Integrate your typeform

Hey everyone!   Got a bit of a head scratcher here.  We have a Typeform survey which uses the Google Sheets integration to automatically copy the results.  So far, so good. Everything works great, except for the ‘Other’ field (which upon clicking becomes a text input field) does NOT copy the data over, leaving our google sheets with huge gaps on any question that wans answered with ‘Other’ and a text field. Anyone found a solution to this? Thanks!

I have just finished setting up my funnel [ClickFunnels] and use Typeform for my application.  This appears to work just fine on my PC but not my iPhone does not display the 1st question (screen shots below)  …  This is what I get on my iPhone 8+ ...  

Pipedrive’s documentation promises we can “map any Typeform block, Hidden Field or score to Pipedrive Deal fields.”However, the integration only allows us to map to Typeform questions. Hidden fields are note visible...this is a paid/premium feature. (We’re using free, so this is understandable).Any other text/content blocks are not available as mappable fields.Does anyone have a workaround or is this just a case of inadequate/misleading documentation?

In webhooks, I’m getting:status": 400, "code": "validation_error", "message": "iAjJ has an invalid multi_select value. VaGD has an invalid multi_select value. wyGe has an invalid multi_select value."I can’t identify which value is invalid for whatever reason. The identifiers, like iAjJ don’t seem to correspond to anything in the Request code. (Btw, I reduced the max characters to under 100 for each answer, which sorted an earlier error, just in case someone runs into that error.) My answers do still have commas in some of them but will look terrible if I have to remove them. Oh wait… I wonder if the issue is that Notion doesn’t support commas? I just noticed that my pasted answers in Notion are missing the commas. Anyone?Many thanks,Lucien

Hi -  I originally was getting a validation error with the notion integration because of a typing problem in the integration - but this was resolved and both my test survey and my client’s survey were running smoothly a few weeks ago.Today we noticed that in mid July his survey stopped sending data to notion, although his google sheets integration is still receiving data. I deleted / remapped the survey to Notion and played around with the types in my test survey but i’m getting the 400 validation error on both surveys with no data passing to Notion. Unfortunately since i deleted and remapped the integration, the history was also deleted and so I can’t say exactly which day the data stopped going through. My clients survey is live and answers will continue to be logged by his employees  - so any help getting the Notion integration back up and running would be greatly appreciated!! thanks,Graham

My typeform integration with google sheets was off for a couple of months. Is there any way that I could recover the typeform answers of these months back to my sheet? 

I want it to be visible on site as a table but not interactive 

Hi, We are designing an immersive quiz experience for children and parents. During this experience, as the user gets to a particular milestone, we’d like to send an automated email to the user. This is the “you have unlocked level X” kind of moment that we would like to have a more detailed and personalized ‘message’ sent to the user.  Is this possible to do via typeform?Note: at this point, the user has not completed the entire form. 

Hi,After embeding my code and refreshing my page, I always get this answer on Chrome : form.typeform.com doesn’t authorise the connexion.Any idea where the problem could come from ?Thanks!

I’ve been using an embedded from for about 3 years now. And then it stopped loading on the website.On the website it will say “[my account name].typeform.com refused to connect.”I’m stymied on what the problem is because nothing really has changed. Here’s what I’ve tried.In my Typeform account, I’ve confirmed that the form still works. I can go directly to it’s link and it loads perfectly On my website hosting- and locally- I’ve tried re-copying the code snippet (the full page version). I’ve also tried other formatting like the Standard and Pop-Up options- but they do not work. I’ve confirmed that  my hosting looks fine- I can make other adjustments to the website and it works fine  content changes/color changes). And I’ve confirmed that the form is not broken on  Typeform. It seems like it’s the relationship between the two items? I’m not sure what else to try. 

Hi there, We have a problem with our typeform tracking, we want to connect it with affiliate marketing software, that we use for counting our leads so we know who got it for us, but when we get redirected from website to typeform and from typeform back to website (when finished) the lead looses its cookies, we use google sites to build our website and all the tracking is set up except the typeform part maybe you know how to help us?

Hello Typeform Community! I’ve created a survey for users to fill out and integrated this into intercom. It looks great on Intercom chat and renders as expected. However if users receive this as an email it does not show the same and is rather confusing.  Is there a way to edit what is sent via email so that they match? or is this something to do with the Intercom side? Thanks!

We have embeded a side slider inside an app.It opens in the window, not a s widget. Such an issue was reported on this forum for couple of times but no specific solution was proposed. Account is paid, form is published. On preview all was ok. The second question is if the form remembers user somehow and previous answers? I have tested it and got all answers already filled, but haven't found a description of the logiс of how it works.Does the form remembers the answer previously submitted? How it does it?  I failed to find any support help from Typeform, don't understand how to proceed with this form.Will be very grateful for the help from community!   Screen record:

Hi there!We have a mobile app which contains the Intercom SDK.When an Android user complete a typeform survey (whether proposed from Intercom Messenger or from Intercom Outbound messaging) an undesirable popup is shown:This doesn’t occur in iOS.Any idea how to prevent that from happening? Thanks for your help!

I’m new to TypeForms and I’m loving it but I’m facing some limitations that I’m hopping I can get resolved with your help.We need to collect several attachments from customers and the number is always unknown. It could be one, it could be ten. According to some of the documentation, the only way to accomplish this in TypeForms is by creating a question group and adding one question per attachment. Needless to day, this option doesn’t work for us.So, I was wondering if there’s a way so I can call for and external API or JS function that displays a window to collect all these attachments at once and allow the user to continue with the rest of the questionaire?Also, we use some external API services, ie., an external API that verifies if a zip code is within the area of service, and I would love to use TypeForm to run this verification by asking for the Zip Code and returning a True/False response. But I don’t seem to find a way to do it.Is there a way to make Direct API invocations witho

I successfully managed to connect Typeform and ActiveCampaign, however, when I click on the submit button at the end of my quiz that should also write the email data (last question in the quiz) in ActiveCampaign, Typeform seems stuck.It correctly writes the email in ActiveCampaign, but it seems not to resolve the connection.See this Loom recording:https://www.loom.com/share/3add1dcbaf364b90b40ec5c0885558b1

Hello all, I am wondering, is it possible to use the Stripe integrate to store payment details without charging for anything? I want the payment details stored into Stripe, since it is secure, but I want to be able to charge the customer after the service. For more detail, the service is shipping related and only after their packages are gathered and weighed and everything could I accurately charge them. Thanks, Ben Patton 

I am trying to connect HubSpot to my Typeform but I get this message: No email questions found.  Add an email question to your typeform so you can collect and send emails.My form is using the suggested email question.Not sure what is preventing my question from being detected as an email question.Any help is appreciated.Thank you!

Can you change the amount that you are charging through a typeform without losing or causing any issues with payments that are already attached?  For example we have accepted payment through typeform for $475 and would like to now charge $375. Will that change or cause problems for those that have already paid? 

I created a type form and have mapped it to our salesforce sandbox account - but I am getting an “Exception: List index out of bounds: 16” when I process form submissions.Here is the error screen In the form mapping I am attempting to NOT map one question - i.e. I have one question on my Typeform that does NOT needed get mapped to a salesforce field. Any hints?W 

I have an slider embed form that has a Button link to open. I can’t get rid of the box border around the paragraph it is placed in. I’m on Squarespace and this embed is a “code module.”I don’t think it is SS css, but the Typeform coding. Anyone with ideas?
