Integrate your typeform

Hello Community, I created a big quiz on typeformstarting with 1 questions that can lead to 5 different topics.I embedded typeform on a webpage. The webpage alreday shows teaser in terms of the different 5 topics. I want to know if I can link a topic related question within my big question tree to the webpage so that I do not end up at the first question all the time.(like jumping in a youtube video to a specific part)I am happy for any advice!Thanks,

We have a product recommendation quiz that has 12 different outcome pages. When a quiz is completed, one of 12 different outcome pages is displayed. That outcome page has a button to a product page on our website. I am trying to pass on a hidden field in the button link so that Klaviyo knows which outcome page was recommended to a profile. Is this possible? Am I using the hidden field incorrectly? Is there a better way to pass on to Klaviyo which outcome page a profile landed on?

Hi! I have a lot of sync between of Typeform and Mailchimp, but, i only get showed in typeform mailchimp text fields, not drop down or radio buttons.Is posible get this kind of field syncronized? Thanks.

Suddenly, I have a typeform that is not appearing in my page.  On mobile version, I just have a blank space where the form should be, but on Desktop versions, it always says something like: “ form.typeform.com refused to connect.”  The page is located here: http://aeromedicalinc.com/appointment.php Any ideas what would have changed, or why this would suddenly be acting like this?  It was working yesterday.

I have an email template in Salesforce that has a link to a Typeform survey. I want to know if I can append the record ID that the email is referencing to the end of the Typeform URL and pass it through as a hidden field value. If this is possible, how would I do it.The idea is to capture which Salesforce record the response is related to so the manager can reach out and respond as necessary. 

Hi, I would like to pass information based on the answers of a form in order to create a cart in my CMS check-out. Concretely, a customer creates his own box by selecting the product they want in the box. We gather the answers and push them to create a basket for the checkout in our CMS (magento 2). Thank you for your help.Bastien 

Hello! I’m new to Typeform-Airtable integration. When I tried to map questions between Airtable and Typeform, I was only presented with the two default Typeform questions (“Hello, what’s your name?” and “Nice to meet you . . .”. I tried refreshing both the Typeform and Airtable, but I still don’t see the appropriate Typeform questions. I have also already checked to make sure the question types are compatible. Any help would be appreciated! :)

Hi, We’re about to integrate one of our typeforms with Salesforce. This typeform is being sent to both leads and contacts. We’re passing the email address into the typeform as a hidden field and matching the response in Salesforce via email. As I understand it we’re able to set up multiple mappings to both lead and contact objects, and we’re able to choose to update an existing record first, and if there’s no record to create one. However, my question is that because we’re gathering responses from both leads and contacts, if a response can’t be matched to a lead (but there is an existing contact) - will it create a new lead? Likewise with a contact. Is there a way to prevent typeform from creating a new record in Salesforce? I’m trying to prevent the creation of any duplicate records in our Salesforce org. Thanks,

I have link to my typeform on Wordpress website. Google keeps disapproving my ads with the error message “malware”. It is likely that the link to an external typeform is causing this. Any suggestions? Regards,Neeraj

Dear all,I am trying to generate an 8 digit promotional code that I can send to mailchimp.=> I created a feedback form for our clients and as a gift they should receive an email via mailchimp. => this mailchimp email should contain this 8 digit code.to do so I have a mailchimp field called *CODE*  How do I generate this data for mailchimp without the client seeing this code when he fills in the typeform survey? Please Help and thank you so much,Fabian

Is it possible to update fields on a case when a Typeform is completed? The customer would receive a link with caseID as a merge field in the URL, once the form has been completed, fields on the specific case are updated with the submitted information. Thank you for your help!

Hi! I would like to know how the privacy policy is ruled when I use Typeform for our recruiting campaigns. We will be asking questions and also requesting CV’s and other documents (driver’s licence, social security numbers and so on). Do we point to Typeform’s privacy policy when doing this or do we need our own?

Hey everyone!   Got a bit of a head scratcher here.  We have a Typeform survey which uses the Google Sheets integration to automatically copy the results.  So far, so good. Everything works great, except for the ‘Other’ field (which upon clicking becomes a text input field) does NOT copy the data over, leaving our google sheets with huge gaps on any question that wans answered with ‘Other’ and a text field. Anyone found a solution to this? Thanks!

I have just finished setting up my funnel [ClickFunnels] and use Typeform for my application.  This appears to work just fine on my PC but not my iPhone does not display the 1st question (screen shots below)  …  This is what I get on my iPhone 8+ ...  

Pipedrive’s documentation promises we can “map any Typeform block, Hidden Field or score to Pipedrive Deal fields.”However, the integration only allows us to map to Typeform questions. Hidden fields are note visible...this is a paid/premium feature. (We’re using free, so this is understandable).Any other text/content blocks are not available as mappable fields.Does anyone have a workaround or is this just a case of inadequate/misleading documentation?

In webhooks, I’m getting:status": 400, "code": "validation_error", "message": "iAjJ has an invalid multi_select value. VaGD has an invalid multi_select value. wyGe has an invalid multi_select value."I can’t identify which value is invalid for whatever reason. The identifiers, like iAjJ don’t seem to correspond to anything in the Request code. (Btw, I reduced the max characters to under 100 for each answer, which sorted an earlier error, just in case someone runs into that error.) My answers do still have commas in some of them but will look terrible if I have to remove them. Oh wait… I wonder if the issue is that Notion doesn’t support commas? I just noticed that my pasted answers in Notion are missing the commas. Anyone?Many thanks,Lucien

Hi -  I originally was getting a validation error with the notion integration because of a typing problem in the integration - but this was resolved and both my test survey and my client’s survey were running smoothly a few weeks ago.Today we noticed that in mid July his survey stopped sending data to notion, although his google sheets integration is still receiving data. I deleted / remapped the survey to Notion and played around with the types in my test survey but i’m getting the 400 validation error on both surveys with no data passing to Notion. Unfortunately since i deleted and remapped the integration, the history was also deleted and so I can’t say exactly which day the data stopped going through. My clients survey is live and answers will continue to be logged by his employees  - so any help getting the Notion integration back up and running would be greatly appreciated!! thanks,Graham

My typeform integration with google sheets was off for a couple of months. Is there any way that I could recover the typeform answers of these months back to my sheet? 

I want it to be visible on site as a table but not interactive 

Hi, We are designing an immersive quiz experience for children and parents. During this experience, as the user gets to a particular milestone, we’d like to send an automated email to the user. This is the “you have unlocked level X” kind of moment that we would like to have a more detailed and personalized ‘message’ sent to the user.  Is this possible to do via typeform?Note: at this point, the user has not completed the entire form.

I’ve been using an embedded from for about 3 years now. And then it stopped loading on the website.On the website it will say “[my account name].typeform.com refused to connect.”I’m stymied on what the problem is because nothing really has changed. Here’s what I’ve tried.In my Typeform account, I’ve confirmed that the form still works. I can go directly to it’s link and it loads perfectly On my website hosting- and locally- I’ve tried re-copying the code snippet (the full page version). I’ve also tried other formatting like the Standard and Pop-Up options- but they do not work. I’ve confirmed that  my hosting looks fine- I can make other adjustments to the website and it works fine  content changes/color changes). And I’ve confirmed that the form is not broken on  Typeform. It seems like it’s the relationship between the two items? I’m not sure what else to try. 

Hi there, We have a problem with our typeform tracking, we want to connect it with affiliate marketing software, that we use for counting our leads so we know who got it for us, but when we get redirected from website to typeform and from typeform back to website (when finished) the lead looses its cookies, we use google sites to build our website and all the tracking is set up except the typeform part maybe you know how to help us?
