Does Excel connection pull in existing response on the survey?

I’m setting up the connection between the excel online and the typeform, once the excel workbook is set up, it doesn’t seem to pull in existing data from the typeform, only the questions, see screencap:When setting up the connection, it does offer the checkbox of integrating existing responses and I checked it. Is this situation happening because it takes time to load the responses? Or it doesn’t really pull in existing data? Anyone else had experienced this before?

Validate input on short text

Hello,I would like to validate input of a short-text using webhook. This webhook would be an Azure Logic App, that internally calls Licess API (yes, it would be a chess quiz TypeForm ). I have seen some posts like “Feature to provide phone number” touching this subject.Where I am a bit stuck is how should the webhook send info back in order to know Typeform, that the submitted data of a question was not correct. Documentation explains that webhook should return 2xx HTTP codes. But how about if the response is not accepted? Is there a specific format to report back such info? Like a 4xx response with some message?Thanks in advance,Laci

AirTable/TypeForm integration; a few questions.

I have a TypeForm dropdown question with about 50 options. I’d like to pass the results into AirTable. However, it seems that I have to have a Single Select field type in AirTable with all the exact entries in it to work.Two questions:Can I use a ‘Link to another record’ field type instead of Single Select? This would be ideal where I can pull the options from another sheet but it doesn’t seem to work. If I can’t use ‘link to another record’ is there a way to easily paste all the options into separate lines of the single select? Right now, when I paste, it pastes all 50 options into a single line and this would require me to type them all out for every drop down question I have.

Can I separate contacts collected in Typeform into Groups within my Mailchimp Audience?

Hello, is this possible?I would like to create 3 different type form survey’s.Each survey will be connected to the SAME audience (list) in my Mailchimp account.Within this list, there are multiple groups for different kinds of customers. I would like Typeform to add the contacts it collects to specific groups within the same Audience based on their Typeform answers.Please note - in Mailchimp “groups” and “tags” are different. I am not interested in tagging. Groups are like buckets inside of the Audience. For example:Survey 1 would have a question with 6 different answer options. The answer that the contact chooses here determines which group within the Mailchimp Audience they get added to. The contact would then be added to 1 of those 6 different groups within the Mailchimp Adience.This same thing would happen for the other 2 Typeform surveys.** all contacts are added to the SAME Mailchimp Audience, but different groups within that audience. Is this possible with Typeform??? Thank you!

How do I pass Hidden Field in Eloqua URL?

We are using Eloqua as our CRM, and want to pass along email address in our URL as a hidden field. https://9m6smm79z8i.typeform.com/to/KXOphuUY#email=xxxxx Does anyone know the merge tag that I’d use for Eloqua to pass along email address? How long to hear back from support?

I have a pretty urgent matter and was wondering what the usual wait time is to hear back from support? Also if anyone here could help that would be great. I need to get access to the images sent to me via typeform but due to legal reasons I cannot download them to my laptop but need to keep them in the cloud.To do that I set up integration with google docs to be able to view them in browser without downloading them but only the new images that are being sent are showing up in the folder and I did not see an option to move over the older submissions pre-integration when setting up the integration or anywhere else in the connect dashboard.

When I insert typeform in my web page, the popup opens as it should but, there is no data coming into popup. this happened after recent update (embed code has changed recently). Is there any common bug or can you suggest me solution?

Passing Email Through Hidden Field with Hubspot Integration

We use Hubspot. We already know the user’s email address and want to pass it through a hidden field so they doesn’t need to provide it. It seems crazy that we’re forced to put an email question into our Typeform for it to integrate with Hubspot. Is there any workarounds or a timeline on when this deal-breaker of a limitation might be addressed?

Issue with embed in Pop-Up

I have embedded a form in an Elementor pop-up template which is activated using a button on my page.It works beautifully in all screen sizes with just one small issue causing problems.The first click on any clickable item on the page will show the pop-up with the form. Once you dismiss the pop-up then you have to click on the correct button to show the form.Any idea why this might be happening?

Intercom integration – Typeform doesn't appear

We use Intercom and Typeform. I have a Typeform I want to present in an intercom Message that gets triggered on certain user actions.Here’s the steps that workedI’ve followed the setup instructions here and everything seemed to set up fine. Composing my outbound message (a Post), I was able to insert the Typeform app and configure the block just as shown here As a user on my site, I took the action to trigger the message, and it does appear with the Typeform block: Here’s what does not workClicking/tapping the button does not load the Typeform – it shows this webpage: What I’ve tried to fix itUninstall and then reinstall Typeform app in Intercom (per this post) Try on Chat message type instead of Post Delete the Typeform block and re-create it Checked that my subscription plan (Plus) includes Intercom integration (it seems to)None of these have worked. WP integration problem: shwoing the whole typeforme website!

I don’t understand.It’s so easy usually and I have never had this problem before.I use the WP plugin to get my forms embed.I have the correct link, the correct form and the infos.The form by itself works. I can acces it with the link!BUT when I see the page, in the “embed space”, there is the whole typeform website that shows up not the form.What’s the problem?

Help with Power Automate webhook

Wazzup Typeform community I have a PowerAutomate flow that involves a Tyepform trigger (make that 20 flows!). In this case, I want to pull info from a Typeform into an SMS. My Typeform pulls the open text answers without issue. However, when I pull multiple choice questions or drop down menu selections, the label is dragged along as well. Google Sheet Connect Error

Hi!I create a typeform and connect correctly with Google Sheet. W made some examples to see if the survey and the tabulation of our results where ok and then we delete de results on the sheet that was connected to the typeform and now we can´t connect it again to the google sheet. I only get “oh no, there was an error” once I try to coonect to the spreadsheets. How can i make it work? Thanks!
