Integrate your typeform

Hello everyone! I’ve got a question related to the integration with Google Sheets. We do have a live Survey (approx 1300 records - so less than the 3000 limit) which should be sending all new responses onto Google sheets. It worked and apparently still works but missed sending across a couple records (basically the number of responses on Typeform do not coincide with the one on Google sheets). Has anyone experienced anything similar? Thanks in advance for your help.

Our website is built on Cratejoy and when I try to embed the Typeform on the site using either the Popup or the slider or side tab embeding, when the button is clicked, the user is redirected to the seperate url and a new tab rather than remaining on our site.

Hi All, I have recently embedded my Typeform on my website so I don’t have to send my visitors out of my website to typeform like I used to. It has Google Tag Mangers Tags which were firing just fine when I used to send people to typeform but they don’t fire anymore since I have embedded my typeform directly on my website. When running a preview mode on GTA, it seems that once the typeform is embedded on a website it doesn’t send out any information anymore. Can someone help? How can I get my GTA Tags to fire on an embedded typeform? Thanks a lot

Hello, I was wondering if it was possible to embed a typeform popover on the left side of the page instead of the right side? Currently on the right side of the page we have our chat widget there and if we embed the the typeform there it blocks the chat or vice versa the chat will block the form.

Hi, friends! I've integrated Typeform to Notion to get leads in my Notion board. At this Typeform there is one multiselect question, which I have already put at Notion multiselect field as well, but only the answers with ONE question selected are arriving at Notion. I also noticed that even some answers with one single answer (at the multiselect question), do not go to my Notion board. Why is it happening and how can I solve it?

Hiya- I am trying to survey two groups of people, and import the results of the survey into Hubspot. 1. Email form link to people who are already in our CRM (email and firstname as hidden fields). 2. Form embedded on our website, not knowing anything about the user. To simplify things, I thought it might be possible to use branching logic based on hidden fields. IF the hidden field @email CONTAINS “@”, skip the questions that ask for “email” and “firstname”. PROBLEM: Putting the data into the CRM would still be tricky, since the email addressed associated with the submission would be coming either from a hidden field named “email”, or coming from the question that asks them for their email. Not sure how to tell the CRM which one to use. Is there a good way to do this, or should I just make two forms ??

Hi, I have currently three ‘job application’ forms that I would like to connect to my Notion database. After I connect the first form, I am unable to connect any other form. In the connect screen for the second form, I am able to do the Step 1 (Connect my typeform account). When I try to Authenticate for Step 2, I get the error that Notion is already authorized and hence cannot proceed to step 3.

Hello, I created a 1 question survey to embed into my thank you page after people download content from my website. Given they already had to input their email to get my content, I don’t want to ask them again for their email. When I try to connect my Typeform to MailChimp, I get a message saying I need to add an email question to my typeform so I can collect and send emails. But, like I said, people would already have had to input their email to download content AND to get to the Typeform. Is there a way around this? Thank you, Ana

Hello all, I am trying to integrate Google Drive with one of my forms as I need it for video submissions that are bigger than 10mb. It looks to be set up correctly, but I’m not 100% sure how to connect it directly to my form. My drive account is all connected, and I get to this section and I am stumped. I can choose the drive folder itself, but I don’t know how to choose the typeform field itself. What am I missing? And how large of a file can be selected with this? Thanks again all. Hi, I’ve recently integrated my Facebook Pixel and Hubspot Account to my Typeform. What I’ve realised using Facebook Test Event is that the Typeform fires 2 PageViews instead of 1. 1 from Hubspot Integration and 1 from Facebook Integration.There is no deduplication of event. I need both integrations on my Typeform but I want to make sure I only fire 1 PageView so that my data is accurate. Is there a work around this? Thank you.

Hello, I created a 13 question Typeform survey and integrated the survey to my Hubspot account so that answers get passed to the corresponding contact property in Hubspot. 9 out of 13 of the answers are passing to Hubspot. Out of the 9 answers, one is First name, one is Last name, one is email, and then there are 6 multiple choice questions. The 4 answers that are not getting passed to Hubspot are all multiple choice questions. The Typefor mquestions and corresponding contact properties in Hubspot for those 4 questions are exactly the same as the 6 multiple choice questions and answers that are getting successfully passing from Typeform to Hubspot. I spoke with Hubspot support over a screen share, and they’ve directed me to Typeform support since for them it’s a third party integration. I’ve already tried redoing and approaching this from multiple angles on both the Typeform and Hubspot ends, and I’m stumped. Please help! Sincerely, Carlos

Hi! I have a small form with three Likert scale questions and one text question. I have integrated Excel online with my Typeform, in order to get all results directly into my Excel sheet. Unfortunately, none of the Likert scale answers are exported to the Excel sheet, only the text answer. Frustrating! A screenshot of my Excel sheet. Any idea on how to solve this?

Hello, The option to add tags in the mailchimp integration is not showing up for me. It says I need to restart the integration in order to do so which I have done multiple times but to no avail. How can I get them to show up again?

When I click the Connect button for active Campaign, it simply takes me to a page that mentions what it is, then I login and am taken to the generic login screen in AC - no way to integrate it. How do I get AC to integrate?

I am trying to use Microsoft’s Flows to bring data from my type forms into a SharePoint Excel document using the TypeForm Flow template. The TypeForm Flow connector has issues passing the data through to the next step in a MS Flow. Reviewing the raw inputs the data is arriving and formatted correctly but it only allows Submitted & Sent data to be populated to the excel spreadsheet. Several attempts with different TypeForms result generally only 2 to 5 fields populating. Note: I am using webhooks and MS flows as I am not able to authorise the Excel connection due to rights on our corporate O365 account. How can I get the full data to appear in the MS Flows?

Hello Typeform users, I am having an issue with my Google Sheet Integration. After the toggle refuses to stay on, I have deleted the integration in hopes to reconnect them. To my surprise an error saying my sheet has the same name as the form. I have changed the name on the sheet, the form, and individual tabs but still the same error. Anyone else faced this and resolved it? Attached is the screenshot reference of said error. Thank you!
