Switching to monthly plan

I prefer the monthly billing plan. The service expired on the 18th and Typeform attempted to charge my card approx. $400 for the year. I only need the monthly program, yet not able to select that service. Typeform has downgraded my account to the FREE service until they collect $400, which I’m sure is causing an issue for the code we’ve built on websites and there isn’t a way to downgrade to monthly. Typeform has either no customer service or they are gone for the holidays. Any suggestions?

I'd like to cancel my account

OKAY, LOOK I am replying to a message made early. I can’t explain it no easier. I googled type form telephone number. A gentlemen answered the phone. He explained to me how Typeform works. Told me it was easy. Offered to take my payment on the phone, I said no I would try the trial first. I tried to call back to place the order and realized I couldn't because it was a google number for google ads. So I placed the order online. I know you said you have no number. But all someone has to do is place an ad and they can get phone calls about typeform. Not sure if that is what happen but hey it is what it is. I need to know how to stop y'all from billing me and still keep my service for the month that I paid for. We have explored other options and would like a divorce.

What plan is UTM tracking in?

I have looked at the Pricing Page but I can’t tell what plan UTM parameters are included in. I see an article saying that UTM being on may block your typeform from being published but it doesn’t say what plan it’s included in.

Payment - Refund

Oi pessoal, espero que esteja tudo bem com vocês. Assinei o typeform para um mês, meu formulário só recebeu perguntas por alguns dias. Como fiz o plano mensal e não mais loguei, achei que não seria cobrado. Mas, infelizmente foi. Como não utilizei, gostaria que o valor fosse estornado para o cartão por gentileza. Agradeço a compreensão.

BEWARE. TYPEFORM CAN CHANGE YOUR PLAN FROM FREE TO PAYMENT PLAN ANYTIME THEY WANT. BEWARE. THEY DID THIS TO ME. I LOST 59$… DO NOT GIVE TYPEFORM YOUR CARD INFORMATION. READ TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS. I THOUGHT THEY WERE LYING UNTIL IT HAPPEN TO ME.

No billing confirmation or change of plan from free to basic

Today I changed my plan from free to basic and provided al the needed billing information. I can also find this information in my account setting now. Though, I did not receive a confirmation email of the billing, nor has my plan been changed from free to basic. What can I do?

Managing Seats in Business Plan

We’re considering upgrading to a business plan, but I was wondering if there are any options/restrictions you can apply to the “seats” that come with it? EX: The base business plan allows for 10,000 monthly responses, but are we able to delegate if each seat is entitled to a certain amount of those responses? Marketing you get X amount, Research you get X amount, etc. Curious what sort of admin/ownership options comes with having more seats. Thanks in advance!

How do you know your responses have reset?

I’m on the free trial, and apparently at the end of the month, your 10 free responses gets renewed, but how do i know it’s been reset? my responses currently still says 9, even though it was supposed to rest on 11/27. i’ve emailed Typeform 2-3 times now, but it didn’t really answer my question. and there’s no phone number to talk to someone about this. Please advise ASAP! i really need to get my survey up and going and don’t have time to create another one elsewhere.

My terms have been changed with no notice !

I have had my account for a long time and have always had 100 free responses a month - this was how it was set up. I have just gone in to find that this has been reduced to 10 with no notice, no communication. I dont think it is fair to take away a benefit that I set up with - I have colleagues that have not had this happen to them - can someone get back to me asap with some answers please

Black Friday Promo/Pricing

Hi Liz, I ended up revamping, copying and pasting. Can you answer a couple of quick questions? Will there be a Black Friday discount this year? I’m holding back on subscribing until I know. Payment Failure Bug: We have paid 3 times and platform not working

We’ve been struggling for 3 days now with no response from support. We can’t get our account to work properly, we have been charged 3 times and still the platform is not working for us, we can’t publish our forms. Very terrible customer experience and nobody seems reachable to help us, everything is being delegated to this forum or via email with +3 days response time

Private Results

Hello, I am currently looking to build a a survey for my Board of Directors, but there is a catch. My task is to build the survey, but I shouldn’t see the results. Ideally, someone on the board will pull the results once it is completed. My question is: Is there a way that I can build the survey, and make it only viewable to another user? Example: I am user 1. I am building the survey for user two. User two will be the only one who can log into Typeform to view the results. Does this work by moving the survey I create to User 2’s personal workstation? Mind you, I am the product owner of Typeform Surveys. Any help with this is greatly appreciated!

Free plan not working

Hey everyone I am using a free plan where I have 7 questions and 4 endings. I am not able to publish it as a free plan, it says I need to remove “unlimited questions” feature. But I didn’t add it :/I thought the free plans = 10 responses per month
