Share your videoask

I have added a Videoask widget to the bottom of my page - the little circular one that pops out from the corner of the page. Then I added one on the next page. And the next. I did a little code to embed a page number in each, so I know which page people were on when they send me the customer service request.  The problem is this: As a person works down the page menu on the side of my site, the first widget doesn’t disappear. It stays. On the next page, the second widget just appears over it. Then the third on the third page, etc.  It doesn’t visually look like a problem since they’re all the same size and shape, but my concern with this is the following: If someone hits the minus sign to dismiss one, the others are still there (you’d have to hit the minus sign several times to get rid of them all) then the person might click the one from 2 or 3 pages ago, and my automated customer service process will not reflect the correct page/question that the customer was asking about.  Is there a

Hi Videoask community, Is it possible to send one-time Videoask URLs to recipients? I have a specific use-case where I only want my customers to be able to access a Videoask once, without the ability to share it with others.I have resorted to manually changing the password on a set date, but this obviously isn’t practical, nor logical. Any suggestions would be hugely appreciated! Thanks, Barney

Hi, could someone help? I’ve embedded a videoask as an iframe half way down my website homepage. Unfortunately, when this page loads it’ll jump straight down to the videoask and miss out all the info above. It does this with all iframe embedding on desktop but never on mobile. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks

Hello All,  We are new to VA.  It appears to allow us to add a New Contact but the New Contact is not being displayed.  On top it shows a total of 10 Contacts but only 6 are displayed.  I cannot seem to find a solution in the self-help or community forum. Thanks so much. rey 

Every time I video response on android, it crashes and restarts the form again

Sem que a pessoa precise responder nada, apenas passa o vídeo. É possível? Google translate: I would like to insert some videos, using Typeform, on the product page of an ecommerce, that is, as if it were a photo, but in fact it is a video. Basically, when a person accesses a specific product, has a thumbnail with the video and if they press play, a video will show talking about the product. Without the person having to answer anything, they just play the video. It's possible?

When I embed a VideoAsk in an email, the video appears disproportionate. How can this be corrected?  

How do I get the thumbnail preview for videoask to appear at the bottom of my website in a little circle?I see many people have done this but im not sure how to go about it. 

I am trying to respond to a videoask survey. I can record video but there is no audio. My mic is on and the equipment showing in settings is correct. Something is mentioned in the video from the survey taker about choosing from the options below but there are no options showing. The survey taker support says something about making sure their mic is on as well as mine but there is no option to turn their mic on. My system is android. Help!

I have a videoask widget on my wordpress page. The widget shows fine, but when you click on it, it opens only a blank page, n way to ask a question or create a video.  Any one else have this problem? Thanks

I’m able to embed question video without the answer by adding the ?justvideo variable, but how do I change the question video to display a different question (ex instead of the first question, display second or third or fourth)?

When I choose to reply to a sender by AUDIO, the full screen audio recorder covers and does not show the name of the sender. It would be nice to have the name visible so I can refer to it in my reply rather than have to write it down or memorize the name — particularly helpful when replying to a lot of people.When I choose to reply by VIDEO, the sender’s name remains visible — which is great, let’s do the same with AUDIO.Thank you.  

How do i remove or mask the URL showing videoask.com...I would like it to show my name instead

I truly get confused on how to work with this tool I find at times.

When I click play, the video plays with no sound and the play button is still on the screen with the video playing. I have to click play twice for the sound to work but when I click play the second time the video starts over from the beginning. This is only happening on mobile 

All my videosasks have no audio when I view them on mobile, but when I view on desktop everything works fine.  Is there an outage or glitch thats causing this? Ive tried multiple phones and browsers on mobile and all are having the same problem (no audio on the videos).

I keep getting an error message  when trying to share via email in the app.The email that generates has nothing it in and when i go back to the video ask app, it says opps you need to set up your email.  I tried a test email and it just sends a blank email.I haven't found any instructions anywhere on additional app/email set up . the app is up to date. is there something I need to set up to make this work in the app? Could you direct me to instructions for sending video ask in the app specifically. This is referring to sending a new video ask specifically.. not replying to someone that has responded to. replys are working fine. 

Is VideoAsk available to be used offline?I require it to be available offline as it will be used in remote regions, many of which don't have phone signal nor internet to connect to.  

How long does the process take to be approved as an affiliate link to share with others?
