in the beginning of my video i ask their name as if we are having a conversation. For the following video after i ask for their  for their email and phone number. Can you tell me if there's a way to make these fields appear right away, without any other answer type first?

I have embedded a VideoAsk on my website but the button text is invisible. In the VideoAsk builder, the buttons look a little better but this is not how they render when I play the VideoAsk in my site. This article has some vague instructions for customising VideoAsks, but it’s not clear about what the Primary, Secondary and Background colours are referring to. https://www.videoask.com/help/branding/360050487192-create-default-videoask-settingsI need to see the background colour of my button to something dark. I need to set the font colour of my button to something bright. I need sufficient contrast between them so that they text is readable.I don’t care much about the colour of the button letter and its circle. Reading the letter is not very important to my visitors.Can anyone guide in in the right direction to set the button background and font colours?Thanks, Neil

Hello,I am trying to work with the very limited “confirmation emails” that VideoAsk provides.  I have requested that the live link to the VideoAsk be removed (so users can’t re-answer it) and now I am asking if you can help me understand what is the code (i.e. 7629, ucFc, etc) at the end of the subject line? The subject lines look like this:Your response has been submitted! (ucfc)Your response has been submitted! (7429)Could you just replace with the code with the name/title of the VideoAsk?  That would be so helpful for sending this to my clients.  So they know what confirmation email is associated with what question? The randomized code means nothing to their understanding.  Thanks for any help as quickly as possible!

 Hello, I've been using Typeform's lead generation templates and have been getting good results, but I want to try VideoAsk as well. Generally, how have your conversion rates been with VideoAsk? Additionally, have you achieved better results with it compared to lead generation quizzes? Thanks.

I am not sure my issue is the same as what is shared here. On my desktop, the VideoAsk embed shows up fine. On my iPhone the video is tiny and even when expanded (not intuitive, I did not notice how to expand it for several tries), the reply feature does not appear. 

Hey Community,I would like to embed a VideoAsk conversation on a webpage where it shows the entire conversation automatically and has the option to send a reply.Ideally it would look like a blend between these two pages: Image 1: Conversation share urlImage 2: Embed In image 1 you can see and re-watch every message that has been sent in the conversation. However, this has to be toggled on in the backend (see image 3 below). Image 3: Is it possible for the show replies toggle to be switched on by default? Is it possible to create an embeddable page that looks like Image 2, but all the replies are shown like in Image 1? Thanks in advance for you help.

Hello everyone,I'm working on a project and I'd like to know if it's possible to configure the data collector in a specific way. In my video, I offer viewers two response options: A and B.For option A, I'd like a form to appear after the response, and then the viewer to be directed to the thank you screen. While for option B, I'd like the viewer to be directed straight to an external link, without the need for the form.Is it possible to configure the data collector to work this way? I'm using VideoAsk to create a quiz that includes 18 questions, each with "Yes" and "No" as answer options. Is there a way to display the results at the end of the quiz, specifically the count of "Yes" and "No" answers?
