Mailerlite limited integration

I was SO excited about Typeform until I realised that the integration with MailerLite is very limited. It’s great being able to map a form submission to MailerLite generally. But it doesn’t have the capacity to map multiple choice or dropdown answers to groups or segments, which really limits the functionality of the integration. I notice that Mailchimp and some others allow question mapping beyond just the email field. Does anyone know if there’s a possibility this feature might be added, or if there is a workaround? So frustrated. 😢 I could move my email list to Mailchimp but Mailchimp is so… ugly 😬 And it misses the survey response block that you can add to emails in MailerLite, which I love I’m keen to hear from other that integrate with a mailing list where you can capture and sync up information beyond an email address. Thanks

Notion Mapping - File Option

Hi - I recently integrated my typeform to my notion account and mapped out all relevant fields. however, at the mapping stage, typeform/notion does not seem to recognize “file upload” as a question in the drop down, when it’s clearly part of the typeform in general. Because it is not recognized, I’m unable to get all the data required from the typeform to notion fields.

Hide a landing page to embedded TypeForm form in WordPress

I’ve successfully embedded a TypeForm form in WordPress (Element or based website) This thing is that I want that the landing page, from which the leads are direct to, will be hidden to subscribers only, and avoid passing the form stage to get to the “present”. How do I do that, without the need to set a password protected page?

Zendesk Data in Typeform Responses

We want to trigger a request to complete a customer satisfaction survey in Typeform when we close a ticket in Zendesk. We also want the Typeform to be pre-populated with a couple of fields like the email address and ticket number because we already have this information in the ticket. Has anyone done this or know if it can be done?

Webhook integraton

Hello there ! I’m trying to integrate my typeform to bubble, and have a webhook for every responses. But when i create it directly in Typeform and, tried to do delivery send request, i received “response 404” but … its a test by typeform. I don’t understand. Help please =)

Typeform doesn't load on Safari on mac.

My Typeform doesn't load on Safari 15.2 on a Mac with macOS Monterey 12.1 (intel Mac) When clicked upon, it keeps loading (showing a turning loading circle) or it gives an error. Can someone please take a look, or does anyone have tips or pointers. I really don’t know what to do. I tried to duplicate the Typeform, but is has the same problem.

Type form coming up as landing page in Google Analytics

I just set up google analytics tracking to our typeform (not embedded) So far two of the leads we got are showing Direct or no source traffic. But this doesn’t really make sense as we aren’t sharing this typeform link separately, they can only find it on a page of ours. I also tried this myself by using google to find the page and clicking on the link so the landing page should be /embed/ the source organic / google but it still shows direct / no source Is there some setting or something we need to do to properly track completed type forms?

Typeform/Klaviyo integration

Helloo ! I hope i will find help here :) I use typeform/klaviyo integration in our emailing to enrich customer profiles in klaviyo (based on answers in typeform). I add an hiddenfield “email” for klaviyo be able to map customer profile - customer answers and create properties in their customer profile. The thing is : it used to work perfectly but now i’m doing new flows / made exactly the same way , the sync doesnt work anymore. Hiddenfield still enables me to catch email in typeform but their customer profiles in klaviyo dont change. I don’t know where i should search to fix it : i resync 100 times, i made test on the link, change destination list… Do you have an idea ? Thanks in advance for your help,

Sending only positive answer to Miro

Happy New Year Typeform community, I’ve setup a typeform to help people choose what they’d like to focus on from a list of potential ideas.So for every idea, I have a Yes/No question like “Do you want to ….” Yes/No. I would like, for each respondent, to send to Miro via Zapier the list of ideas that was selected as Yes. How can I sync file type to HubSpot?

Hi everyone We have a challenge syncing files from TypeForm to HubSpot via the native integrator - for some reason the file type property is not coming up from HubSpot at all in the matching selector when we try to match the file type field from TypeForm. Has anyone experienced similar behaviour and if so how it was sorted ? Thanks, Rob P.S - I have contacted HubSpot Support and they told me that I should contact TypeForm Support :) - the usual process of ping-pong between different systems …

Need help with response errors

We currently implemented Salesforce integration in our Org. We are having 2 main problems, if you can help me on any of these, i will be really grateful. If there is a problem with a response, a “typeform_error” record is created, showing you the problem with a status of “new”. Initially, i tough that correcting the issue, then changing the typeform_error status to “resolved” and running the “Retrieve responses” process should re-process that records with an error, but those records just never get to Salesfoce. This is a big issue if you are working with thousands of responses, and cannot be monitoring it so thight. Is there a method to call the “sync” process on those “typeform_error” marked records? Maybe an APEX method we can call manually to address this? I’ve noticed some “invalid date” errors when getting responses with “date type fields”. Really annoying because you cannot perform any correction on Salesforce to accept the record. Maybe you could allow also map typeform “date” f

Embed a pre-populated field and pass data to Zapier

Hi there, I have a lead gen typeform that is used to push the data into a number of systems (slack, etc.). One of our systems does not have a direct typeform integration, so we are using Zapier. However… the target application’s Zapier oddly requires a gender field, and we cannot disable the field. We have no interest in asking people their gender, so we would like to embed a hidden field on our typeform that just passes a hardcoded value to Zapier, so Zapier can pass it to the other application. I’ve looked at the hidden field setup in Typeform and it seems to only append the data to a URL, which won’t work for me. Any ideas? Thanks! Rob

Chat close Icon ("x") is overlapping on mobile devices (only Android)

Hey all, we have a problem integrating a typeform as chat into our website. For Desktop, iOS mobile everything works smooth and fine (Chrome, Safari etc..) but when using Android (mobile, Chrome) there is an issue with the “x” closing-icon in the top corner. When loading the page with embedded typeform as chat, the “x” closing-icon shows directly in the upper right corner (chat form is closed correctly). It is placed in a div which is completely overlapping all other html elements, so the user is not able to use the website until he/she clicks the little closing-icon (which is very hard to see) or he/she opens and closes the chat. Delay Calendly submission until Typeform submission, or an alternate solution?

TLDR: The Typeform status-quo is that un-submitted responses are deleted after 15 days. The Calendly app doesn’t follow the status quo, and is finalized immediately regardless of whether the Typeform is submitted or not. Existing workarounds are insufficient to resolve the inconsistency. My situation is actually a combination of two common Typeform complaints: Calendly submissions ≠ form submissions (resulting in clients who think they’ve submitted both, when only having completed one), and partial completions are unavailable (except Calendly app submissions within partial completions). Several solutions have been proposed. Solution 1: @guyb spoke to this when commenting on the original announcement: “It would be even better if it could be adjusted so that the Calendly meeting is not actually scheduled until the Typeform has been submitted.” This solves my problem because submitters, Calendly, and Zapier aren’t misled to think the submission is done when they, in fact, are only partial
