Integrate your typeform

Hi!How do i populate my crm with a country from my quiz. (I don't have a country selection option within the quiz) The quiz is tailored to a specific countries.For example i have one quiz for sweden and one for germany. How do i make my typeform quiz populate my crm with the right country? The specific quiz will only be sent out to a specific country. And i dont want to have then answer what country they are in. 

Hi,I have a survey form in TypeForm (TF). I would like to connect it with HubSpot (HS) based on 2 fields. I would also like all the rest of the fields to be logged into HS, how can I do this part? Can I keep adding fields under Contact (in the connect section) to do the HS to TF mapping. In this case will it consider the top 2 fields to be the criteria for updating an existing record in HS?Any help would be appreciated.Thanks,Shweta

I have a Typeform embedded on a Wordpress site and there’s no way to hide it on mobile. I tried wrapping the code in a: <div class="hide-on-mobile">      <typeform code><div> with this CSS:@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .hide-on-mobile { display: none !important; } } But no success. I have used a standard html embed for a typeform. When the page load it jumps to my typeform however. But it only does this in google chrome as far as I can tell. What I’ve found by googling:I’ve disabled autofocus. Trying to see If I can add a Google Tag Manager (GTM) to my forms automatically using the API, to avoid missing it when duplicating form. I tried the following: 1) Retrieve the form JSON object using GET https://api.typeform.com/forms/:form_id 2) Modify the JSON received to add the "google_tag_manager" parameter with my tag ("GTM-MYTAG") into the "settings" part of the JSON. I saw on other forms that had the integration that this is the parameter that was added, so I figured out I will try to add it through the API. 3) Update the form using and the modified JSONPUT https://api.typeform.com/forms/:form_id The API replies with the modified JSON, without error. Furthermore, subsequent attempts to retrieve the form using the GET method show the modified form JSON object. Yet, when looking at the Typeform in the user interface, it shows no GTM connection, and when visiting the form, no GTM pixel is loaded.Am I missing something?

I have a Typeform we use in healthcare as part of our ‘consent for treatment’ workflow. Part of the sequence is a video (hosted by Vimeo) which is personalised to the client each time.This means that we have a Template Typeform which gets duplicated and then edited for each individual client. Each form therefore gets 1 response and we move it to our ‘Forms Complete’ workspace for future reference.Annoyingly every time we duplicate we seem to lose the Email Notifications which I set up when I designed this. Is that normal? Is there any workaround you have seen? One suggestion I saw was to see if we can connect to a webhook for Integromat integration… but even a webhook does not get duplicated? Thanks in advance! Zak

I have 3 questions re. Zoho one)Whenever I try to connect to Zoho, I receivebut when I accept I receive this two) Is it possible to pre-populate a Typeform survey with customer data from Zoho? E.g. a user receives a survey, where his/her name is already populated in the field name (out of Zoho). The user can leave the field untouched or change it (e.g. in case his/her name is spelled wrongly). three)In case two would work, where do I get the correct typeform URL (for a specific user)? thanks a lot! 

I have my website and I would like to insert the form on the sidebar, however my theme gives an option of the sidebar already created and I would like to just embed my form, without a button or anything. Once he clicked on the menu icon at the top it would open the side with the typeform.I've tried using the "Embed on web page" code but with the "launch actions" it doesn't work on my side.I've tried using the Wordpress Classic Editor but I didn't see the Typeform option.Could you please explain another way clearly as I don't have much technical knowledge. 

Hi all,Since uploading a file into the typeform is part of the paid plan, I wanted to ask you guys first how this function works instead of paying for it upfront. I linked my typeform to a google spreadsheet but my question goes as follows: What happens when people upload a file into the Typeform (an image, a pdf, ...), how does it get displayed in the spreadsheet cells? For example: If person A fills out the typeform and uploads his logo (within the typeform), will the image of his logo be showing in the spreadsheet (Row: Logo’s) if linked correctly?Thanks for helping.

Hi, One of my forms has been creating duplicates into Salesforce since December 27th at 9 am. Since then, it creates duplicates every 30 minutes which made me desactivate all my email workflows otherwise records keep receiving emails every 30 minutes.Before that date, the integration was working perfectly. We tried different actions with the help of Typeform Support, but nothing worked.Disconnect & reconnect Salesforce integration : done. Install last version of Salesforce integration : done. Desactivate any duplicating rules on Salesforce : done. Desactivate flows and workflows : done.Questions : Why are the duplicates created every 30 minutes whereas form responses retrieve is set to 15 minutes?  Anyone else has duplicating issues since that date (december 27th)?Please let me know if you have any ideas. We are kinda stucked here...Many thanks in advance.

I have a date field that is captured correctly in MM/DD/YYYY format but shows up in connected Excel online worksheet as (2023-02-06T00:00:00.000Z). While I can brute-force the final spreadsheet, is there a way of capturing the FORMAT and the DATA correctly in the first place.Note: I have older surveys that accomplish this with no problems. Change in Microsoft?

Hello! I’d like to ask your help with an integration we are trying to achieve. We are using a form to recruit participants for a study. The desire flow is as follows:We send participants a link to a form in Typeform. In the form we ask the participant their name. In the form we ask the participant to upload three images. When the participant submits the form, a Google Drive folder with the participant’s name is created, and the three images they uploaded via the form are put into that Google Drive folder.So far we have been able to create a Google Drive folder with the participant’s name; and we have been able to upload the submitted images to a preselected Google Drive folder. But we haven’t been able to put the submitted images in the folder with the participant’s name, this is the step we are having trouble with.Do you have any suggestions as to how this flow might be achieved? Hey there, i culdn’t find any cases regarding this so far – just with other integrations AND the other way round.I am missing the typeform fields when trying to map it with Zendesk Sell.All Zendesk fields are there but in my typeform survey only two appear – the ones that are there from the very beginning when setting up a new survey.Sry if there is an easy fix I just can’t see.All fields are required and only those which are stated to work with this integration :/THANKS!

Hey we have multiple typeforms embeded in our website and after we updated all of them tot he latest typeform code embeding code in 6th of Decemeber. The problem is that Google analytics stopped recording our conversions after 22 of December. We tried the following things to fix the problem:  We have a script in the page which copies the utm params and stores them in a cookie and every time we render the typeform we send the utm params to typeform as hidden fields.Our ending screens are always redirect screens to a page in our website. We managed to fix the typeform conversions in google analytics by adding in the redirect screen the utm params from the hidden fields but this just fixes the Google analytics problem if we import our data in Google Ads then google ads doesn’t see any conversion, and we are wandering what we should do to fix it ? Should we forward also the gclid from the url to typeform and then put it as a query parameter in the redirect screen ? One thing to mention is

Per this article (link), two Typeforms can be connected by a VideoAsk. In our particular use case, we want to connect multiple VideoAsks (with no more than 1-2 videos each) to a Typeform. Rather than having Typeform A → VideoAsk 1 →Typeform B → VideoAsk 2 → Typeform C, et cetera, is it possible to have respondents go back to where they left off in Typeform A, as in:  Typeform A, Question #4 → VideoAsk 1 (Q5) →Typeform A (Q6) → VideoAsk 2 (Q7) → Typeform A (Q8)?This will help us keep all responses in to one Typeform, rather than distributed across multiple Typeforms. 

Hi!I have recently made my first few forms and have integrated them with Excel and Teams to view the submissions. There are a bunch of fields that are just blank, even though I know they were filled out. Is this a GDPR thing or some kind of setting I can change?Thanks!

Hey everyone,  I have an online course hosted by kajabi. I have a lead magnet set up in Typeform (a quiz). You have to provide your email address to get the results. The email address is supposed to then trigger an email sequence that is on Kajabi, which is basically a sales funnel to sell my online course.  The problem is, that when someone fills out the quiz and gives their email address, nothing happens. The email is updated in Mailchimp (which is also integrated with typeform and supposedly with Kajabi), but the email sequence isn’t being triggered. I’ve tried setting up a Zap (zapier) between typeform and kajabi but it is not working.  Can someone tell me what to do? Everything is ready but I can’t figure out how to set up the process technically. Summarizing, it should be like this: Someone competes the quiz on typeform and adds their email address. The email is added to my mailchimp subscriber list AND the email sequence in Kajabi is triggered.  The person then receives 10 Email

Each ending should trigger a checklist (there’s 3 different checklists) that I pretend to send it using Mailchimp. Can someone explain it in detail, please? I’ve got everything working well except for the Hidden Field.The hidden field is being captured in the Results tab on Typeform as expected, but then that is not creating a new field in Affinity (while all the normal questions did)Any suggestions please?Thanks!

Im trying to connect trustpilot to the completion of a typeform purchase.Im using zapier integration with typeform and trustpilot. I can place the trustpilot email review invitation in the BCC of the completed purchase email from typeform. I dont see where this is managed in typeform though for completed purchases. Anybody seen where the typeform completed purchase email is?  

I have one multiple choice question in my embedded middle but I need to leave the div too large for the other questions as I don’t want to have scroll bars for the multiple choice. Can we get an option to top align the question instead of middle align or even better would be auto sizing DIV ?
