Hello, the buton link at the end of the typeform does not work with certain browsers. Firefox and Safari work fine. Edge and Google Chrome do not work. We work with a CMS from Wix. Where is the problem coming from?

Hello community.My question: how can I hide or disable a field in a multiple choice question when a person has already chosen 1 choice?For example: choose a visiting time:1. 10:002. 11:003. 12:00If someone has chosen 10:00 for example, this choice disappears or is deactivated so that no one else can choose it.Any ideas? 

I’m having trouble tracking Hubspot UTK on embed forms. I found this article:https://www.typeform.com/help/a/using-hidden-fields-with-embedded-typeforms-360029264632/and it seems that hidden fileds show up on the embeding codeWhen I connect Hubspot to the form it shows the UTK But the embed code doesn’t show itWhat we want is to track different pages using the same form. I can figure it out.

Hi all,Sometime around November 18, a new wrapped embedding code was rolled out. Unfortunately the new code is not caring on hidden fields when embedded in WordPress, so the other apps like Zapier, are not able to pick hidden fields to process the information. Has anyone experienced a similar situation?I have been using Zapier to send my Typeform results to a Excel, because Typeform integration to Excel is very limited.

I’m attempting to integrate Pipedrive into my Typeform survey. In the step where I’m supposed to pick information from the survey, Typeform will only offer the default questions and not the questions that I’ve created. I haven’t published the survey yet, would it possibly be due to this or perhaps due to another issue? Any tips on how I can have the integration process recognize the survey that I’ve created?Thanks in advance!

I use a simple form to support our technical team to create tickets in our inhouse ticket system.The form collects to data and than send it to a webhook where is optimized and the ticket is created.The response to web webhook contains an individual url to the new created ticket and it would be very helpfull if typeform can redirect to that url after finishing the form/webhook

 Hi all, I created a form with Logic and scoring. Now I’d like to connect my Convertkit using zapier so I can create tags depending on responses. I am not managing. Reached out to support who responded:  In regards to the Zapier integration, firstly you can connect your Zapier account to your Typeform. If you want to update existing contacts, you need to choose "Update existing subscribers" in the Typeform trigger settings. Then, you can setup filters according to what responses you want to tag. Filters require a paid Zapier account. I have a paid zapier account though and I checked, my typeform is connected under apps. When I run tests it checks out. Yet the only trigger I can get is this one - new entry:  What do they mean by “existing subscribers”? And how do I get there? Bit stumped here… Help appreciated.Cheers  

The integrated video in a survey on Typeform show up too small on the website. Messing with setting of the video on Typeform does not work and it garbles the integration (moves way off to the side, etc). How can I increase the size of integrated video? Is there any parameters I can pass via the code on Squarespace where I am integrating the survey? 

Hi all - in need of some help.I have created a mini-course in my Mighty Network which has six sections. At the end of each section there is a self assessment which asks my users a series of questions where they score themselves out of 10. Depending on their score (Low, Medium, High) they then get a series of recommendations which is given to them as a download (via Google Drive). So far so good. I also then plan to put them into a Convertkit campaign to further provide relevant resources. The problem I have is that there are six assessment areas - is there a way I can do this without having to ask for their name and email address each time?  Can I do this with hidden field data from their Mighty Network details - if so really not sure how to do this? Could I combine all 6 assessment areas into one typeform - if so how do I get the final screen to show one result for one skills area and then another for the next skills area - there are so many possible outcomes. Head is in a whirl - hop

I currently use a Typeform for collecting information from existing clients, with the intention of updating their details at the company level in HubSpot. The matching process relies on the individual's email address, and a subsequent check is performed on the company domain to avoid creating a new account in HubSpot as one already exists.However, there are instances where individuals might use a different domain than the one registered in HubSpot. This results in the creation of a new company in HubSpot, causing issues with certain automation processes.Is it possible to match only the email address from the contact and have the provided information on the company level directly update the associated primary company without creating a new one?If not, would adding multiple domains to the company in HubSpot, separated by commas, allow Typeform to identify the one aligned with the one provided in the form and prevent the creation of a duplicate?

Hi there, I want to use Typeform to create a pop survey as a way to get email addresses but also offer our website visitors some value. Long story short, we sell grass seed online. This pop up is to offer a ‘lawn diagnosis for free’, so we collect their email and have a series of questions for them to ask. I need the form to a) collect the address and add it to Klaviyo b) Send the visitors responses to our customer service team to they can give them their ‘lawn diagnosis’. I can’t see how to do this currently - any help appreciated!

I’m trying to map responses from two typeforms to go to the same Notion database, and I was successful in mapping all the fields (with some tweaks). However, I would like my Notion database to reflect the source of each response. i.e. each entry having a “source” of either “typeform A” or “typeform B”.Is this not supported, is there a workaround, or can I just not make this happen?Any help would be tremendously appreciated.EDIT: Figured out how to do with with the help of my colleague. In the “Create” tab, click into “Logic”, then “Personalize with data”, then “Variables”, and you can add a custom variable. In my case, I named the variable “source”, and the type set as “Text”. So you’d have to do this in both forms.

Can i Connect a Typeform to Hubspot deal form in both free account ? If Yes than How?

Airtable announces it will get rid of API key by January 2024 and replace this with Personal Access Tokens.This could bring some complications and it would be great if those are being addressed before Airtable stops using API keys. Will the typeform x airtable integration be updated? If so, when?Thanks!

Hello! This integration had been working for me, but seems to have stopped working. I’ve followed the Typeform article on using Zapier, but to no avail just yet.First I’d made the Zap in Zapier directly. After I checked the Typeform article, I also tried going to my form to connect the form itself to Zapier. For some reason Zapier still doesn’t show up though in the form’s connected apps. Does it normally show up there? Via Typeform’s connections I was brought to Zapier via Typeform (instead of going directly to Zapier’s site), and I checked off the Zap. Am I maybe missing a button to finalize the connection or something? Maybe like an “enter” or something someplace? Thanks in advance for any help! 

Hi, I’m looking to create a graph following an individuals form submission. This will be sent to their manager who can then see the bar chart. In my typeform I have a set of questions that lead to a certain outcome (bit like a personality quiz). Its the outcomes that I want to see in the bar chart For example; Section one - they answered 2/5Section two - they answered 3/5Section 3 - they answered 1/5Section 4 - they answered 5/5  therefore their preferred outcome if section 4 so this would be the highest bar on the graph… section 3 would be the lowest bar on the graph How do I do this for each individual submission and then make it visible for their manager?   

Hey Guys,I am using the Typeform web SDK in my react project. we use smartlook for session recordings and analysing our onboarding. We believe that the information we gather in the Typeform part of the journey and should be captured in the session. However, the Typeform part of the onboarding journey is greyed out. According to the documentation here, it isn’t possible as Typeform web sdk is embedded inside an iframe (cross-origin)However, this community post suggests that it’s possible. Any help is appreciated.  

According to the setup guide (https://www.typeform.com/help/a/hub-spot-integration-installation-and-setup-360029578071/), once “Connect” is clicked, it should start the HubSpot Authenticate process. But clicking on it once does nothing for me. Clicking on it another time, goes to a full HubSpot integration page, and I can click “Connect” there. However, it then immediately returns to previous page with an error about a form not being published.The error is a red herring for sure. HubSpot was never authenticated, so it can’t do anything.I have no ad blocker running on my browser.

Hi, has anyone found a concrete way to integrate Typeform responses to a template word document that populates in either OneDrive or Microsoft 365?  The Zapier integration makes this very easy for Google Docs & for OneDrive it is easy to populate a new document based on TF responses from plain text entered into Zapier. I cannot seem to figure out though how one would go about integrating a form response with a formatted template Word doc.  Please let me know if anyone has a solution. Additionally, I can get template word docs to fill into Documentero, but from there, cannot get them to dump into OneDrive/365.  Help please! 

I want to incrementally retrieve new responses from the API and reduce the number of API calls by filtering forms for only new responses.So, does the 'last_updated_at' of the form update when a new response is added?
