Integrate your typeform

We currently implemented Salesforce integration in our Org.We are having 2 main problems, if you can help me on any of these, i will be really grateful.If there is a problem with a response, a “typeform_error” record is created, showing you the problem with a status of “new”.  Initially, i tough that correcting the issue, then changing the typeform_error status to “resolved” and running the “Retrieve responses” process should re-process that records with an error, but those records just never get to Salesfoce.  This is a big issue if you are working with thousands of responses, and cannot be monitoring it so thight.  Is there a method to call the “sync” process on those “typeform_error” marked records? Maybe an APEX method we can call manually to address this? I’ve noticed some “invalid date” errors when getting responses with “date type fields”.  Really annoying because you cannot perform any correction on Salesforce to accept the record.  Maybe you could allow also map typeform “date

Hi there,I have a lead gen typeform that is used to push the data into a number of systems (slack, etc.). One of our systems does not have a direct typeform integration, so we are using Zapier. However… the target application’s Zapier oddly requires a gender field, and we cannot disable the field. We have no interest in asking people their gender, so we would like to embed a hidden field on our typeform that just passes a hardcoded value to Zapier, so Zapier can pass it to the other application. I’ve looked at the hidden field setup in Typeform and it seems to only append the data to a URL, which won’t work for me. Any ideas? Thanks! Rob

Hello all, I can't figure out how to track the completion of the typeform for every single page. Let me explain better I have inserted the typeform link on about 50 pages of my blog and I would like to know which of them performs better at the level of typeform’s completion rate. Thanks in advance!

Hey all,we have a problem integrating a typeform as chat into our website. For Desktop, iOS mobile everything works smooth and fine (Chrome, Safari etc..) but when using Android (mobile, Chrome) there is an issue with the “x” closing-icon in the top corner. When loading the page with embedded typeform as chat, the “x” closing-icon shows directly in the upper right corner (chat form is closed correctly). It is placed in a div which is completely overlapping all other html elements, so the user is not able to use the website until he/she clicks the little closing-icon (which is very hard to see) or he/she opens and closes the chat.Hope, there is help out there ;) …Thanks in advance!Best regardscd_schade

TLDR: The Typeform status-quo is that un-submitted responses are deleted after 15 days. The Calendly app doesn’t follow the status quo, and is finalized immediately regardless of whether the Typeform is submitted or not. Existing workarounds are insufficient to resolve the inconsistency. My situation is actually a combination of two common Typeform complaints: Calendly submissions ≠ form submissions (resulting in clients who think they’ve submitted both, when only having completed one), and partial completions are unavailable (except Calendly app submissions within partial completions). Several solutions have been proposed. Solution 1: @guyb spoke to this when commenting on the original announcement: “It would be even better if it could be adjusted so that the Calendly meeting is not actually scheduled until the Typeform has been submitted.” This solves my problem because submitters, Calendly, and Zapier aren’t misled to think the submission is done when they, in fact, are only partial

Hi! Trying to embed my quiz on my website. it looks fine on desktop but on mobile it is a tiny block that people cannot input information in. What can I do to the coding? I have it as standard embed coding:  <div style="width: 100%; height: 1000px;  

We are integrating type form with hubspot.  If the user enters an email address with an invalid domain the record is stored in type form but it is not transferred to Hubspot.  You can create a contact in hubspot with the same email address...but somehow these contacts with invalid emails are getting dropped between type form and hubspot.  Any ideas?

Hello!I have integrated a Typeform to a Trello board - every response gets pulled through to a Trello board as a card.The Typeform is asking for the persons email address, pet name, and a photo of their pet.This will then be pulled through to the Trello board, where 120+ volunteers will see the responses and draw pet portraits from the photos (we are an animal charity - it's a fundraising campaign). ISSUE: For privacy issues, we can't have the volunteers see the email addresses pulled through from the form - just the pet photo, and pet name.  Is there any workaround for this? I have included a very technical screenshot.If anyone could help I will personally build a monument in your name.JB 

Hi everyone,  I’ve decided to get some Integromat experience and use it over Zapier in a side project I’m working on. (Indonesian Word of the Day subscription) I have added TYpeform to the scenrio but I can seem to pull hidden fields from the list of questions. It only displays visible fields (answer Questions.) Am I missing something is there a workaround ? Thanks

Hi, Do you have any way to know why the form doesnt match with a brand new database ? I dont see what could cause the form not to obtain the result from the form. Everything seems to be the same. Can we see some error somewhere ?

Hi, I have a funnel where someone fills out an application form and books a call with me at the end. They are then redirected to another Typeform saying thank you etc. I’ve placed my pixel on that final typeform. When I create a custom conversion with all URL traffic from that last typeform. I am receiving no events. I wonder if this is to do with the integration. Please help!

I have added multiple Typeforms pop-ups on the entire website (around 5 different forms).Earlier today we realised that each form is taking more then 15 - 20 secs to load, then another 20 secs for the first page of the typeform to load and be interactive.https://goodgoodpiggy.com/Is it because of the typeform being used in the form of pop-up?Or multiple typeforms being used on a single website?Please help. I changed back to basic subscription in December 2021.  The old amount was just taken out of my account as if I never changed my subscription.  It showed that I would be charged 29$ starting January 5, 2022.  I want a refund and my subscription changed.

Hi, I’d like to use Google Drive links, instead of Typeform links, to access uploaded files. Right now, I send responses to a Google Sheet and uploads to Google Drive; I’d like to have the Drive link populate in the Sheet. Is it possible?

I want to have a long answer question with multiple required responses. How would I go about doing so? Hi Typeform gurus!   I’ve created an outcome quiz in Typeform with 45 different endings.  The logic all seems to be working well.  I’m struggling now to integrate Zapier to send an email via gmail to the quiz taker.  The email part is straight forward enough, but I have not yet figured out how to send a unique email based on the Ending that the user arrives at.  The only workaround I’ve come up with would be to build the logic in to Zapier based on answers instead of endings--which kind of makes the outcome quiz moot.  Has anyone encountered this and found a good fix?   Many thanks in advance!  Justin

Hello y’all typeform heads!  I’m trying to pull data from a typeform into a Coda Doc. The data is showing up, but I have no way of sorting the form with the latest submissions on top. How is it that Typeform doesn’t include the date and time a form is submitted in the table data?It seems silly to ask respondents to enter today’s date. Thanks for your help. -Joey 

Just signed up with a new account and its showing that I have installed the Calendly app (I haven’t)? Tried to create a calendly ending but says there is an error, can’t see anywhere to actually uninstall it to install it properly - anyone else facing this ?
