Hi there!I have a contacts database in Notion already populated with entries by people registering for an event via a typeform.Some of those people have to fill out a second arrivals form.We have used hidden fields to create the arrivals form from our mailchimp databaseIs it possible that the arrivals form can populate our already existing contacts database entries with the new arrivals information?

Hi, I connected Typeform to Airtable in order to send data to my table but I would like to update an existing record instead of creating a new one. Is it possible?Thanks in advance

Hello,Our website is built using webflow and we wanted to integrate with typeform in a way that user unique credentials e.g email is passed to typeform. Is this possible? We eventually want to store this data in our backend for which we are planning to use the webhook api.  

Hi there, My question is basic: the connection to a Mailchimp list of an email field in a form does not seem to be functional.  No emails are added to the list I designated as people respond to the survey.And yes, these are all NEW records. The connection shows as being active in Typeform, but I see no way to debug it, ie, go over what list was connected when I did this a few weeks back. On Mailchimp, all I have as well is there is a Typeform connection, with no other info.How can I debug any issues ?See the screen shots here and here. Thanks,Caroline   

Hi,For some reason we are unable to connect our Typeform to Airtable. Here is the Typeform question:  And here is the Airtable column: For some reason that’s what I get on the integration page: I tried to delete all the fields and just put United States for example - still didn’t work. The strings are completely the same (checked and rechecked 5 time). It’s just doesn’t work. Any clue? Thanks,Tal

If my delivery does not reach the customer's location, the customer can submit their address to collect the data and add more areas in the future.Is it possible to tell to the facebook pixel which one ends up being a conversion and which one doesn't?thanks in advance

How can I connect calendly to the right account when it doesn’t ask me for login info?  It just defaults to the profile in chrome, but that’s not the right account.  I need to log in to authenticate.  How do I do that?

Hello!I’m using Typeform with Activecampaing and so far, everything has been working fine. Until I added a multichoice question… Somehow Activecampaign does not capture or show these anwsers. 😣All other data from other type of questions is mirrored on the activecampaign contact details.Does anyone have any advice? I am trying to redirect my type form to a landing page with a calendly embedded on it AND pass name & email data over to auto fill said calendly embedded form.It works using the information recall straight to the calendly link itself, but not to the landing page link where the calendly is embedded. Any thoughts, advice or solutions?

Hi there,I embedded a typeform on my webflow website. It has work very well for about a week. However, today I noticed the formatting of the title page is ruined. I can't seem to find a way to fix this as it seems good to be working in typeform itself. I can build the questions in typeform but is there an easy way for Typeform to create the document? Ideally i would want it to take the answers and populate a word document / template? is that possible?Thank you

This is beyond my knowledge level. I’ve read through the hidden field articles and watched videos, but I don’t understand how to do this in HubSpot.I have a HubSpot landing page (not embedded in a webpage) that is capturing new lead information and on submit, it takes the user to the Typeform. I don’t want people to have to enter their email addresses in two places. I have HubSpot connected to my Typeform with email address setup as a hidden field and connected to the email address field in HubSpot, and @score in Typeform linked to a score field in Hubspot. When I test the form, the score is not transferring back to HubSpot. Can someone help?

Hello all! Quick question about Zapier integration.  When I set up a zap, the form will provide responses as provided in the photo.  Other fields are listed separately and are filled out, which is odd.  I want my task to be the first name submitted.  Can you advise if I have my form set up incorrectly?

Hello.We are trying to track typeform leads conversions on facebook, for this I’ve already added our FB pixel to typeform and event is being received on FB.My issue is that we have multiple forms for specific campaigns running on embedded forms on our landing pages so I created a custom conversion on FB listening for the FormSubmitted event of Typeform. Unfortunately this conversion will track all events on each form without distinction.For this, I would like to add rules to the custom conversion based on the URL but this works on the base URL only.ie: If my Landing page url is https://www.domain.com/fb/form-a , and y add the convertion rule to match URL contains “fb/form-a” it wont track the conversion but only if I set the rule to URL contains “www.domain.com”Why the FormSubmitted event is sending only the base URL instead of  the full URL to FB? Is there a way to send the full URL in order to create an accurate conversion. Thanks.

The current limitation on the Convertkit integration seems not allow for variables to be mapped to custom fields inside Convertkit. Is there anything on the product drawing board for an ‘updated integration’ sometime in the near future?? askin’ for a friend or 4

Hi everybody, When I create a landing page for my ads I put a Typeform integration, and then on the Thank You page I put a calendly widget. Is it possible to connect these 2 so the leads don’t have to put 2 times their names/phone/email ? Thank you

Hi everybody, we currently use typeform to create personalised quotations to our holiday services for our customers.I’d like to insert 2 final questions to my form:Legal consent: mandatory, the person gives me the consent to contact him with the quotation required Newsletter consent: optional, only if the customers wants to join our newsletter listI already have my Mailchimp integration active but as of now only the Legal consent is part of the form (meaning that EVERYONE who fills in the forms gets automatically subscribed to our Mailchimp without choice, although this is not possible for European GDPR laws). Many thanks for helping us out!Iole

I am trying to collect the First and Last name and Email addresses of users in Klaviyo so that they show up in Typeform, along with their survey responses but nothing I have tried seems to be working.  I’ve put first_name, last_name and email into the hidden fields and associated the survey ID into the klaviyo integration field. I really don’t know what I’m doing wrong here. Can someone please help?
